This place will always be one of my favorites! It's elevated froyo in my opinion - I love its flavors and toppings. I got the Original and Limoncello with cinnamon crumble, coconut, strawberries, and almond roca. I honestly didn't need the almond roca with it, though. As another reviewer stated, there is a lack of transparency in regards to their pricing. During COVID I've been frequenting this location, and I was advised today their is a cap on the number of toppings you can have. Keep in mind the same person has served me before, I frequent this location often and this has never been mentioned nor is it written on the menu. I advised that it isn't written on the menu board, and the attendant mentioned that for the medium size they only allow 4-5 toppings. If that's the case, then 1) why isn't that the case every time I come, 2) I don't hear you telling that to the people before and after me, 3) why isn't that written somewhere, and 4) if not written, then why wouldn't you tell people once we start selecting toppings so we can plan accordingly. They are intentionally very secretive about this. My friend had the same thing happen to him the other day, but I didn't think much of it and honestly thought maybe he misunderstood the person since we're all wearing masks. Frankly speaking, there are way too many froyo places for a business to be acting this stingy. Especially when all there is to look forward to amidst bush fires, pandemic, hurricanes and trump is the toppings on your froyo. read more

Obviously there are frozen yogurts all over town but the reason love Pinkberry is that I believe they are the original and therefore they perfected it. I always get the original tart yogurt. It's texture is different and thicker. At other yogurt shops, the yogurt flattens and melt down quickly. The original is more tart as well. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good and fair customer service. There is no limitation on the amount of toppings listed anywhere on the menu. I had a total of 4 toppings on my yogurt (4 pieces of blueberries, 4 strawberry slices, some almonds and a few pieces of cap n' crunch), which involved a lot of "can you put a little more of that?" and the cashier having the audacity to say "oh, you're going to get more?" only two toppings in. When I requested for a fifth topping, I was told I would need to pay 54 cents extra per topping. Again, nowhere on the menu are there limitations on the number of toppings one can get. Having to pay 54 cents for literally four little pieces of diced mangoes is absolutely absurd. This place nickels and dimes their customers. I completely understand paying extra for toppings once it gets to be too much. However, that should be something incorporated in the menu and specified before people start adding toppings. Needless to say, 5 is not an insane number of toppings. read more

Yay!!! They're back!! When Pinkberry closed its stores in Dallas a few years ago, I was so upset! Now they are back and I couldn't be happier!!! They have THE MOST DELICIOUS yogurt of any place I have ever been!! The flavors are amazing too. They change them out seasonally so there is always something new to try. read more

We come here frequently, I only like the chocolate or strawberry flavors, but sometimes they are out. I will get the original flavor sometimes and add toppings, but my favorite is the chocolate. Priya is super nice and does everything to make sure you have a good experience! read more

Came here looking for some normal yogurt. All they had was specialty flavors. Banana bread and pecan pie are not yogurt flavors. Would not have minded if they had at least vanilla, strawberry or chocolate. They offer unlimited toppings but who wants M&Ms and sprinkles on top of pecan pie? It was very expensive compared to other yogurt places. $5.50 for a small. I prefer Sweet Frogs or Cherry Berry. Will not return. read more

I thought that the yogurt here was fabulous but it wasn't placed in the cup well. This is not a self serve place so I told the woman what I wanted and she went to fill up the cup. It looked nice so I was happy and really enjoyed it! Although when I was about halfway through I noticed that the way she filled it up left a big hole right in the middle of my two flavors(mango and pomegranate, which were awesome choices. Definitely recommend together) also I felt like my small was cheated into an extra small. I'm not sure if it's like that every time but I still think it was worth it.
