Bolay is a "healthy Chipotle" counter service bowl concept that I desperately wish I had more access to in the Orlando area. It's a beautiful thing to assemble a bowl with your preferences of bases (go for sweet potato noodles), vegetables (the Brussels are excellent), proteins, and sauces for a light but filling meal. The team at this location was very friendly and helpful with a casual, laid-back attitude. Easy parking right outside the building. Overall, a very easy and tasty go-to restaurant!

Great food, I love the salmon and lemon chicken. I'm their kale salad is amazing. The staff is so friendly which is a bonus when it comes to the quick food service restaurants these days. I think the restaurant could be a bit cleaner because the tables are sometimes dirty when we dine in and that's a pet peeve of mine. Overall it is a great place to grab a healthier meal.

This location is great! After bad experiences at the Bolay in Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale, I had stopped eating at Bolay altogether. However, I was in the area and decided to give this location a try, and I'm glad I did. I ordered online for pickup, and when I arrived, the person at the register was so nice and made me feel welcome right away! Everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I will definitely come back here for sure! They also added a nice touch by writing something nice on the containers, which I loved!

Service was good mostly the tables were busy so I did wipe off my own table and food today was not as hot as it usually is, but the food was still not hot. Great ambience they had music playing in. The background was awesome. The employees are the worst for service they couldn't care if customers walk through there door. They talk too you like you are a burden to them . Second strike third strike, you'll be out . What does that mean? It means they lose my business.

First time at this place. I wasn't sure how good this place would be but my friend recommended it. The place is your typical casual dine-in. There was plenty of seating. The guy who helped us was nice. Apparently, you can sample taste one of the protein add-ons. I sampled the mushroom and ended up getting it. I got the make your own bowl. I got the below: 2 bases: pesto noodles (these are cold) & spinach/almond 1 protein: tofu 1 veggie: mushrooms 1 topping: pickled red onions 1 sauce: Herb cilantro dressing Surprisingly, it was really good! Every single item I got was delicious! The pesto noodles were good but I don't think it went well as a base with all my add-ons. I definitely would come back here again.

Bolay for the win! Parking: depends on the time. I'm always there for lunch and it is difficult. It is in a strip mall. Service: generally I do lunch pick ups by ordering online and if is efficient and always correct. Food: delicious and healthy!! They have many protein options - chicken, steak, salmon, tofu, etc. with a wide selection of sauces. This is one of the few places that sells the healthiest rice - black rice! Atmosphere - this is a quick service restaurant so it is very casual. The vibe at lunch is largely professional folks from nearby employers and those working from home. For a healthy, quick fix - this is your spot. Think Chipotle, but even healthier!

As someone from California who has eaten at many restaurants with this concept---I was sadly disappointed. And not with the flavors. And not with the service. I am sorry, but with four people on shift in the afternoon, during hours where it was not busy--- the cleanliness of this restaurant nearly made me walk out. It appeared as though no one had the sense enough to wipe down the display top that the food is kept on. Morsels of food everywhere on the display. Empty, dried up food pans left out. Server having to swat away the flies so I might want to choose the chicken on display. My God. For such a modern and brightly designed eatery, I was shocked at the lack of care and attention geared towards food handling and infection control. Additionally, why are the cherry tomatoes so much money? For a spoonful of halved tomatoes, almost a dollar! And the protien upcharges too! This was a tasty meal but I didn't feel the experience and the pricing warrants another visit.

Great curbside experience today! Placed my order, drove there, and within 6 minutes I was on my way! Here's what I ordered: Large custom bowl with sweet potato noodles, mushrooms, power beans, teriyaki chicken, and pesto sauce! Everything was so fresh and flavorful!

Another Bolay another yummy bowl! However this bowl I was picking up was for my mom. It's located in a newer large plaza right off & west of I75. Sufficient parking for Bolay & the plaza. This Bolay has the same similar décor to the others. It's bright, clean and utensil/napkin, etc. area well stocked. Service was polite & efficient. What I ordered for mom, a large bowl with sweet potato noodles, forbidden rice, mushrooms, potatoes, teriyaki chicken & shrimp. Food was fresh and yummy according to mom. And I have to say it sure looked it.

Bolay is a Wellington based franchise founded by Chris and his father Tim Gannon. Tim cofounded Outback Steakhouse and is the South Florida franchisee for PDQ. The concept for Bolay was pitched to his father by Chris who noticed his friends wanted healthier quick food options. The first store opened in February of 2016. Now they have 13 locations in Florida, including Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton, Miami Lakes, and West Palm Beach. Bolay is a build your own bowl concept restaurant. You build a superfood bowl by layering a base, vegetables, protein, topping and sauce. A small bowl is around $10. First choose a base from items including gluten-free cilantro noodles, jasmine rice, Asian sweet potato noodles, and marinated kale. Vegetables selections feature ginger broccoli, roasted brussels sprouts, balsamic mushrooms, while proteins include chicken, pork, seafood and steak. Don't forget to sprinkle on some freshly chopped cilantro or parmesan cheese. Finally sauce it up with spicy Thai, creamy garlic & herb, cilantro pesto, and sriracha sauce. They also have tea, fresh pressed juice, cookies, and strawberry chia seed pudding. This Bolay is located in the Cobblestone Plaza in West Pembroke Pines near I-75.I stopped in to grab takeout for my lunch the next day. I wanted the rice but it wasn't ready. Instead I tried the sweet potato noodles for the first time and I really liked them. To the noodles I added roasted potatoes, broccoli, and lemon chicken. I love their sweet message on top of the bowl. For lunch today I had a healthy complete meal that powered me through my day. There are a lot of bowl concept restaurants but Bolay is my favorite. No matter how you make it, you are guaranteed a healthy and delicious meal.

Bolay flavors are consistently good and diverse. After being diagnosed as celiac last week I'm sure I'll be coming here quite often moving forward. Good service and clean restaurant for eating in.

Like "let's take pictures before we eat because this patio belongs in a lifestyle magazine" gorgeous. Las Olas energy at its finest. The outdoor seating is fantastic, the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy, and honestly, the food was outstanding. Which is why this hurts. We came for Mother's Day brunch and intentionally avoided rushing over for happy hour pricing because we wanted a relaxed meal. Adult decision. Responsible. Mature. Mistake number one apparently. Started with the charred corn and avocado dip and I need whoever created that dish to be recognized with some sort of civic award. Ridiculously good. One of those appetizers where you immediately start calculating whether licking the bowl in public is socially acceptable. Then came the steak and eggs discussion. My wife and I were both looking at the steak and eggs listed on the menu for $26.75. Our waiter explained that the standard steak was only four ounces and casually suggested upgrading to a six ounce or eight ounce cut instead. Now listen carefully because this is where the plot twists into a financial thriller. At no point during this conversation was pricing for the upgrade mentioned. And shame on me for not asking. That part is absolutely on me. But the suggestion was delivered with the same casual energy as "would you like fries with that?" So I upgraded to the eight ounce. My wife went with the six ounce. She also had a margarita she loved. We skipped dessert because we were stuffed and, as it turns out, accidentally entering a luxury cattle futures market. Then the handheld payment machine arrived. $175. I stared at that screen like it had just informed me my mortgage was due immediately. Turns out those extra six ounces of sirloin between the two plates carried an upcharge that could finance a small fishing boat. Roughly ten dollars an ounce for the upgrade. Somewhere, a Wagyu cow laughed at me from a distance. And look, before anybody jumps in, yes... I should have asked. Lesson learned. But restaurants also know exactly what they're doing when upgrade pricing gets floated around casually without numbers attached. There's a difference between upselling and a sneak attack. Which makes this review frustrating because I genuinely loved almost everything else. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic. Service was friendly. But nothing tanks the ending of a brunch quite like feeling blindsided by steak math. Pro tip for future diners: If they suggest the upgraded steak, ask the price immediately. Ask twice. Possibly get it notarized. Three stars because I really do want to come back someday. But right now I still feel like I got hit with a reverse happy hour.
