The only good about this place is that it's nice and clean. The meat in their pho is low quality and the soup was salty. I ask for less noodles and still I had a full bowl. I hate how restaurants used the meat cutting machine to cut the onions for vinegar onions. I can smell the rusty smelling from the blade. So disappointed. read more

The pho broth was very good, like it was cooked with a lot of love and passion. The meat was fresh, tender and nicely cut to just right thickness. If you like meatballs in your pho like me, then come to this restaurant! Their meat balls are better than all the pho restaurants I have tried in San Jose, Santa Ana, Houston and even in Vietnam!!! Pho was so good on a cold winter day that my husband and I devoured the whole bowl! Most importantly, we did not experience the effects of MSG after our meals! I grew up in Vietnam. This place was just Ok. The broth did not have the depth in flavor as some other places. The tendons also needed more time to cook-it was more on the chewy side. Same goes for some of the meats. Maybe it would improve over time. I wish them luck. read more
