This is our forst time here. Food was great. Service was great. Restaurants has a good vibe. We will be back again.

New ownership I came in ordering my usual order the waiter looked at me and asked me if it was my first time here. I told him no. I've ordered this multiple times before here. He looked at me and just gave me a blank smile. I had to change my order. I sat down and another customer approached me as he was walking out and said " he do know that there's a new owner, that's why the menu is different. The food might be different too. " then he left when I was waiting for my food. I heard the waiters talk and they weren't talking in Vietnamese. And the food was different. We came here for family lunch! And the hosts were very kind! They catered to our family of 12. The eggrolls, spring rolls, pho, rice plates, boba, and ice coffee were so delicious! All the appetizers and plates were full of flavor! The nuc mam and broth are so flavor! I love the authenticity of the dishes and atmosphere! What a plus for their grand opening we got free samples of desserts! Definitely recommend coming here!!! Service is so friendly and fast!!! read more

I stopped here after driving through Roseville during a busy afternoon. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made it easy to slow down. The pho was deeply flavorful and comforting, and the fresh herbs added a refreshing brightness. A quiet and satisfying dinner. read more

The service is horrible. We waited forever to finally have our salt and pepper calamari delivered cold and overcooked. We sent it back and the same calamari was returned to us hot and inedible. We paid for our tea and left before the rest of the meal was delivered. read more

I came with my black family a couple minutes ago and when we got to our table everything was good, the food was looking good from the menu. Our waiter was super rude, and most importantly, had an attitude. He then got to our table with 20 FORKS and SPOONS on top of a STACK of napkins. On each side of our table, even though I ordered SOUP for everyone. Mind you there were 9 of us. I've never been so disrespected by a restaurant in all the years of my life. The food was excellent almost surprising compared to the last location which was pho n roll which the fam and I loved. The place wasn't too clean and The service was ok nothing special. We had to ask for everything while the servers played cards next to us but gave the kids balloons which made them smile. So food 9/10 service 7/10 cleanliness 6/10. Overall satisfied. The food is to die for! I got the salt and pepper chicken wings which were phenomenal. I also had p12 which was also very good. Plus the mango fruit tea with lychee which was sweet but still good. The service was fast and nice. The ambiance was nice in the restaurant but the bathrooms are terrible. There was a smell like something died. This wasn't the first time, I have been going here for months and it hasn't changed. I would recommend going here one hundred percent, but I would recommend not using their women's bathroom. read more

Came in, used to enjoy this place but probably one of the worst meals I've had in a while. Ordered spring rolls which I never even got. Ate half of the pho bowl with soggy noodles which seemed to have sat in the broth for far too long. Gave me lettuce instead of basil. I would recommend any other place if you're looking for Vietnamese food. This place seemed to be far better before they changed ownership now it is a sad excuse for a restaurant. read more

The Combo Pho was amazing, one of the best in town. As well as the Chow Mein. The flavors blend really well with each other when adding Chilli oil. The House Special was fantastic as well. The quail eggs were my favorite part. The service is very tranquil. The servers are nice and have a good attitude towards you. As for the ambiance and look of the restaurant, everything is calm and soft looking. Overall, Pho Society is amazing and I recommend. read more

This is the most inconsistent restaurant I have ever been to, I kept giving it a try and disappoints. Last night was the final straw, the server didn't know the menu, kept asking what number, messed up our pho twice and still not what we wanted so no one ate. Gave us our take out food as our food came out and it wasn't even hot. The steak was clumped together and wouldn't separate or cook. Pho society has great customer service and their food is delicious. My go to is Von Vo Hue and my wife's to go to is the barbecue rib combo. Highly recommend it for all you pho lovers. read more

My kids were hungry; they wanted pho at Pho Station (Roseville), which opened at 10 a.m. I told my children to wait until 11 a.m. so we could try Pho Society. They agreed, so we drove from Roseville to Folsom. Arriving at 11:05, we noticed the "open" sign was off. I pulled on the door and it was locked. I could see an employee hiding behind the bar, not making eye contact. Two other families arrived; they pulled on the door, looking confused. We all verified that the hours for the day said "Sunday 11 a.m" They stood around for 10 minutes, got back into their cars, and left. I waited until 11:25. I could see another employee coming out, putting all the chairs down. I tried getting his attention, asking when they would open, but he was avoiding me. We got back in the car and drove back to Pho Station in Roseville. I got two hungry children and wanted 2 hours on a Sunday morning. They may have an emergency, maybe they changed their opening hours and forgot to changed their sign, kindly come out and let us know, we would understand, instead of ignoring us. It's crazy that restaurants spend a lot of money trying to get customers into their establishment, here we are, with 3 separate families wanting to try their pho, and we got turn away. read more

I called in a Togo from the yelp number after lunch time at 3:30 yesterday. A polite lady answered the phone and asked which location I was calling for. She took my order and told me 10-15 minutes to pick up. I got there early and used the restroom. It was spacious but could use some maintenance. My order was ready on time. I ordered cha gio & large p18. When I got home I unpacked the bag and noticed there were no bean sprouts, basil, lime or jalapeños. In addition to missing the condiments my pho was missing the oxtail. I was disappointed in missing the items that should have been included with my order and the portion was rather small for a large but the flavor of the broth was delicious and the meats that I did receive were cooked and cut perfectly. I was really looking forward to having oxtail in my soup, especially for the cost. read more
