He was very helpful and patient while we were going back n forth deciding on the different toppings to put on our pizzas. This was my first visit...my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday, she raved about this place so why not? So for starters...as many topping as I want for a standard price? oh yea!!!! I went here with family for the first time. For about $8.50, you receive a medium sized pizza made to order in less than five minutes. You pick the sauce, cheese and toppings. They prepare it in front of you and stick it into an oven at 1,000 degrees. Very tasty. read more

The food is great, lines are usually short, and food is made relatively quickly for pizza. They are somewhat stingy on initial toppings so you have to keep nudging them to add more. Restaurant is clean, staff is nice, and fro yo is right next door :) read more

This out second time going to Pieology but first time at this location. It was clean and the staff was nice overall. My kids love Pieology because they love how they get to make their own pizza and I love how it's done quickly. Win-Win. However there were a couple things specific to this location that bring down the rating. While the staff was nice, the overall service wasn't the best. One of the employees kept trying to deliver pizzas to the wrong people. As we sat and ate I saw her bring pizza out to the wrong people 3 different times, once to us while we were eating ours. Clearly we had our order but she still tried to hand me another pizza. I looked at our pizza and then at her, like "I have mine" and she just looked confused. She never once got it right. I'm not sure if she was new or if they need a better system but it definitely didn't give off the right image. It was actually embarrassing to watch. Secondly, the bottom of our pizza had, what I believe to be, burned flour all over it. Our hands were literally black from holding our pizza. I had to scrap the bottom of our pizza off. However the pizza itself wasn't burned and was actually cooked perfectly. We love Piology but we may just stick to the Rancho Cordova location which is closer to us anyways. read more

Absolutely just what I was looking for. I wasn't too hungry, felt like pizza and didn't want to spend a lot in order to wait forever. I went here and ordered the "Mad to meat you". The person who helped me was awesome. She suggested a couple items, at no extra charge by the way, they sounded good so I partook. I also wanted a side salad but they were out, so, the guy behind the counter made one for me. Great service and the pizza was out in 10 minutes. The price is very reasonable. Had an amazing experience at this Pieology. I'm on a really specific diet and the cauliflower crust was a great gluten free option. Jon helped me all the way through and made my pizza as perfect as it gets. I recommend to anyone to try to cauliflower. Usually I go for the PieRise or Stuffed crust but found the cauliflower to be a really nice surprise. It's a healthy alternative to a very tasty pizza. On top of that I'm not very keen on eating cauliflower so it being made into a pizza crust was a surprise that it tasted so good! Didn't even realize I was eating veggies. read more

The staff was incredibly friendly. I HIGHLY reccommend avoiding this restaurant if you have a dairy allergy. Though i followed the steps and carefully watched, cross contamination still happened. Would have been a better experience if they didn't touch cheeses then immediately veggies and possibly use the same roller. Taste was good for what i tried. I wish I could select zero stars. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience was so disgusting, I had to share it. I walked in today and no one was in line. I stood at the front of the counter and made eye contact with multiple people, yet received no acknowledgement. They all seemed very busy so I waited thinking that once they were done they'd help me. I waited some more. And more. At one point the employees look at me then look at each other like I was standing in the wrong spot, so I moved to the register thinking maybe I need to order at the register. At the register I tried to get someone's attention. Again, ignored. Someone finally looks over and asks if I have an online order. I reply, "No" and he looks at me, says nothing and goes back to the food area. So, now I'm irritated. I'm more firm in getting another employee's attention and ask if I'm supposed to order at the register. The employee told me to order at the counter. I look over and someone is walking up to the counter. He is immediately greeted and asked what he'd like to order. I tell the employee that I just waited so long to be helped and now there's someone in front of me when I got here first. The employee rudely said that they'll be done with him quickly and to go back in line. I am starving so I go back in line and again wait before I decide to walk out. So apart from every employee in that store being male, every employee was also white. The customer they so quickly helped was also a white male. I am not white or a male. I've been coming here for awhile now. Their Tandoori chicken pizza is delicious (although I tell them to go light on the sauce because it can be too much), and can be customized. They'll do half different pizzas too. There's a variety of toppings and spices to choose from. I like how their crust always comes out crispy and cooks fast. The gluten-free crust (which is $2 extra) also tastes good (for it being be gluten-free). read more

First, on Saturday afternoon, Jun 13,2020 they called me and said they received an online order from me but it does not show any item on my order but I obviously paid for it and got charged so how will I get charged if i didn't order any? Lady on the phone kept insisting I didn't get charged when it was clearly on my credit card, I was fine with just paying again when I got there. And thennnn when I got my order, I received HALF a size of a personal pizza that looked like it was just thrown in the box just to get it over with! AFTER THE GOOD AMOUNT OF TIP I GAVE THEM!!!!!
