Great tasting food. Pretty much what you would get in most Vietnamese places. Lots of choices from traditional pho to seafood choices. Very nice service. The place is nice and clean and has lots of tables for small or big parties. Great place. Serving is very big.

It was pretty good. Service kind of slow but overall the food was delicious. The fried chicken plate was smothered in garlic sauce. The papaya salad was super crunchy. The bowl of pho was steamy hot with a ton of onions. I would come back here again.

VERY happy! I know there are so many options around here that we've had before, but on this day we decided to try Pho This Way where we were able to be seated immediately for a Saturday lunch. It smells delicious as soon as you walk in and even better tasting. I originally wanted pho but I decided to get the shaking beef with garlic noodles and it was a huge portion size and very flavorful. I'm also glad they used good quality beef. I also tried my husband's pho and their broth is exactly how I like my pho broth to be. Personally, I'm no pho connoisseur but I think this one might be the better pho options around here lol.

Order the Shaking Beef Garlic Noodles! Best Garlic Noodles I've had! I've been craving it since the last time I was in the area. Love the tender beef and flavorful noodles! Don't skip on the sauce! Dip the noodles or pour it over! Delicious! I'll be back!

Very solid pho shop. Came with my son after his weekend practice. It's clean and the serve was really friendly. We ordered special combination pho, some fresh spring rolls. They are delicious. I will return.

I am not sure when, but this place quickly became one of my favorite spots in Vietnam town. I've tried several items on their menu, like the Salt Roasted Squid, Fried Chicken Cartilage with Fish Sauce, Fried Rice, Pho, and Bun Bo Hue, but my absolute favorite is the Fried Chicken Rice Plate with Fish Sauce. The others are good, but this rice plate is on another level. Definitely very flavorful and delicious. It's heavy on the fish sauce, so if you're not used to Vietnamese fish sauce, it might be a bit strong/quite overpowering for your palate. If I had one tiny thing: the prices are a bit on the higher side compared to some other pho places in the area. But given the quality and the experience, I still think it's worth it. Additionally, the service here is great. Nice and friendly group of people. It's a family-run place, so it has a really homey, comfortable vibe. They're not fancy or over the top, but they make sure you have what you need. Overall, I definitely recommend this place! If you want an authentic Vietnamese spot, but not feeling the fish sauce, there are always lots of other items on the menu to choose from that are also very good.

Was in the area for a different restaurant which was unfortunately due to cleanliness. Found this spot within walking distance. Was quickly greeted, offered water and menus. Ordered...Pho Tron This Way (5/5) The food came quick and hot. Initially thought it was on the pricy side but was shocked by the amount of meat in the dish. It's a dry mix flat rice noodle with a sweet soy sauce and various cuts of beef, topped with fried shallots and peanuts. A side of hot beef broth with beef and meatballs. Side plate of beans sprouts, basil, jalapeño and lemon. It was well balanced, flavorful and filling. It's a generous portion but I manage to finished everything. I left happy to have found this gem. Highly recommend!

Friendly service and food came out fast. Small but very clean restaurant. We ordered the bun Bo hue and pho dac biet, both of which came with lots of meat.

    Best pho we've ever had!

Best pho we have ever had. Tried several pho options. Fried spring rolls were solid too.

Food and service here are amazing. The place is pretty inside. Plenty of seating inside and out. I came a little after they opened, so we got the place to ourselves. I ordered their Bún bò Huế, fried egg rolls, and brisket soup with thin noodles. My kids loved it. They said the broth and flavors were all there. The Bún bò Huế was really good. The pork was a little tough, but the beef was super tender. I just wish it had a little more spice. Other than that, I'll be coming back.

Came across this place by chance trying to try different places in Vietnam town. We ordered the spring roll, stirfry noodle, and the combination pho. It was so good! The soup was flavorful. The stirfry was an amazing amount of food. I definitely recommend this place and I would be coming back.

The first few times we came to the Vietnam Town area, we wanted to stop by the famous Pho Hanoi and California Bakehouse as per recommendations from locals. But when those spots had a huge line out the door, we opted for Pho This Way instead and were pleasantly surprised. There wasn't too many people in the restaurant when we got seated. The restaurant has a cute little space and was very orderly and clean. The staff was attentive to us and got us started with ordering pretty quickly. We orderd the Pho Suon Bo (beef rib) and Pho Ap Chao (crispy fried pho). The pho broth was nice and rich with a solid amount of food albeit still somewhat expensive at the price point or arouond $17-$18. The pho ap chao was surprisingly good - it can be quite a hit or miss depending on the restaurant. I really like when places deep fry thicker cut noodles as they can get really crispy while still holding gravy sauce and the veggies/protein well. Pho This Way is a solid choice in the sprawling shopping center of Vietnam Town for anyone coming through for a visit.

We went with the classic which was dry, combination noodles (which includes egg noodle and rice noodle), and nam vang (shrimp and pork). This is their most popular order and you can't go wrong! If you order it dry, it comes with a side of soup. My issue with Hu Tieu Nam Vang at other restaurants is that sometimes it's too dry and there's not enough sauce. Not a problem at Leung Noodle! They have a perfect amount of sauce that coat all the noodles really well. Tons of meat too - I'm not even able to finish it! They have sides that you can use like pickled garlic and chili spice. We arrived around 12:30pm, and were seated immediately at the corner of the communal table. Service was bare minimal but efficient. We ordered via a QR code, and helped ourselves to the water already at the table. There's a self-serve sauce bar near the entrance as well. The restaurant wasn't too big inside and there was a short line outside while we're there. The line went away pretty quickly, though. Food came out within 10 minutes after placing our order. I had their Signature Free Range Chicken Big-bus Miishien Soup for the "crossing the bridge noodles" experience. The broth was piping hot and very flavorful. I put all the fixings and noodles into the broth except the cashew nuts and the chicken, which I put in right before I was about to eat them. The chicken was very lean and tender. I even ate the skin as there's no fat attached to it. I also loved the texture of the noodles. The mushroom was great, just too little of it. I wish they had used corn ribs or another vegetable as the corn kernels were very hard to fish from the broth. While it was a delicious and satisfying bowl of noodles, the "Big-bus" version was a bit overpriced. Our daughter liked her Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup (Less Spicy), especially how the mini Chinese donuts soaked up the broth. I had a bit of her broth and ground pork, and it was yummy with just a bit of numbing spininess. We both liked their pickles from the sauce bar and at the table. My husband enjoyed his Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup with free extra miishien as well. After selecting Checkout on Chowbus, payment was done via a staff who came by. I signed up for their rewards program when I ordered, and got 10% off. I would love to come back and try their spicy beef noodles. I noticed a promo sign outside the restaurant for some of their noodle dishes (@$12.99) from Monday to Thursday, during specific hours.
