    Beef pho
    David Y.

The price is good, I think it's mainly due to the portion size. Compared to other pho places I've been to, their soup and flavor is very similar. It's thick and not overpowering. Their beef pho tasted very authentic. I would pay extra for it to be a bigger bowl. The place is pretty new apparently, it was through driving by that I found it and being a pho snob, it was definitely a try for me. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to try pho for the first time in the area. The ambiance was tame, it was a place I can hear my peers without having to raise my voice. And, the service was good also. The server came to us a few times asking if everything was good.

Takeout container of Pho Tofu toppings - incredibly generous.

I've been spending more time in South KC/Lees Summit for work and as such, exploring food and drinks in that area. While scrolling through Yelp for a lunch spot on a rainy day, I stopped by Pho Noodle Go and feel like I've found quite the gem. There's nothing I don't love about this place! I've been twice already and can't wait to go back. I've only ordered takeout, but the process is streamlined with an iPad and comfy seating while you wait at the entrance. However, I'm looking forward to dining in - the restaurant is clean, cozy and includes spacious booths and tables. I've been on a huge tofu kick recently, so I ordered the Pho Tofu. The Pho broth is perfect, IMO, it's flavorful, not too sweet and the traditional spices show up even after a healthy dose of sriracha. And the serving size is incredibly generous - I think I got a whole block of tofu in mine. I like spice in that I can handle a lot of sriracha, but beware the house made chili sauce they give you. I used the smallest amount with way too much confidence and it had me sweating - still flavorful though! See you again soon, Pho Noodle Go!

This was my first time trying Pho Noodle Go. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated. Service was fantastic. We started off with a Thai Tea for me, and an order of shrimp spring rolls. I was unsure which bahn mi to get, but our server suggested the original. It did not disappoint! My husband got the crispy pork bahn mi, and he really enjoyed it too. You can really tell the love and care that goes into the menu here. It was very cozy, and with the evening light coming in it made for a great impromptu weekday date.

Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices. I ordered the Pho Chicken and to be quite honest with you, I am so bad at ordering Pho and always end up getting Chicken Pad Thai. My sister just visited Vietnam and sent me pictures of all her food and it looked so delicious. She inspired me to try something new. I've tried Pho a couple of times before and it wasn't satisfying; I thought, maybe Pho isn't for me. But today at Pho Noodle Go, this experience with Pho was delicious. I might be an unreliable narrator though. I might have just fixed my pallet to enjoy Pho. But I was impressed. When my sister visits I will be curious about what she thinks of this place!

    Pho Beef

Heard from a friend that this restaurant changed owners and that he and the family liked the pho. So I gave it another try. Had the beef pho (pictured here) and a banh mi (French roll sandwich). The pho tasted way more legit than before. And the banh mi was decent too. I've had better. (I think it needs more veggies.) But to have this in Lee's Summit? That's a win. Customer service was fine. And the place was clean. Later that day, two other family members stopped by based on my revised recommendation. They ordered the beef pho too. Unfortunately, they didn't like it. They said the broth lacked flavor. They didn't even take home the leftovers. And we always take home leftovers.

We noticed a new Asian noodle place just open up in the Lees Summit Crossing shopping center. Decided to go there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I always like to try out a new Pho restaurant in town. Upon entering the restaurant, you can smell the pho aroma. There was a few people there eating. We got seated right away. The restaurant was clean and was modern in style. I ordered their combo Pho which consist of three types of beef, no seafood like other places. My friend who is not an adventurous eater, ordered their basic friend rice with chicken. It was about 10 minutes wait before our food came out. The Pho had a nice clear broth and tasted good but probably not the best Pho in town. The staffs was very nice and the owner came out to each table and asked if everything was okay. I found out he was Thai and we spoke the same language. He gave us a sample of their cookies. It was delicious. The cookies was warm, moist and gourmet tasting. He also gave me a sample of their Taro Boba. It's made from real taro not from powder and had just the right sweetness. All natural, no additives. Overall a good dining experience. I would definitely be back when in the area even if it is just for their boba and cookies. Soon they will also have ban mi sandwiches. Another one of my favorite.

Drunken noodle with chicken medium spice

Pad Gapow, Chicken Pho, Egg rolls

Pho Noodle go is pretty new in Lee's Summit and this was my second time with a friend. The service was great, we were taken care of throughout the meal making sure we were enjoying everything. I ordered the Pad Gapow and it was delicious! My friend had the Chicken Pho which she enjoyed as well. Definitely check it out if you get the chance. They are still working through their computer system but it works well.

Whistle Stop Coffee Shop is a fantastic coffee shop on Main Street in Lee's Summit…read more I met a friend there this morning for coffee, but I was able to order a French Vanilla pour over. The beans were ground fresh for me. I love French Vanilla coffee, but it's not my wife's favorite. So it was nice to be able to get a cup and enjoy it. I also ordered biscuits and gravy and a glass of milk, which were very tasty. I brought my wife home a cinnamon roll which she enjoyed. She said it was good. The front of the house is pretty bustling and lively. At the back of the restaurant, there's a quieter room and outdoor dining on the patio. I will definitely be returning to this location. Special shout out to the staff, who were magnificent.

It's a pretty downtown location. The decor is cozy and nicely decked out for Christmas. - chairs. They spent a little extra on padded leather to save our butts. - service. They're quick and polite. - cleanliness. Now for the less good: - layout. Everything feels tight. It's prettier than it is practical. - drink quality. My daughter found her spiced chai (pictured) overly sweet. And if you look at the pic, you'll notice that they gave her basically 2/3 of a cup. That pic was taken before she took a single sip (yes, I know the straw I used to show the amount looks used; I did use it to search for a tea bag in my tea fog. See below!). My cinnamon/butterscotch tea fog was, to put it politely, unimpressive. I left it steeping at least 15 minutes because it was way too hot to drink. And then I had to get a straw to search for tea bags, because it tasted like hot foamy water and I was convinced they'd forgotten to put the tea bags in. Well, they hadn't. There was one tea bag. My standard of comparison is Gusto over by Longview, which makes the best tea fogs in town. They use two tea bags and it tastes like heaven. Whatever they served me at Whistle Stop tasted like perfumed water. So overall, I give it a 3/5. Points for location and decor and nice chairs. But the main attraction should be the drinks, and they were both kinda terrible. And there's just no excuse for serving someone 2/3 of a cup when we're paying $6 for a small drink.

It's been three consecutive times that I've came and the brew has been on the disappointing week side. If I got something else like a chai, it's been a little on the lackluster side too. They used to have some awesome baristas, and I haven't seen this one barista who made sure things ran smoothly. Yesterday, I noticed customer service really lacking. When I arrived at 11:30 AM the three baristas were all up front and had been attentive, but around 1 PM they had all drifted in back and none would pop their head out to see if anyone had come to the counter. I had stood at the counter for five minutes or so, and had thought I had made eye contact with one girl, but apparently she must have not seen me. I even said "hello" out loud, but nothing. A minute or two later a lady came in and was waiting behind me, and after a minute or two she asked if I had been waiting long. I told her the truth, and eventually a barista came out and asked me if I had been waiting long? I explained that I had, and had tried to catch someone's attention. I ordered an iced matcha and the lady behind me ordered some other drink. Guess who's came out first? I waited a few more minutes and noticed the another barista (a guy) had just started making an iced match, which apparently was my drink. Where were the girls? In the back, chatting away and giggling. I guess neither of them knew how to make an iced matcha.
