We Pickup's! We always get the pan, with its buttery crust and crunchy cheesy corner pieces are the best. Our fave is the Ditka, the pickled sweet peppers make this. The thin crust is great too! I have to say, you must to get the Spinach salad with bacon, goat cheese, pepitas and sweet onion dressing. So good! And they're Deadheads, so you know they're cool. read more

We came into town on vacation hungry and looking for dinner somewhere that was not overcrowded. We ended up finding this little pizza place with the BEST pizza ever! The man and woman (didn't catch their names unfortunately) taking orders and manning the oven were super friendly and if we ever head out that way again-this place was added to our list of must-stop places. Do not doubt the reviews! This place is fantastic, and not in a "only a few options around" kind of way. I mean top 5 pizza places in the state of Colorado. The staff is incredibly nice, and if you can be patient for the phenomenon they are about to serve you, ypu will no doubt come to the same conclusion. I had the farm salad abd sprouts pizza. Was a little skeptical about this food truck, but we ended up being very pleased with the pepperoni pizza we ordered. Even after a 15 minute ride home, the pizza was very good. Crust was excellent, we generally prefer thin crust but the original they offered was great. I've had better pizza in Italy, but this place will be our go to pizza place in the Gypsum area. read more

This is a hidden gem about a mile from the I-70 exit. Most of the customers seem to be locals rather than tourists which means you won't be served overpriced mediocre food. I got their lasagna pizza and it was definitely one of the best pies I've ever had in my entire life. Prices are very reasonable and there's a park nearby where you can take a short walk while you wait for them to bake your pizza. read more

We ordered take out last night and if I could have given 3.5 starts I probably would have but leaning towards the 4. Took two pizzas back to our hotel - the lord and lady deep dish and a thin crust pepperoni. I want to say that it might be that we do not eat much deep dish but what completely caught us off guard was the fact that the cheese and toppings were smothered under a large portion of red sauce. No way to taste melted cheese, sausage or spinach all that hit was bread and tomato sauce. Although the super unfortunate part was the burnt baby spinach leaves on the edges and throughout. We enjoyed the thin crust pepperoni so much more! Only draw back was the burnt edges and how the pizza was cut in squares. There were no "good" crust edges because all the middle pieces had no edges. Farm salad was nice with spinach and arugula yet we realized after reading the menu again it was missing kale. All that being said we would certainly give this place another try for their signature pizzas with the thin crust!! read more

Visiting from Utah and decided to try Pickups. We were not disappointed in the slightest. This is some of the best pizza we'd ever had! We got one thin crust and one pan pizza. Both were excellent. The first pan pizza came out a little burnt and when they brought it to our table they apologized and said that they put another one in the oven for us without us saying anything. I wish we lived closer because this would be my go to place by far for pizza. So dang good! Will be stopping here anytime we are remotely close to Eagle. read more

Living in CA we have try to find something decent. They were hard to find. Was going to Moe's BBQ but they were closed. Check yelp review & landed here. Wife ordered the "Oh Kale, No" pizza.
