    2. Phó Tai / July 2026 With fresh rice noodles
    Kary T.

We tried the pho tai (rare steak), pho tai nam (rare steak and flank steak), pho dac biet (special), egg rolls and banh xeo. We were happy to pay extra do fresh rice noodles but disappointed by the amount (seemed disproportionate to the amount of broth). Everything was standard and decent. Each dish was oily, slightly greasy for our family's preference but still flavorful. Egg rolls were made with rice paper which added a different texture than most other places; I liked that it came with do chua (pickled carrots and radish) and bun (rice noodles). I liked the coconut milk flavor in the banh xeo crepe batter, but wished it was crispier/thinner and not filled with mostly onions. Service was ok given the two front-of-house staff, and ambiance was fast casual. Parking was ok, but can be hectic since it's located in a strip mall with Top Island, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Ross, etc.

So they offer lunch special on weekdays from 11 am-3 pm and it's dine-in only. It comes with an appetizer, entree, and drink for $16. That's a great deal. We usually order the charbroiled beef vermicelli dish and sometimes the broken rice dish with egg rolls. Their food is really yummy and the drinks are good too. Very quick and nice service. We prefer this location than the one across from Costco cuz it's bigger and there's plenty of parking available.

I was hesitant to order UberEats since my last dine-in experience was just mediocre. However, I couldn't pass up the BOGO pho deals! The Pho Dac Biet ($16.50) for 2 was such an amazing deal! It came with 2 bowls of pho with generous portions of flank, Wagyu, tendon and tripe on top. It also came with 2 tall containers of sizzling hot broth and plenty of fresh veggies (bean sprouts, basil, lemon). The meat was so tender and not too fatty. The pho was soft and plentiful. The broth was so delicious and not too salty. I was surprised my takeout experience for the food was much better than my dine experience. Overall, I definitely taking advantage of this incredible deal and I would definitely reorder the amazing pho!

The place is right across my BFF's house so I decided to walk across the street and try the place out. I liked it, great service as soon as walking on til the last bite. I had another round of pho and the spring rolls. Lots of options for lunch and dinner. Lots of parking out front.

We were craving Vietnamese food again on Sunday and decided to give Pho N Mor Annex another chance. So glad we did because everything tasted great this time around! I tried the #64 Bun Cha Gio with the BBQ Soy Beef. I really like gluten-based meat alternatives, and even though soy beef is not for everyone, I thought it was awesome. The soy BBQ sauce was super flavorful, totally different from standard nước mắm, and went perfectly with the dish. Plus, the egg rolls were incredibly crispy. My mom got the #50 Bun with BBQ Pork and loved it. The texture and flavor were spot on non chewy and not overly salty. My husband ordered the #44 Com Bi Cha with BBQ Pork Chop rice plate, and the portion was absolutely massive. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. I really hope they can keep up this level of quality every time we come back!

Our go to for Pho and Vietnamese food for several months running. They have everything I like in Vietnamese food from pho, chicken pho and hainam chicken, bbq meats, shaken beef, dry noodles, broken rice plates, spring rolls, various wraps, egg rolls, and actually much more. Also try the garlic noodles add on for chewy goodness. They offer lots of add-on options and also a fresh noodle option (which already comes with the pho ga). Food quality and portions are top notch. Flavors are well balanced and I never feel like I'm eating unhealthy here. We always get lots of fresh vegetables. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They never nickel and dime you for things like more bean sprouts and sauce. Also check out the lunch specials they introduced not long ago. Biggest bonus is practically getting a free drink and the drinks are really good. Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee and lychee lemonade.

Picked up an order of pho tai nam to go (#4 on menu). Very generous portions of meat and noodles. Soup wasn't overly salty. Will definitely order from again. Also saw they have a weekday special menu. Will come back to try for sure

Tried Pho N Mor for the first time with a friend after having heard it was good years ago (at least the location closer to the Alhambra Costco). My friend and I both got a bowl of pho each and eggrolls to share. We both loved the broth and thought it was very flavorful. The eggrolls were good, too. They use rice paper as the wrapping, which I personally prefer and found out recently that this way is a more northern style. Would love to come back to try their banh xeo and other dishes as well!

Huge lot, parking is easy to find on the week day. $16 appetizer, main AND drink? What a steal! Especially in this economy. Food was delicious. The best part was customer service. They brought a kids bowl, plastic utensils and scissors without me asking. Then when i was leaving, they bought out a new sealed fish sauce and other sauces for my chicken pho for the chicken. Impressed Make this a regular rotation. Price, food quality, and service is on point. Left super full.

My last meal before heading out to the airport. My dad wanted to come here while I was in town so we decided to grab a family dinner here. Food was delicious and hearty we all ordered the Com Ga Hai Nam since my dad recommended it. Overall the chicken was really good and came with the perfect blend of sauce. The rice was well seasoned and you get a side of salad with it which made the meal very balanced. You also get a soup with the rice meal. Service was quick and attentive so no problems there. Restaurant is very big and has a lot of space. There's ample amount of parking in the plaza as well.

[ Food ] I ordered the Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) and it was good. I liked how their chicken was not shredded chicken breast, but chopped chicken with the bones. I also liked the sauce it came with, it nicely complemented the chicken with the ginger and fish sauce. [ Service ] I ordered to-go; the customer service at pick up was nice. [ Parking ] They are next to a dim sum restaurant, so parking can get a bit hectic.

On a Saturday at 10:30am in early May, my sister and I came here for early lunch. We were raving for their crispy egg rolls. We got a table and I ordered pho with ribeye and egg rolls. The waitress was solo doing everything. We got a pitcher of water and cups. There was some people eating early like is. The crispy egg rolls was nicely fried and it taste so good. Then my pho arrived in a big bowl. The broth was yummy with lots of thinly slice of ribeye pieces. Overall goo

Pho N Mor Annex has always been a bit hit or miss for me. Some visits are better than others, but one thing I've learned is that you can almost never go wrong with their pho. This time around, of all the visits that could've gone either way, it was actually a hit. The pho broth was flavorful, comforting, and exactly what you want when you're craving something warm and satisfying. It reminded me why I keep coming back despite the inconsistency. We also ordered rice noodles, and while the meats were tender and well-prepared, the sauce leaned a little too sweet for my taste. It wasn't bad, just slightly overpowering, but the quality of the meats definitely helped balance things out. Overall, this place can be unpredictable, but when it hits, it really hits. And if you're unsure, sticking with the pho is always a safe (and solid) choice.

I went with the tomato and sliced beef for $14.99. This came with bean sprouts, which I wasn't aware of, and there was a lot of bean sprouts inside - almost as much as there was rice noodle. Not a fan of bean sprouts but will eat if I need to, but in this case - it totally overwhelmed the dish. There also wasn't enough rice noodle for me. Everything else was good, but that kinda blew it for me. Also got the spicy soup with beef and tomatoes. This is more of a gentle burn in spice they slowly works its way up. It's good if you like spice. Restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived but got a good amount of customers by the time we were leaving. Workers are friendly. Not sure if I'd be back though. On a Saturday evening, my husband and I decided to grab dinner here. Because we parked in the shared parking lot, we entered the restaurant through the back. We were immediately greeted upon entering. After being seated and looking over the menu, we ended up ordering: Fish Tofu Congee, $10.50 prior to tax- This meal truly nourished my soul because I was really sick a few days before and hardly ate anything. The congee was nice and hot and thick, just the way I like it. Portion wise, this is perfect for 2- 3 people to share. But again because I had not eaten much for the last few days, I ended up eating most of it (lol, had not realized how hungry I was until I was eating this). My husband did enjoy this congee too. Beef Stew Noodle Soup, $14.95 prior to tax- My husband ordered this dish and thought the soup was flavorful and the noodles had a nice chew. I also liked this dish and thought it was delicious. My husband finished most of this dish. ------------------------------ (Total= $28.10 after tax, prior to tip) Service was friendly. And because the restaurant is on the small side, it was very easy to get a server's attention if you needed something. Although I did speak mostly Cantonese when I was here (I am actually trying to make myself speak Cantonese more), you can order in English. So you shouldn't have any trouble when you dine here. Overall, coming to The Congee was the right choice for dinner and so glad we did. I do see myself coming back here for another meal in the near future. Please note that there is a unisex restaurant towards the back of the restaurant, right next to the back entrance/ exit. The restroom itself had all the basic essentials (running water, toilet paper, paper towels and soap) but wasn't the cleanest. It was decent at best.

If you've never tried Noodle Street before, definitely check out their menu and give their noodles a try. This particular location was clean, the staff was nice, and the wait wasn't long when I arrived. I would definitely come back again! I'd like to add one more detail. While I was waiting for my food, one of the staff members, possibly the manager, Justin, came over and asked if I'd like to have a small bowl of broth on the side. I said yes and was impressed by that offer. Why? This young man understood that I had ordered only the beef roll, which is a dry dish. Having a little warm broth on the side made it much easier and more enjoyable to eat. I had water, though, but I personally never drink water before or after my meal, so the broth was definitely a perfect complement to the beef roll. This is the first time in my Noodle Street eating history that I've been offered something simple to enhance my dining experience. A small gesture that I think is worth mentioning, as it showed that he was attentive and had very good common sense when it comes to customer service.
