I finally stopped by around 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when the line wasn't nearly as long, but it still took over 29 minutes just to get an ice cream. There was only one person working the register and one person preparing all the orders on his own. That said, both employees remained calm and professional the entire time. They did not appear stressed despite the constant flow of customers, and they handled everything with patience. Major credit to them for keeping it together all weekend. Management, however, could have anticipated the volume of a large cheer competition and staffed accordingly. With better preparation, the experience could have been much smoother.
