Love this place! This was the second time I ate here, and I got the Toston Burger with Cajun Fries. It was so good, but a little messy to eat. Definitely worth it and I would so get it again. At first I wasn't sure about having tostones for the buns of a burger, but I don't have any regrets! (No ragrets, not even a single letter). The actual place, however, is pretty small, and when I went on a Saturday afternoon it was getting packed. We got our food to go but found a table for two and by the time our food was ready they just severed it to us there instead of to go. Great burgers and brunch dishes! I had food here for my sister's post wedding brunch and a casual weekend lunch. The dishes combine tons of flavor together to make one happy event in my mouth! I can't speak for much on the menu because I've only had one item, but dang, it's good. It's the Pincho Burger. Perfectly cooked burger packed with a delicious combination of toppings including little crunchy potato sticks ("papitas") and this sauce...I don't know what it is....but it is truly the icing on the cake. I'm a burger lover so I'm picky and only want GOOD burgers. And this one, fellow Yelpers, is beyond good. What a sad moment when i was only half way done and I was feeling full. So I started following these guys on Instagram. All their food looked amazing. I was worried their burgers were small, so when I placed my order I asked for a double patty. I was surprised by how thick the burger patties were. That plate weighed quite a bit. Their burgers really are different from other places. It's like they got bistec or skirt steak and turned it into ground beef. It was flavorful and you could honestly just eat it by itself. A simple burger with cheese is enough with no ketchup or mayo. The bacon ranch fries was definitely over the top. It had cheese on it as well as bacon and ranch. What was just as delicious was the cajun fries. The seasoning on the fries was amazing (my friend ordered that in case you were thinking i was real fat ass and had two orders of fries which i am capable of). Even as I sit here, slowly digesting my burger and fries, I am thinking of what I should get next from them. The Pastelito Burger would be very nice! Great service. The plate included a small side portion of assorted fruits but I didn't really care for the fruits - I was there for the BURGER :) My husband had the Toston burger which he loved. The cilantro sauce included on the burger was really good. The tostones and burgers were just right not too greasy. The cheese melted on top of the burger made it absolutely delicious. Since we went during Brunch, the were featuring the Pastelito burger. While this burger did sound really good, I was a bit intimidated by it, BUT I will definitely try it out next time. Our experience at pincho factory was "okay" we went thinking a little to high of this place including the food. Since everyone was raving about it. First, we walk in and you could hear a pin drop on the floor. We couldn't find menus anywhere. We approached the counter and we asked for menus and the cashier handed us 2 menus. The look of the menus was terrible, it was a copy of a copy in black and white - we could barely read it. HOW ARE THEY SUPPOSE SELL IF YOU DONT ADVERTISE WELL. I ordered the month special a quesadilla burger. My husband a blu cheese bacon burger, and my daughter a grilled cheese sandwich. The quality of the food was okay, nothing incredible! The Burger was grilled to perfection! The Egg was soft and runny! The Pink sauce was flavorful. I also bought a bottled Ginger Ale which was tasty. The place was packed when I walked with a little line. All the tables were filled with people. I wondered the people in front of me and where I was going to sit!? Anyways, the young cashier exercised great patience to take every one's order; and I never felt rushed or taking to much time. First time here and very good, I can say that for being a burger joint it was great and the menu selections were for sure different from the usual. First off, tostone burger? Yes please! A juicy burger with a garlic aioli and lettuce and tomato with two crispy tostones around it were very good and so different. I also am a huge fan of the case with sodas from Mexican Pepsi to out of state blends like Virgil's. On the menu today they offered a pastelito burger which was odd but interesting, while I'd never try it seems like it would be good. As for the beer selection they have craft and regular brews, and they currently have a Wynwood brew made here locally didn't try it either but I'm gonna assume it's good. A small place, so if it's full you'll have to wait but it's worth the wait. Food takes a bit of time since everything is fresh to order but it's still very very good. So if you're in the area for sure check it out, because the food is good and pricing isn't too bad either. So check it out, it's different but oh so tasty. I freaking love this place. I might not live in Miami anymore, but this is one of those places that I always manage to visit in the short amount of time I'm in the city. I got turned on to this place by my friend who is a foodie. I love simple food with a twist and pinchos are always delicious, but something that I think is normal outside of an arena in Miami like after a Miami Heat game sold by an adorable lady and dripping in delicious sauce. While there is nothing like a pincho after a Heat win, really it's the food that makes me the most happy. Here they are always innovative with pinchos and their burgers and pincho dogs. I always order on the app and by mistake today I forgot to sub a burger patty for a veggie patty and noticed the SECOND I hit submit. I quickly call the store and I ask if they could please sub it for me because I forgot to request it on the app. The girl who answers tells me they can't because the order has already been made.... (how can two burgers already be done when I literally placed the order less than a minute ago). I proceed to tell her how can the order be done if I just placed it? She doesn't respond and I hear someone in the back saying we have to charge... (the app doesn't charge to sub meat for a veggie patty) I tell her this and she still doesn't give me a response and I can still hear someone in the back telling her things to say so she tells me to give her a second and she mutes me for a good 5 minutes. I can only assume they were just talking too each other trying to decide if they were going to do what I kindly asked of them or not. She comes back to the line and says okay we're going to do the whole order for you again and as I'm going to say thank you she just hangs up. Mind you I only ordered 2 burgers and I was just asking to sub one patty in one of the burgers so the entire order didn't have to be remade and just to remind you I called a minute after I placed the order which seems astronomically fast to make 2 burgers. I pick up my order and receive deaths stares of course because I'm made out to seem like a complicated customer when in reality all they had to say from the get go was "sure we can sub the patty since you just placed the order". The food is great here but the customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus something is always missing when you order takeout. Every time I order sauce on the side, it is NEVERRRRR there and when you ask for the sauce they always put a face as if I'm asking them to make the sauce from scratch and it's going to cost them so much trouble to squeeze a bottle into a cup to hand over to me. Huge line to order, seating is hard to find and the menu board letters are tiny. I had to squint to see the menu. (Yes I've had my vision checked recently). Which isn't a huge deal but just thought I'd point it out. California salad with chicken was great and the burger my man had was good. Queso frito and the banana caramel cheesecake... not so much. Right off of Bird Road at 99th Ave. Order at the counter and they call you when it's ready. We only waited about 15 minutes from order time to eatin' time (at 5:30 on a Saturday). Staff was friendly and patient as we were ordering. I got a double "Bacon N Bleu Burger": two patties topped with bacon, gargonzola cheese, buffalo sauce, and carmelized onions. The patties were very juicy and fresh, the bacon crispy, and the onions perfectly carmelized. Burgers were cooked medium-well. The buffalo sauce was not overwhelming at all; it was just the right amount of heat. They use potato buns which puts an amazingly tasteful touch. It was filling too (and I'm an above-average sized man) and didn't leave me hungry. Definitely rivals Shake Shack quality and taste, but definitely puts Rok:Brgr and Town Kitchen & Bar to shame. My girl got a single "Pincho Burger" and devoured the whole thing (and she usually always has to take home a 'doggy-bag'). We split a large fry as well, which was also delicious. They are small, crispy, and have a very unique taste and just makes you wish the basket didn't run out so quickly!
