A good pho spot in Henderson! They fill the bowls with noodles and lots of meat which I appreciate very much! You are basically paying for what you get. Their ingredients are fresh and their mints and bean sprouts too. Such a comforting meal! I love going here at night to satisfy my pho cravings! Service was fast, staff are friendly.

Got here around 10:30am and was surprised there were other early pho consumers lol It was clean and I like the soft music they play. I ordered a pho tai nam and an iced Viet coffee. The food came out in minutes and was the flavor I had been craving while stuck in traffic on the 15 on my way to work lol I wish there was one closer to me than the one in Centennial but hey, sometimes it is about the destination vs the journey

Came here this afternoon and the service was really fast to get seated and food to come out. The flavor was good it was a little on the pricier side for pho. Inside vibes was nice.

Our second visit to this restaurant was a delightful experience. The servers were attentive and polite. The seafood soup arrived hot and flavorful, while my husband's beef stew was, well, okay. However, the overall dining experience was satisfying for the entire family. I recommend this restaurant for a good meal.

This place consistently serves good food. From their pho to their vermicelli dishes, you can't go wrong. My go-to is the rib eye pho. The soup is well-balanced and you get a decent amount of food. The service is also consistent but nothing outstanding. If you need anything, you have to wave someone down as they don't seem to swing back by on their own. The atmosphere is average but comfortable. Of the several pho places we've gone to, we frequent this one the most.

Yummy food, friendly staff, big portions, and it's delicious. What's not to love? The benches are super hard, and there are boot padded booths or table seats. That is my one complaint. My butt and back hurt when we left. We ordered shrimp spring rolls and the beef stew with rice noodles and French bread. So good!! The broth was thick and rich and wonderful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The bowl was huge! We shared it and still had leftovers. Yum for breakfast later!

This is our go-to spot for pho! Every time we come, I always order the beef balls and coconut it never disappoints. The service here is outstanding, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The place has a great ambiance, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
