I have gotten takeout here multiple times, it fails to disappoint. Always seems to be hot fresh food at great prices.

There sea food soup is the best I ever had! And I am an avid fan of their chai tea, also! The owners are warm and accommodating. The food is descent but that's the only positive about this restaurant. The restaurant is dirty. The servers are rude. It's the worst service ever. I'd never go back to this restaurant. When we walked in, most of the tables still had leftover food and drinks and looked like they haven't been cleaned in hours. It took them a few minutes to acknowledge our presence. There was no hi or welcome. Two other parties walked in after us, but they had to seat themselves at the last two clean tables and wait another few minutes to order. When the bill came, we had some questions about how the charges were printed. Instead of explaining what the bill says, the guy has the audacity to question my husband, "where did you learn your math?" Mind you, the server did not speak fluent English. And my husband is a senior engineer with the master's degree from one of the top universities in the nation. I will never order from here, again. Been a loyal customer for years and got an order with 1/4 the broth container. Person at the store hung up on me when trying to get it fixed. These people don't care about taking care of customers. Hope they figure it out. read more

I always get the steak pho with extra onions, and it never disappoints. I will drive here for lunch even though there's a closer pho to me. They are nice and quick, the Vietnamese Rolls are awesome, spring rolls, and meatball as well. I took my husband and he ordered the combination flat noodles and finished them before I had a chance to try them. But he said they were delish and he's super picky. I do agree it's small but I don't mind the size, everyone is nice! read more

This is our go-to spot in McKinney for pho. The food is delicious and the interior is nice, fresh and new. We usually order V1 Beef vermecelli, or chicken pho, or beef filet pho. The egg rolls are great. I also many times order a jasmine tea pot to sip on. read more

Inconsistent is how I would describe this place. One night you go and the food is great and you think, "Wow! Why do they have *any* low ratings on Yelp? This is incredible!" The next time you go, it smells, the service is poor, you have to put salt on your pad kee mow... Just not at all what you'd expect from a franchised restaurant or, frankly, any restaurant. Ah..the closest Pho establishment to my home...9 miles away! I guess McKinney isn't too into the amazing dish! This place has great reviews and it's spot on! They are quick, friendly and the Pho is delicious. They offer two sizes, I call them normal and ginormous. :) I think the small is plenty but the large is about 1.5x the size. They offer any kind of meat combo that you can dream of. However, if you're not into Pho (or can't eat it when it's hot outside like me), they have a ton of other Asian options like Pad Thai, Banh Mi, Stir Fry, Curry, it goes on! I have only had the Pho so far but may be my local go-to for the remaining asian dishes that I like so much! read more

I found the food here to be lacking. It was okay, but overpriced for this type of food. Wish there were greater options to choose from. The restaurant atmosphere was bland, and the door location opens right next to some tables. If it's cold outside try to get as far away from it as possible. Great peanut dip. Hate crunchy onions in the spring rolls. My son who is picky after one bite wouldn't eat it. He liked the pho I thought it was very watery. They did something to the chili paste. It was so sweet not hot. I couldn't even eat it. That ment I didn't eat. Unless I feel the heat and burn I don't like my meal..sorry I will say I won't be back. I was kinda nice. read more

I honestly love pho restaurants except when the waiter or waitress can't speak the language it's food is from. It doesn't bother me too much, but it's a concern still. This place is usually never busy on weekends and it provides fast service. I would recommend trying Dac Biet or Special Combination with a choice of the boba like drinks. The quality of the food tastes yummy with a sweet ish taste if you add in the black looking sauce which I recommend adding. read more

Appetizers were decent. We got the meatballs. and fried spring roll. Meatballs were a tad gummy. However for the main course, I got V2 pork vermicelli with extra pork ($2 charge). It came out with barely the amount of pork I would expect that a normal order would have. I questioned the amount, and they said, "it's just a salad, so that's how it comes....sorry" The peanut sauce on the N6 was bland and not much flavor / spices / fresh basil at all. We ordered Pho here one night when I was in town visiting. It was just ok. Not the best I have had but not really the worst. The broth needs more flavor and the quality seemed to be missing. I ordered the filet mignon Pho and I would be shocked if my meat was in fact, filet mignon. It was extremely chewy with lots of the white stringy grizzle stuff all throughout the meat which made it hard to chew (I tossed most of it). Seemed to lacking quality and flavor. read more

This place is OK. It is not like the other ones (I am comparing it to the other two I've been to in Plano - Legacy by the theater/75 and on Jupiter /E15th.). It's much slower, and less quantity food/quality compared to the others. Seasoning on some of the rice dishes are off compared to the other and in the case of right now (12/8 @ 7pm all the empty tables are full of dirt dishes, about 8 of 15 or so tables and it's cold in the restaurant while its about 28 degrees outside. If I had a choice I would go to the others if I wasn't tired from working. read more

Pho Que Huog- Addison had great food. The service was pretty poor. We were surrounded by tables full of empty dishes. All tables to the right, left and back of us. The staff was not extremely busy that the tables could not have been cleaned off. We had to find the waiter to order because once he brought water to the table he did not return. We received our dishes but no silverware (no chopsticks for me). The Curry Chicken Noodle and the Steak Filet bowl were awesome. Very spicy and flavorful, but waiter did not return to refill the water. I teetered on making the visit a 3 star for staff reasons, but the food was pretty doggone good. The tables were being cleared as we were preparing to leave, so we were surrounded by trash for the entire dining experience. read more

I just discovered this place a couple of months ago. There's major construction on 75 and Eldorado but I come here anyway. They are very friendly, their food is wonderful, and it's not too expensive either. I love the flavors of their non-soup items and the soup (pho) is as good as any other place you will find if not better. read more

Sigh. The food is good but the last 3-4 times I've come the service has deteriorated every time. Today was the last straw. They brought 2 out of 3 orders, and I had to remind the waitress about our drinks. So, two of us begging eating and still wait for our drinks. Then, we finished eating before they brought out the third order because they lost our ticket. THEN, they didn't bring cutlery out for 1 of us, but did for the other 2. It was a mess and we were starving so we weren't exactly patient in the first place. It looks like they are severely understaffed, since 2 of the staff in the front were cooking and the young waitress was probably in training. She could not understand our orders, couldn't understand the phone, and was the one that forgot everything. They either need a very competent waitress, or 2 more staff. Oh, I forgot to mention that there were only 2 tables taken in the entire place, so it's not like they were overwhelmed with customers. read more

The food was very good! I had the Curry Chicken Pho, flavor was great! However, it was a take out order and the bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime were old! My husband had the spicy chicken Pho! The lady behind the counter was extremely rude it was our first visit and so of course we were asking questions, if I'm a paying customer I should be able to ask questions so I can base your answers on what I order Not Here!!! I wanted the fried vegetable spring rolls and asked about the sauce it came with and was ignored, no response. When we got home it was the Vietnamese spring rolls in rice paper which I personally don't like the mouth feel of rice paper! But it also was not what I ordered! Customer service was lacking and if it wasn't for patrons this place would be out of business! We won't be back! But there is a excellent family owned Pho place in Wylie, Tx called Pho Street the people who own and run it are delightful and very friendly and their Pho is way better tasting, I guess because if you are nasty it comes out into your food!!!! read more

This is by far the worst Pho Que Huong in the metroplex. If you're looking for decent food go to the frisco or Richardson location.

I had the (V2) vermicelli with beef and egg roll. Meat was chopped up and full of fat. The fish sauce for the dish was just okay. Nothing amazing. The egg roll by itself would score a 3.5 since it was oily. Place is nice and waitress is polite. Would have try one more time for me to change my rating since this was my first time in here. read more
