Well, we found our spot. It took a few years, but glad to say, good Chinese is back on the menu. We use to drive to LA, Glendora and Victorville and we didn't mind because Chinese is our favorite food and it was really good. All of sudden, all of them tanked and the food was horrible. We had Phu Chen for the first time today and we loved it. Got the house rice, house noodles and beef broccoli. Everything was spot on with the flavor and another plus, it's in Fontana; 10 minutes away. My wife is a fan of spicy food (not me) and she said the chili oil is perfect! We will be back! It's rare that you say "the best I've ever had" and really mean it. The orange chicken and pork belly were star dishes. We also ordered veggie spring rolls and beef fried rice both tasty and well made. All food made to order comes out hot and fresh. Portions are very generous. For drinks I had the Thai tea with boba. It had soft chewy boba with perfect texture. We had enough left over for probably 1-2 meals for 2 people. Service was top notch and friendly. The food comes out fast. Location is an assuming place in the parking lot opposite of the bowling alley. Don't let the subdued exterior prevent you from entering. This place is a gem. read more

Visited this place last Friday! I had heard about this place for quite some time, but had not had a chance to try it out. Phu Chen Kitchen did not disappoint! I ordered the Walnut Shrimp and it was crispy and creamy. It was exactly what I have been looking for. I have been trying to find delicious shrimp, but living out in the IE, I had mostly seen these big shrimps out in LA area. Had this spot with my boyfriend, our favorite Thai kitchen was closed today so we went on Yelp and found this place. I enjoyed the food it was pretty bomb, not a lot of dim sum places in Rialto so I was surprised to see some dim sum items on the menu. We got the pan fried noodles with 3 meats & this alone was definitely my family's favorite! The steamed rice was homemade & not sticky like other places!
