I was visiting Boise for the week and neeeeded to get some soup! This pho really hit the spot. The rangoons were some of the best I've had, and the hot and spicy chicken was AMAZING as well! Not too spicy. If I ever come back to Boise I will definitely come back here!

Pretty good for pho. I ordered the chicken pho and it was pretty tasty. Cute little hole in the wall spot.

Brisket & Meatball Pho | Spring Rolls | Charbroiled Pork My go to pho when I am in Boise. I've been coming here for years and love their dishes and service.

My daughter wanted me to try this place. We went for lunch and it's a small restaurant but it's super cute and it does get busy. We didn't have to wait too long for a table. Service was fast, and the server was super sweet. The food was delicious. I absolutely loved the lemonade it was so good and refreshing. I ordered lemon grass chicken. I think it was good with the cucumber salad yum yum. My daughter ordered the Pho, and she loves it.

Best pho in town! Brisket is tender, broth odd savory, portions are nice. Great ambiance

Nouveau = small portion, high price, no flavor Stopped here during our short weekend in Boise. We were both feeling a little sick and looking for something yummy to warm us up. We both ordered the pho beef brisket and added meatballs. We received a small portion of noodles, that I finished in five bites (yes I counted), one meatball split in half and four pieces of very small cut brisket. Big disappointment. Service was good but this is overpriced for a warm bland snack.

This is the best Vietnamese food in Boise. I am obsessed with Pho and this spot was delicious. The pho broth was rich and flavorful without being salty. I recommend not putting hoisin or hot sauce in the broth, it's too yummy to cover up. The Spring Bowl with Chargrilled Pork was my second favorite dish. The fresh summer (spring) rolls are the best to start off lunch/dinner. They have patio and indoor seating. They serve beer and wine. Puppy friendly patio.

But I rolled my dice today and took my chances and decided to head in. I sat myself. My server was handling a table but came to my table after. Dropped off a menu but this girl knew that she wanted. I did notice that they have size options for their pho now. To be honest, they are pricey compared to other joints. And their portions sizes do run smaller as well. I went with the large chicken pho today. Mannnnnn, the bowl that came out was massive! It was piping hot! The broth was clear. It was sprinkled with cilantro and onion. It looked like a delicious bowl of pho. The broth was savory and rich. The noodles were cooked perfectly! It still had softness to it will a slight bite. I added the basil, Sriracha and a little extra fish sauce. It was hard for me not to consume all the broth. The amount of noodles you get as a large here is a regular bowl at other joints. Today was the right amount I needed. This bowl was warm on my soul. The chicken was tender and not overly cooked. You get a good amount of chicken breast. Sriracha and hoisin sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for the chicken. Today's visit and my last visit was black and white. My server did a great job taking care of me today. The venue is also decorated for fall which was fun! I am stuffed to the brim. I enjoyed every bite of my bowl today. Now that it's getting colder, I will be seeing myself here quite often. Looking forward to mu next big bowl!

We also got an order of fresh spring rolls (A3) which are always a win and some pot stickers (A6), which I usually don't get, but was also a nice change! We also got an iced Vietnamese coffee - this was a little sweeter and I would have preferred more of the stronger coffee flavor, but was otherwise great! To say I was disappointed would be an understatement of the year…read more I went in last night to scope the bakery offerings. I saw empty trays of butter croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. The prices compared to what is being offered in Boise was less expensive so it seemed like Paris Banh Mi sold out of these items. I gathered my daughter and my French mom the next morning to get to Paris Banh Mi at their opening to only find that those empty trays from the night before were still empty. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising. Matter of fact, take out the Eiffel Tower by the front door while you're at it. There's NOTHING FRENCH or PARIS related here. I will never come back. It was embarrassing experience.

Noticed they used iceberg lettuce and could use more traditional herbs such as mint and a different type of lettuce. Felt like there was more iceberg lettuce than the actual protein and noodles. The peanut sauce was a bit sweet and had a more jelly consistency. Drinks and pastry was delicious! Danish was still warm and drink was much needed for a sweet taste. Fast service and cute setting
