When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.

If it is a face plate that I need or the port needing to be replaced. I've never had any complaints about their service. They constantly update me, they inform me if there's going to be any delays as far as any shipping. If the product is not in store and the prices are very Reasonable. I happened to find Curtis, the owner of the business, through YELP. I needed someone to fix a…read morecomponent on my board for my dash of my motorcycle, as the component had fallen off. Curtis had immediately answered the phone and I was able to drive over there that day (it was a Saturday) and drop it off. He was very professional and up front on the cost. He called me a day or two later to let me know that he couldn't get the component reattached to the board so he had to do hours of research to figure out the part number and then order it from across the country. As soon as he got the piece in, he notified me and kept me updated on how it was going. I was able to pick it up a few weeks later as he was able to get it attached! Unfortunately, due to me getting sick, I haven't been able to fully test it, but I was able to install the board back into my dash and when I turned the key, the dash and the electronics all came on so that's a great sign! He called me a few days after I picked it up to see how it went! He was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has motherboard, computer, IT issues! And he had cleaned the entire board (cause water was getting into the case and drying on it) and told me how to keep it water tight for next time!
