The young man who took our order gave us an option of thick or regular pho noodles and we each got a free drink (coffee, Thai tea or soda) for dining in. I was able to get 3 coffees to go. I really enjoyed my Wagyu pho. I was able to share this with my eldest daughter. The pho ga was also shared between my 2 other kids. It was more than enough for them. Excellent!! We got #1 (pho) with flat noodles and #27 (bun bo hue with ox tail). The broth was delicious and flavorful. Perfect amount of noodles - not too much so that it's hard to mix. Favorite pho spot!!!! Located next to the Grand Century plaza so it's a bit less crowded. Parking isn't too bad usually. Decent amount of seating inside, never really had to wait for a table. Staff are always super friendly and attentive. The wagyu beef pho is SO GOOD. The beef comes thinly sliced on the side, super tender and soup comes served boiling. I find that the soup tastes more clean than typical pho broth as well. The best mix of hot pot and pho- my two faves!! The thick noodles are also so good, so silky. Hands down the best BEEF pho in town. The seafood and chicken pho are still solid options if you are in the mood for something different. Their goi cuon is unique, because instead of mint, they use Thai basil (which I personally a huge fan of) and their peanuts sauce is BOMBBBBB! It's not the best Wagyu IMO but way tastier than the standard eye of round. Service was a little slow our first visit here but was faster the second time we went. I love that they have tripe and fresh noodles. My husband is sorta on a keto diet so he got the beef rib and beef oxtail with the pho broth-- he enjoyed the rib but will skip the oxtail next time. Their menu is pretty small and I was a little upset that there wasn't any vermicelli because that's what I wanted but I ended up ordering the beef rib pho. I was surprised that it wasn't more expensive. The broth is so good and I like that they put a lot of green onion to add more flavor. Came here because I was interested in this stone pot pho dish. The shop was empty on a Friday evening and there was plenty of parking at the time. There were maybe 4 parties throughout our time there. Since we came for just their, what I assumed to be their signature dish, we ordered immediately. It took unusually long to make given the shop was relatively not busy. Once it came out, it came out in parts. Like broth but no noodles or beef. The broth was super hot due to heating the stone pot for dipping the wagyu beef. Though I don't really know if there's any value doing that. I ended up just tossing everything in and eating like a regular pho bowl. Restaurant otherwise was a typical Vietnamese pho shop. Lines of table on the side and middle with slightly dated furniture. Unfortunately, both dishes came in small portions and not really hot. I left still hungry, which isn't great when you're expecting a hearty bowl of soup. Service could use some work--I waited 22 minutes for my food, and even my water took 15 minutes (I had to ask again before it finally came). I visited Pho Nhat Minh restaurant located at McLaughlin Ave and Tully Road during my lunch break and ordered a bowl of Bun Bo Hue. The broth and noodles were decent, but i felt the portions was unbalance. There was lots of broth and very little of everything else Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. I left the restaurant and still feeling hungry because there was not much to eat. I left behind a bowl of soup. I was also disappointed by the quality of the fresh condiments that accompany the dish for me fresh herbs and vegetables an important part of the enjoying unfortunately the and herbs did not seem very fresh and looked like they were had been sitting out for a while I know some customers may not pay much attention to the condiments but they make a big difference in the overall dining experience for me I hope the restaurant more balance potion and attention to the freshness of the condiments as they are essential part of traditional Vietnamese dish read more

First time I've ever had to walk out of a restaurant because no one came to take our order after being sat down. There were three servers and the restaurant wasn't busy. Waited about 20 mins until another group came in, who got seated and got their orders taken almost instantly, despite us waiting and being ignored by the servers. Got fed up, left, and went to a different pho restaurant nearby where we got seated and got our food almost immediately. Service was so bad that it made me create an account to leave a review. Customers shouldn't have to wait long periods of time for a server to come take their order and be ignored.
