We pulled in this plaza to go to another restaurant but saw this place and took a chance instead. We are so glad we did! The place is very clean, and beautiful inside. Our servers were incredible (it was a little slower so the 3 servers on duty all checked up on us) and the food was wonderful. This place is nice. I initially came in to get an order of Pho to go. While I was waiting, the owners were so nice to me and my son that while we sat at the bar and this prompted me to have a drink (me a beer, him a coke). The vibe of the venue is unlike any Vietnamese restaurant that I've been to. Good music, chill atmosphere, quiet yet engaged. Before leaving the owner convinced me to try a Taro Boba and for that I'm thankful. By far the best boba I've had....hands down!!! The pho was great and price was fair. This place is overpriced with horrible portions. There is literally the tiniest bit of meat in all the dishes we ordered, pho, vermicelli bun, and chicken fried rice. This is so sad. We used to go to Pho Street regularly. The food was fantastic and the staff friendly and efficient. You always had to wait about 39 to 40 minutes while they prepared each dish fresh. No more. Some of the food isn't recognizable. An order of stir-fry with chicken came in a soup container and looked like soup, with about 5 pieces of chicken. The "lo mein" was spaghetti noodles. You'll LOVE this restaurant! We've gotten takeout 5 times in the past 2 weeks. The freshness of the ingredients is tasted throughout each dish that we've tried; Pho-Chicken, Pho-Pork and Pad Thai. Th Pho soup was packaged in 4 different containers/wraps to ensure the freshness and crispness of all of the vegetables including sprouts, lime, basil, scallions and cilantro. The broth had a lot of flavor to. They opened just in time for "the virus" to close the restaurants. I hope that they are able to hang on until people can go in and be waited on. I saw that this was a new place and I love pho so I was happy to make a drive and try this place out. This is the first time I've been to a pho place that served sushi burritos. I ordered a Pho Tai Bo Vien and my friend ordered a House special Pho Dac Biet. The parking lot is a little awkward, but once you get in, the inside is nice and it's clean. The service was quick and nice. The pho size was large and the price is reasonable as the broth was super super flavorful and good!! Sometimes when pho places open and is still kinda new, the broth is a deal breaker as it shows the quality of the cooking. My friend and I proceeded with ordering a sushi burrito and a lychee boba slush togo. The drink was so good! It wasn't overly sweet and was perfect post pho meal. We had the sushi burrito later at home, and it was satisfying. It also came with Vietnamese shrimp chips. All in all, I loved the food and recommend it! read more

I was blown away by the flavor of the soup (not your typical Chinese wonton) and wait til you taste the freshest tasting stuffed wonton noodles. I can highly recommend it. The Bahn Mi baguette itself was excellent but the filling seemed to be lacking something - maybe a little dry - a little boring - no heat - but they brought me fresh sliced jalapeños to add. At our table others had vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and vegetable stir fry with tofu. All was beautifully presented, portions were also a good value and the flavors pleased everyone. This unassuming diner, tucked away between large stores in the parking lot of a strip mall, has been tastefully decorated. This has booth and table seating all bathed in pleasant natural light. Delightful jazz music was played at a pleasant level not interfering with conversation. Menu, while not too extensive, has a surprising variety of Asian dishes. We enjoyed their spring roll which was fresh. The lemongrass beef vermicelli bowl was also fresh, tasty, but short on the fish sauce. The crispy noodles have a delightful mild flavor but also needed additional sauce. We plan to return and try out some of their other dishes.
