Wow. I just happened to stumble into this place. Some of the best pho I ever had. The broth was amazing and the egg rolls were really good too

This Vietnamese place serves the best Vietnamese coffee in town. The coffee wasn't too sweet or bitter. The shaken beef dish is great. The texture of the beef is delicious it feels like it melts on your mouth. The service was good; the lady that took our orders was vattentive and gave us options. We will definitely be coming back!

Bun mam If you know you know. Hella good!

Really good food and really cute service - fast and efficient. Never saw a Viet place with bun mam on the menu, and this dish is Southern Vietnamese deliciousness! Gotta eat super spicy.

Veggie Pho

Best Pho in town! A quaint mom and pop shop that is calming on a Sunday afternoon. All the food is wonderful and the service is great. This is our favorite spot! We'll be back

Probably the best pho I've ever had. The broth was rich, buttery, beefy, and still light. There was a good portion meats and they were pretty good too

AMAZING! One of the best viet places I've ever been to. My boyfriend is Viet and this tastes just as good as his mom's homemade meals. The menu is handwritten and authentic, fairly priced for the amount of food they give you. The staff is very nice, it's family owned and they've been open for around 20 years! The bun bo hue is my absolute fav, it is so rich, generous amount of meat, and not too spicy. The broth is more on the rich and savory side, i added just a lil fish sauce and lime and it was perfect! The veggies are fresh and washed and perfectly crispy. Pho broth is well prepared, you can tell it's been boiled for a long time, even without condiments it is rich and flavorful. Noodles are cooked welll. The vermicelli noodles were so refreshing, the spring roll outside layer was made out of rice paper than the traditional egg wrapper, the nuoc mam was so good and so fresh. Definitely will be coming back, such an underrated place! Place was clean as well as the bathrooms!

I must have been Asian in another lifetime! I love Thai, Japanese Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Filipino food so much that I can eat it almost every day! When my nail tech (a really lovely Vietnamese lady) told me to try Pho Sing Sing, saying it was'authentic', I had to give it a go! My daughter loved her seafood Pho and my son and I enjoyed our # 15 & 16 (bun thit nuong with the vermicelli noodles and lots of fish sauce)! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious and if I'm in the area and have a taste for Vietnamese, I'd return. And maybe it's more traditional than other places but overall, I still prefer my OG location which is also closer to home.

Ask the Community - Pho Sing Sing

Do they use styrofoam containers for food for delivery?

They are temporary closed due to "electrical problems"?

Is the vermicelli with tofu and veggies prepared in a vegetable broth, I'm looking for a vegetarian option?

You can get whatever broth you want, and yes they have a vegetarian broth.

I looked at the menu on-line and I am not seeing vegetarian pho - is it called something else? Or would I have to ask specially for it?

I am actually eating at Pho Sing Sing right now and asked the server. She states to ask for vegetarian version. It has carrots.. cauliflower..tofu..etc. sounds pretty yummy. I hope this helps.

And honestly, this place deserves to be up there as one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had that deep slow-cooked taste you look for in a good bowl of pho. The short ribs were super tender and practically melted in your mouth. You can tell they don't cut corners here. After a long day walking around Vegas, this was the perfect way to end the night with a comforting and satisfying bowl of pho. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving good Vietnamese comfort food.

What is it with places now a days? This broth is ok. Again, where's the flavor? 19$ for this pho. Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. Im too lazy to sift through 5k pics on my phone. Lol! Soooo im gonna stop by here in a couple of weeks to eat here again and get a new pic! Lol! Maybe when I come back ill have a better impression!

The place was really nice, with a casual setting that had street food vibes paying homage to its home country roots. Very very quick and observant staff, who were always around but not pestering. This place is my new go to spot for Pho and as a very enthusiastic Pho fan, especially here in Las Vegas, that is an incredible spot for one place to take. High marks, and couldn't recommend more.

To make matters worse, the lady who answered the door was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less about the customers or the business. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to be welcoming. We made the trip expecting to dine here based on the posted hours and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of restaurants that honor their business hours and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I won't be coming back.

Typically I get the Chicken or Beef Pho, but on this visit, I went for the Pork Udon. The soup comes out temperature hot (a must!) and the broth is so good. The bowl is big and you get a lot of the price - so the value is there! For me, I add some extra toppings in addition to the bean sprouts and lime. I also added basil to mine. I also had their Egg Rolls to start - pork and vegetable inside. It is super tasty and it comes out nice and hot from the fryer. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well. It has a great marinade and flavor in it and I also like to add this to any noodle soup that I'm having. The staff here is really nice and always prompt. They greet you right away and they are ready to take your order any time. The food doesn't take long to come out either.

BACK IN VEGAS!!! I…read morehave been craving Vietnamese food ever since I moved back to Michigan from SoCal. When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.

You can sit wherever you like, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating--even when my whole family shows up with a party of eight! They always keep up with our orders and make sure everyone is taken care of. I usually order combination pho at most Vietnamese restaurants, but Sidestreet completely won me over with their Ribeye Pho. The ribeye is sliced super thin and incredibly tender. You get your bowl of noodles and broth, and then you also get a broth separately on a side burner, so you can dip the ribeye in as you eat. It keeps the meat perfectly tender and your soup piping hot. The broth is flavorful and hits the spot for me. Especially when I am not feeling good. And you cant forget the starters! Their fresh spring rolls and crispy egg rolls are also a must-try. Our family gets both everytime. It's a little hard to find at first--located on the second floor above the plaza where SF Supermarket, Ninja Karaoke, and Sushi Neko are--but absolutely worth the extra minute of looking. Once you're inside, it's clear you've found one of those places locals keep to themselves. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, Spring Rolls, and Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The broth of the pho was especially good--rich, clean, and comforting without being overly salty. The grilled pork and egg rolls on the bun were cooked perfectly, and the spring rolls had that nice fresh crunch you hope for but don't always get. I was a little sad they didn't have banh khot or che ba mau that day, but what they did have was solid across the board. This is very much a family-run, mom-and-pop environment, so service isn't the polished chain-restaurant style; you occasionally have to flag someone down for attention. Personally, I didn't mind--everyone was friendly once you had their eye, and the food speaks for itself. It feels like you're eating in someone's kitchen, and that's part of the charm. Overall: 5/5. Hidden gem vibes, authentic food, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I'll definitely return and hope to catch those additional menu items next time.
