pho rare steak with shrimp rosettes

The best Pho I've found in Arizona. The broth is thick and rich. Servers are very nice and they constantly try to make upgrades to improve the ambience and atmosphere. Small hole-in-the-wall spot that fits the ideal Vietnamese restaurant with the best and fastest service. Presentation is great too. Price has risen a bit since I found this place, but it's because they continue to have the highest quality everything. From the filtered water with lime to the steak...fantastic!

The delicious pho!

Wow!!!! I've been coming here for years. It's under new ownership at first I was worried but omg!!! The food is amazing. The Pho that I had today was out of this world. It was a beef rib Pho. The broth had just the right amount of flavor, the beef rib was tender and flavorful. This is a limited time dish. The other items on the menu are equally delicious. The place is clean and the service is excellent. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant.

The pho here is always so delicious! The broth has just the right amount of flavor before adding in any extra sauces. The servers are so genuine and caring and even when the restaurant is super busy, the restaurant feels more like home than a crowded space.

Great place to go for Pho located on the south east corner on 7th Avenue an Osborne tucked away around the corner from Safeway grocery store. Very nice ambience laid-back. I normally go for the. Spring Rolls With Shrimps/Gỏi Cuốn Tôm $5.50 on the appetizer, then served up with 51. Hot & Spicy Noodle Soup - Bún Bò Huế Vermicelli Noodles, Brisket, and Pork Rolls in House Made Spicy Broth $13.50 the service is fast friendly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants normally a dish like this will run you $15.50-$17.00!

Visiting Phoenix and hit this little joint. Very awesome. Service was fast and friendly! Food was amazing and the price point was great. I got spring rolls, a pork bahn mi and a Diet Coke. Ambience was nice and quiet with chill music playing. Gotta return to try the PHO!

Update 10-23-24 Saigon Crepe. Did you know you can request Saigon Crepe with no meat or fish sauce and have tofu and veggies? Yes you can! It's worth it! A different kind of meal that is crispy and filling. Of course I wanted my grilled pork rice dish with a fried egg requested on top. Worth the trip here! Lots of people at night. Great for families and dates. Lots of people enjoying their meal and chatting. Come at night!

I'm Vietnamese and I am very particular about my pho broth. It's one of the first things I try when I visit a Vietnamese place I've never been to. This place definitely got my 5 stars for their pho! The broth was perfectly spiced - I did not need to add any flavoring except the typical mint leaves and jalapeños. The noodles were not overcooked. The brisket and rare steak were tender. And they were good size pieces. We also ordered the crispy noodles, which was a first for me. And they were very good, especially the sauce that was on it. I actually secretly wished I had room in my tummy to ask for rice to eat with the remaining sauce. Overall great experience. Fast service. Amazing food. Will definitely come back!

A quick take out order, I only tried the banh mi. It was good value for money. Felt could have had a little more sauce to it. They had decent portions of meat as well.

Good food, i've never tried pho i'm not sure if i'm a huge fan of it but it wasn't bad and i'd probably go again. They have good service and are pretty nice, the inside was pretty clean and busy which is always good. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pho noodles with rare steak but there wasn't much meat. I liked my crispy fried noodles w shrimp chicken and beef (you get 2 shrimps, 3 bites of beef, 4 bites of chicken lots of veggies).

It's 2021, is staff still wearing masks?

Every time I have been in there the staff is wearing masks. They have indoor dining and the customers are not wearing masks. But I only do pick up and I wear my mask inside

Yes, there's usually a wait since the place has limited seating and sometimes they even sell out, but definitely worth trying! Wasn't too loud and cozy atmosphere. Bring yourself something to do since there's not much to walk around in the area while you wait. But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! So glad we tried this place out, and I would definitely like to come here again, especially when I have a bigger appetite!!

I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

Upon my approach, the exterior was so beautifully curated that I initially mistook it for an exclusive, private small garden. I stopped at Glai Baan and ventured inside, finding the dining room wonderfully bustling with a lively, fashionable crowd a thoroughly excellent sign. The venue offers the most delightful arrangements; one may choose to dine within the main room or enjoy a seat adjacent to the exquisite flower beds and lush, cool greenery. There is also a beautifully structured small bar. The entire aesthetic is nothing short of exceptional, and I found myself quite enamored with the decor. I escorted myself to an excellent table facing the bar and requested a traditional Thai Iced Tea to begin. The bartender was an absolute credit to the establishment immensely warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The hospitality here is truly remarkable; the staff handles their patrons with the gracious care of family, which I found immensely pleasing. For my dinner entrée, I selected the Kanom Jeeb, which bears a marvelous resemblance to the finest dim sum found in elite Chinese establishments. The kitchen executed the order with commendable timing, and upon its elegant presentation, my evening meal was rendered entirely complete. The seamless blend of sophisticated flavor, beautiful botany, and refined hospitality was an absolute treat. I shall most certainly be returning to this charming sanctuary in the near future

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. First of all, ordered at the counter and chose our seat. Place had plentiful tables to choose from. Menu had a variety of sandwiches, vermicelli, and rice plates. I ordered #2 - grilled pork, pate, fried egg, and with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious! Bread was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. An employee quickly cleared the table without hesitation, wiping it down and giving us a pleasant greeting. He was also clearing plates through the small space. It looked like there was just one person working the counter and he was also helping to cook. Everything was cooked to order. We ordered a BBQ pork banh mi, spring rolls, and a pork eggroll noodle bowl (which is my newest obsession). The vegetables on the sandwich were fresh and flavorful; we had some inconsistent knife cuts on the pork resulting in "a big 'ole hunk of meat" on one side of the sandwich, but no big deal. A few issues for me, which may not be a deterrent to you: The rice noodles were overcooked to my taste and my noodle bowl was missing the crunch of bean sprouts! Those same mushy noodles were in the spring rolls. We both didn't care for the addition of bacon in the spring roll and the peanut sauce was the consistency of peanut butter, but we mixed it with siracha and made our own little spicy sauce. All in all a friendly, clean, and inviting place!
