A cold rainy night and we were fortunate to get in shortly before closing. The World Series game was on their tag but they turned it off shortly after we arrived (perhaps not wanting us to dawdle). I enjoyed a piping hot chicken pho, and my husband did a spicier lemongrass brisket and pork bowl. We shared spring rolls too. Will definitely be back, service was kind and friendly. I'm a bit picky when it comes to Vietnamese food, growing up with my mom and grandma's homemade dishes and pho. After reading the reviews, I was excited to give this place a try. We got the Pho Tai Nam-- while the broth was very good, I though the meat was different than what I'm used to. The Tai was a little thicker cut, and the Nam was a little tougher than other places I have been to. Otherwise, service was good and the place was clean. I've been wanting to check this place out. The two times we have come we are so hungry we keep forgetting to take a picture of our main meal! We start off with A1. Shrimp and pork spring roll and A5. Grilled chicken spring roll. The grilled chicken has such great flavor! I'm not a big fan of chicken spring rolls but my fiancé is and I could split an order of these grilled chicken spring roll with him. The chicken spring rolls does come with fish sauce so if you prefer peanut sauce then make sure to ask to switch it. The small pho bowls are just the right portion when you also want an appetizer. The bigger ones is a lot of food. I wish other pho places had a small size like this one does. The grilled pork vermicelli is also really yummy but the the pork they use has a lot of fat on the meat more than other places. Will take pics and update my review next time we go. read more

I haven't branched out much within the pho world, I typically get the most basic chicken or beef pho dish. That's what I did hear at Pho One and I don't regret it, I just ordered the chicken noodle soup with white meat. Hard to beat on a cold day (or really any day). There's just nothing bad to say. Really, really good Pho. Really fresh spring rolls, clean, clean environment and fast friendly staff. I'm excited to have two options on eating great Pho so close to me. If I'm taking my 24 year old son or any of my much younger nephews, we would come here. My mom and I came together to try it out and I think it was a little cold and less "old school" style Vietnamese for my mom. But that's ok. Cause we need more pho in the world. I'm vietnamese and picky, and this place has my approval. More upscale and cleaner than the average Vietnamese restaurant. Every single aspect about this place is just wonderful! The people are polite, professional and very patient to answer questions. They are great to suggest items for newbies not familiar with Vietnamese cuisine. They were wonderful in helping us accommodate a finicky 4 year old with something she absolutely loved! On the fence about this place. Currently at home with a cold and sore throat. Ordered through ubereats. Bbq pork spring rolls were yummy but fell apart while trying to eat them. Did not come with peanut sauce or given the option (I know peanut sauce isn't Vietnamese, but most places with pho and spring rolls do usually at least offer it). I got the B15 spicy beef noodle soup as it seemed to be popular. Soup was still VERY hot upon arrival which was impressive as our driver stopped to get gas after he picked up our food....... (that's a whole other story). Here's where things start to go downhill. They did not Saran Wrap the soup container like most places, so the red oily broth that had seeped out from the container stained just about everything it touched. They didn't put anything in the broth- not even the noodles. So that was kind of cumbersome to arrange and eat. I didn't really care for the flavor of the meat, most of it was flavorless and what I could taste, seemed a little off. The broth was good, a tad too spicy for me personally but had a ton of flavor and was rich. They did not include any napkins or utensils as was requested in the ordering notes. Husband got the crispy beef flat noodles which was interesting. The noodles came separately from the beef mixture and they were very hard. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it would have been better ordered and eaten in the restaurant. That wouldn't have fixed everything obviously but it would have made the experience a lot more palatable. Moral of the story- eat inside the restaurant if you choose to come here. I won't get delivery from here again, but I'd possibly be open to going inside. read more

Such good food here! First time I came, I split a pho ga (chicken pho) with white meat and dark meat with my coworker. Delicious, and even the split portion was filling enough for us both! Second time I came, I got the shaken beef. Cooked to perfection! The beef was so tender and well-seasoned! Chefs here know what they're doing. OMFGGGG, this place was great! I found this place on Yelp and of course seen 5 stars and had to go give it a try!! When we got there, there was a huge fish tank that my son was loving! He kept leaving the table for it! The atmosphere was amazing & they did follow safety protocol for covid! The walls were painted & you could just tell the person who did it put a lot of effort in it! But on to the food! I ordered the pho oxtail and let me tell you, the broth was flavorful & the oxtail was soooo tender and the pieces of the oxtail was just the perfect amount! I also ordered spring rolls & the combination fried rice for my son! The portion was big, but it was good! THE FRIED PORK BELLY, all I can say is chefs kiss! the pork belly was cooked to perfection and sooooo crispy!
