    Are there Vegan options?

    Sorry, no

Does the bun Bo hue have pork in the broth?

It's made with pork and beef bones , & it has pork meat in the soup

Can we place an online order for takeout?

I don't believe they have an online ordering system. It's best to call your order in if you don't want to wait

Are they now allowing indoor dinning?

    Yes, open for dine in.

Are they open for dine in?

Yes, we dined in on Saturday. It is with limited seating though.

Are they open during "safer at home"? I tried calling them but no answer so I'm guessing no?

Hi Catherine, We're currently closed for the time being but we'll most likely be open soon.. maybe early or mid April.…

    Do they make Subs?

I believe they do make Vietnamese sandwiches. I don't go to Pho restaurants to eat sandwiches though. I would go to a Sandwich place for that

Do they sell only the bone broth?

Yes, I'm keto and I order the brith only alot

Are there any noodle substitutes? Like veggies or konjac shirataki noodles?

Not that I know of. But you can definitely get some blanched veggie.

Is there a vegetarian based pho?

    Yes! Ask for veggie broth!

    Does the pho contain MSG?

MSG is naturally contained in a large variety of foods including tomatoes and mushrooms. The answer is almost always yes. Monosodium glutamate is not any dangerous or worse than salt and is a good example of not believing everything you're told. The…

The pho had a rich, flavorful broth, the bún bò Huế packed the perfect amount of spice and depth, the spring rolls were fresh, the nem nướng was grilled perfectly, and the bánh bèo was one of the best I've had. The portions are generous, the prices are incredibly affordable, and the food tastes like it was made with care. It's definitely one of those hole-in-the-wall spots that deserves way more attention. I'll absolutely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

She's been coming here since before they upgraded the space, and from what I understand it's run by brothers. The family is really nice, and it definitely has that local neighborhood spot feel. The main reason she brought me was for their **bún riêu**, but I have to be honest -- it didn't really taste like bún riêu to me. It was still good, but the broth had more of a tomato-y, clearer base and felt like its own soup rather than a true bún riêu. I was also surprised they didn't have **shrimp paste** available for it, which felt kind of odd. They do have **bánh bèo** and some other Vietnamese dishes, which I thought was cool, and overall everything we tried was okay. I've had a different soup from here before, and I've also gotten it delivered, and I'd say the experience is pretty much the same across the board -- decent, solid, nothing bad, but nothing that really stands out for me either. That said, I'd still come back because my girlfriend enjoys it, the family is sweet, and there aren't a ton of Vietnamese spots I've tried out in the Valley yet. It's one of those neighborhood places that's nice to have around, even if it's not something I'd personally go out of my way for.

Beef pho hit the spot, perfect temp broth to wilt the herbs and sprouts, savory flavor, and tasty meats. The taco was a surprising hit, beef was the same from the pho topped with pickled onions. Must have with a spritz of lime and sriracha. Service was great, server was helpful, and friendly. Talked about the specials and took care of the rest. The restaurant has a charming fresh feel, nice decor and ample seating for groups. It was a little warm this summer afternoon but in all honesty it kinda added to the ambiance and reminded me a little of eating in Hanoi. All-in-all happy with my dining experience and will gladly add Lotus & Light in my pho round up.

I have ordered here multiple times and i keep getting screwed over on takeout orders. I dont know…read moreif the cook just sucks or its management's orders but when you order a banh mi, it comes with jalapenos. I even verified with the girl on the phone when placing the order i wanted jalapenos. The banh mi has no jalapenos, half the sandwich is daikon and carrots with a cucumber and the thinnest layer of overcooked beef on top. I ordered last month 2 banh mi and egg rolls. Banh mi had no jalapenos either, the egg rolls were missing lettuce wraps and the sauce was half the to go container. I've eaten here in person and received lettuce when eating in the restaurant, their yelp photos show lettuce wraps with the egg rolls. But every time i ordered egg rolls for takeout it is missing lettuce wraps. The one time i ordered and got the lettuce wraps with egg rolls, i had to explicitly tell them to add it that time. I thought this placed served the food as it should be in their culture? I've held back leaving a bad review of this place because i thought they would somehow improve or it was a one off mistake but this was the final straw. Consistently screwing up or intentionally holding back ingredients on takeout orders crazy. How much are you actually saving by with holding lettuce, sauce, and jalapenos??? This place used to be good, now it's just another above average spot. If you want banh mi, go somewhere else and be less disappointed.

I was craving curry so I got the TKO curry duck soup. (yellow curry powder mixed with red curry paste cooked in coconut milk broth with gluten duck, mushroom, rice noodles, black & white sesame seeds, green onion, peanuts, and cilantro.) The owner asked if my friend was hungry. He said yes and that he's allergic to peanuts. The owner put in an order for him. I believe my friend's order was a combination of duck and fried dumplings with fried rice and chow mein. We also ordered Chinese donuts to share. Food was delicious as usual. A big fan of this spot. There's one gender neutral restroom in the back. Located in a very small lot with compact spaces. Larger cars please park on the street the spaces are small enough.

Right off the bat, I peeped the reviews to see if they were good and I noticed, a lot of the issues were with the service but nothing about the food being bad, so it was a go! Once we arrived we were instantly seated and they were quick and attentive! The lady took our order, while the other lady was pushing carts with huge pho bowls on them. I'm not going to lie, the bowls were looking amazing! The place was pretty busy and clean. The vibe was cool and everyone was either in a group or with their significant other, so I was digging the vibe. I went with the teriyaki chicken plate, while one of my boys got the bulgolgi plate and the other got a bowl of pho. I thought my chicken teriyaki was amazing but I did have a bite of my boys bulgolgi and it was not the hit and I LOVE bulgolgi. I def won't be ordering it there. Anyway, I would go back for some late night eats and I would 100% get the teriyaki chicken again. It was very good! OOOC 3.5 out of 5 Afros

I got the Super Bowl pho which basically has a lot of beef and pork and seafood. Cost around 20 and I got me a side of egg rolls. The service personally wasn't the greatest and that's why I gave it a 2 star. There were only 2 lady workers running the show for 18 tables I think I counted. Which had a Hispanic male in the back and I was like this is not authentic pho. I was cold and I asked if I could not sit by the door and she told me no. They took forever to bring utensils and napkins. The ambiance was casual and okay. At the end when I was almost finished with my pho I notice two Asian men came in and the lady knew them but gave them a huge table and they did not order food or anything which I was like damn that sucks. I'm cold sitting next to the door and they walked in and got a nice sitting. And I knew if I brought CAREMAL kisses she would have not liked the meat it was chewy and the texture was a bit weird. And this is coming from me so I know she had a part that she left on me to be detailed about the taste and texture because I wouldn't have said anything before meeting her. I would come again just to see if I get the same experience but I hope I don't and I would come back. It's the light skin dragon coming to you with a review that is honest and am looking to coming back to see if I get treated the same way.
