We were happy to pay extra do fresh rice noodles but disappointed by the amount (seemed disproportionate to the amount of broth). Everything was standard and decent. Each dish was oily, slightly greasy for our family's preference but still flavorful. Egg rolls were made with rice paper which added a different texture than most other places; I liked that it came with do chua (pickled carrots and radish) and bun (rice noodles). Their marinated bbq beef had a burst of flavor, and it was tender and juicy. Their egg rolls were STUFFED, super high quality. I tried the #64 Bun Cha Gio with the BBQ Soy Beef. I really like gluten-based meat alternatives, and even though soy beef is not for everyone, I thought it was awesome. They have everything I like in Vietnamese food from pho, chicken pho and hainam chicken, bbq meats, shaken beef, dry noodles, broken rice plates, spring rolls, various wraps, egg rolls, and actually much more. What a nice place to come for a meal. It wasn't crowded, and the pho noodles was delicious! I ordered the Rib Eye bone pho, and it was good! My rib bone had a lot of meat, and it was served with soybean sprouts, chili peppers, mint leaves and lime. The soup was still very hot on the table, and I really enjoyed it. I also ordered a side of egg rolls, and a Vietnamese coffee. The egg rolls were nicely fried with your typical egg rolls ingredients, with a fish dipping sauce. Wrap it with lettuce and dip it and enjoy! My Vietnamese coffee was strong like usual served hot, but I iced it. A bit on the sweet side, but still good. I'm not sure how long they've been at this location, because this restaurant use to be a Chinese noodle place. There's another Pho n Mor location in North Alhambra near the Costco. But I like this location more. The servings is abundant as my bowl was a good size. It seems even bigger after my noodles expanded. Service is good, and parking is good, too... at least during the week. It's quite difficult to find parking here on weekends, as the plaza is huge. I definitely would come back here for my pho fix. What an underrated pho spot. I truly hope this place continues living on because i feel like this area is tough to attract customers, as the turnover rate in shops within the plaza is quite high. Been coming here weekly for two months now must say this place has become my favorite place for some Vietnamese cuisine. Been going to Golden Deli, Saigon Eden, Saigon noodles in Pasadena, Golden Delight, and Pho Ever and this is the one location to end them all. Pho noodles here are my wife and I's favorite. Crispy Pork Egg Rolls - Crispy full of flavor and I never have to ask for more vegetable for my little veggie wraps I enjoy making and dipping. Pho Ga - absolutely the best and their yellow chicken is so incredibly tender and tasty. I never have to worry about sweet ginger sauce as they don't play games and nickel and dime you for extra sauce0. Shaken Beef - sweet, feels like fancy Vietnamese Korean bbq lol. When I don't order Pho this is my goto dish. The item that isn't on the menu yet is being nickname "Dino Rib" was what I ordered today after seeing it on the table next to me. It's a Tomahawk styles Beef Rib where the bone weights near 2 pounds. The best part they offered more noodles and soup. This beef rib had no gamely flavor, tender fall off the bone, nicely marbles with some of the trimmings still present is now my favorite dish here. The colossal amount of meat is just so impressive it will feed me twice. At the current intro price of $28 this is super worth it for the ultra hungry and more than enough to split with another. This is NOT in the menu yet so just request it. I can't rave about this place more. The portions here all all big, their broth isn't ultra salty, they are so generous with all the condiments and side items, heck they even give you a bottle with cold water. They give you a nice portion of different tasty meats and tendons (I ordered the number 1) which a lot was hidden under the noodles. The broth was good. There are plenty of pho places in the SGV, but you should definitely check out Pho N Mor Annex. This isn't the one across from Costco, but the one on Valley in the Big 5 Plaza. If you're looking for some breakfast, this restaurant has 15% off from Thursdays to Sundays from 8-11 AM. The banner on the outside shows 8-10 AM, but the Chinese writings say the discount goes until 11 AM. The staff confirmed the numbers were a misprint and the discount does apply until 11 AM. I ordered my usual Pho Tai Chin (rare steak and well-done brisket) and my wife got the Pho Ga (chicken noodles). The portions were generous and filled both of us up. My Pho Tai Chin was good and was one of the better phos that I've had in the area. My wife's Pho Ga was a little on the saltier side, but she was able to dilute the broth with some hot water, which ended up being better after. They also have a deal for the $6 sugarcane drinks. Buy 2 and get the 3rd free. We were going to get this but they weren't able to make it until later in the day. Maybe next time! Overall, the service was great.
