I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet and didn't have any synthetic after-taste. I can order and enjoy it as is. As for the juice, this was my first experience with beetroot. It was delicious and I couldn't pick out any individual ingredient because the bright red juice was perfectly blended. Juice Box also has a selection of ice cream (with rotating seasonal flavors), waffles and a ton of drink/blended drink options. I ordered a single scoop of Dubai Chocolate ice cream and a single scoop of Popcorn ice cream. The Dubai Chocolate flavor was charged significantly more (around $8+ tax from what I remember), while the Popcorn flavor was priced lower. What was confusing is that there was no clear communication about the extra charge, and I didn't see any pricing displayed for the additional syrup topping that apparently added about $3. To be honest, I don't think a simple syrup drizzle justifies a $3 upcharge. Come on--that seems excessive for such a small addition, especially when it wasn't clearly explained upfront. I've visited twice and was charged different prices each time, which makes me question whether employees are properly trained or if management needs to improve pricing consistency. Another disappointment was that the selection available in-store was much smaller than what is advertised on their website. I visited expecting to see many of the flavors and options shown online, but several were not available. The store itself was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, service was slow despite the business not being very busy, and there was a lack of communication and guidance regarding menu options and pricing.
