Always busy, great customer service. Extra points that they are beside Fred Meyer's. Beef pho any and all combination is really good and flavorful. Chicken pho is moist chicken breast meat. Small pho is always more than enough for me. Large one is enough for me and two kids! For those who do not have a love for cilantro, they do not automatically garnish with it-- you need to ask for it. That's a plus for my kids. We love this place-- a go-to for comfort food! read more

I will start by saying I am not the worlds #1 connoisseur of Pho, but on a cold rainy day, what else can hit the spot. That said, I was least impressed by this place. That is not to say the food was horrible, but I wasn't impressed. The place was about half empty, but that was too be expected at 1pm. 2.5-3 stars. I don't care what people say but my husband and I are convinced that its under new management/ownership. We are regulars here, lately it has been take out, but nonetheless regulars. Last week with our take out- I noticed instantly the broth color was different, then the smell was different as well. After making it we could taste the broth was different from our usual. I honestly preferred it more than the real thing. Today we went and did a dine-in and we are convinced its new under new ownership, either that or a new chef making the pho. So in my opinion, not all pho is the same. They are all different. This place is good, but is not the best. I've had much better at various different places, but the thing about this place is that it's local for me. There isn't anything better in the area. Others are ok or almost as good, but this is still the best in the area. I personally haven't had anything besides the pho here, but I've been with people who have and they have very much enjoyed the other offerings (usually fried rice or a meat & salad meal). The meatballs are the main knock here, and the brisket can be a bit on the fatty side, but it's all-in-all a pretty good place. Takeout is a cinch here and ready very quick. I live down the street from this place, so to say the least, I frequent this pho shop often. Location: It is conveniently inside of a large shopping complex, so there is always plenty of parking. Setting: The inside is alright, for the most part it is clean and the staff is always prompt and offers smiles. Usually have some calming jazz or instrumentals like Kenny G. or Diana Krall playing in the background, which I kind of like. The large window that spans the whole side of the shop is fun for a meal for one, you can watch people walking to and from their cars. Family friendly!!!! :) The food: The vermicelli bowls are fantastic, the grilled meats are what makes them. They are always fresh, with cucumber, salad, bean sprouts, cilantro, green onion, your choice of grilled meat and basil! The pho is ALRIGHT.... Was initially out off by the dirty front windows/door and "good" food safety rating, but decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. They were advertising "Today's Specials" in the window as discounted banh mi, so we ordered 3. The items rang up at full price, and when I asked about the Specials, was told that the sign in the window was "old" and these are the "new prices." Gave them another pass...which is actually when we should have walked out. In looking around, we could see how dirty the restaurant was, not to mention, that the owner was serving glasses of water to customers he was holding from the inside of the cup (after handling money and dirty dishes). After waiting for nearly 20 minutes for our 3 sandwiches, we found the bread to be stale; overdressed with mayo..and the meat generally flavorless. With so many pho restaurants out there, do yourself a favor...skip this place and find another!! read more

Tried raw beef and flank pho, chicken pho, and spring rolls. The pho was huge in portion, but the broth itself wasn't exceptionally flavorful. I've had better. The spring rolls were so fresh I'm convinced they were made that day. The accompanying peanut sauce tasted bland and like from a mix though, so it took away from the rolls a bit. I go here often. It's right next to my nail salon so when I'm done being pampered I go here and get a bite to eat. The prices are great and the amount of food is more than your moneys worth. I went back here today, they must have changed ownership. Very disappointed, had a small chicken pho and there here wasn't much chicken and only a third of the bowl had noodles in it. It looked incomplete lol. Like the noodles were even saying, "too much broth and too much room in here!" This place appears to be a local favorite! I came here on a Friday night and all the tables were packed with Vietanmese folks! I wouldn't say its the best pho brisket I had or even the best spring rolls, but it's pretty good! I also tried the honey dew milk tea and was pleasantly surprised! The boba balls were very soft as if they boiled it fresh ~ I highly appreciate that since some places have the boba balls hard and cold. By far, worst pho I've ever had. If I had to choose between this place and only one other pho place 50 miles away, I would drive the 50 miles. We got 2 orders of basic flank pho and somehow they forgot to add noodles to one of them . The meat was PURE fat. To the point that we were picking the meat out to pull off the fat. Spring rolls aren't great, a little too plain. The chicken pho was delicious but a few pieces of chicken tasted really dry and old. But the broth was really good, as well as the noodles.
