The toppings tasted incredibly fresh and balanced instead of overloaded or greasy like a lot of places tend to do. I ordered the Bánh Xèo pizza, which was such a creative twist on the classic Vietnamese dish, and it completely worked. The flavors were unique, bold, and surprisingly addictive. I ended up gobbling down the whole pizza before I even realized it because it was that good. I'll be honest -- the pizza is a little pricey for the size. But after eating it, I totally understood why. I'd much rather pay for a thoughtfully made pizza with quality ingredients than a cheaper mass-produced chain pizza that tastes forgettable five minutes later.
