This was my first brunch on my trip to San Juan. It was a great place to start. I got seated right away on a Thursday morning. One of the best breakfast spots in Condado. This is apparently their 2nd location. We went on a Sunday and it was fair amount of people. The place is VERY small - a couple of tables inside and other tables outside. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. The good thing is that they take your order while you're in line to speed up the process. I got one of the sandwiches to share and their sandwiches are big! I shared my sandwich and I was still full. Pinky's is a MUST STOP breakfast spot if you are in the San Juan / Condado area. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. The prices are the best we've seen in Puerto Rico. The smoothies were cheap and so refreshing. We got the Druken Pilot egg scramble and the best (and biggest) banana pancakes I've ever had. Pinky's is super popular and for good reason! I stopped by with a friend while on vacation for breakfast around 9am on a weekday and easily got a seat inside but by the time we left it was packed! It is a small restaurant with only about 5 two tops inside and another 4 tables outside so I would consider take out. Service was quick and the food was amazing! I had the Pinky's breakfast sandwich with bacon and the garlic pesto mayo was to die for!! It added so much flavor and creaminess that took a pretty typical breakfast sandwich to the next level. It felt like there was struggle in the AC department. There was also heavy construction, so it was hard to find this location, but thankfully we found it. Very cute and cool little restaurant in PR for breakfast. We had to wait a short bit for seating because it's limited. Going for breakfast, there is a wide selection of eggs, Puerto Rican french toast, and other great favorites in the PR style. I had a wonderful Goat Cheese Scramble with goat cheese, basil, and onion. I did think it came with toast but that was extra. I also ordered advocado on the side and it was a perfect pair. My partner ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito with ham and he loved it. The coffee was also delicious. I had a couple iced coffees. Overall it's a great place. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the seating. The outside seating had a bench on one side of the tables, but it was too high for the tables. It wasn't very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast spot in Condado area. This was our last meal on the island before returning home and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is fantastic and does a lot in a very small place. Including put out some amazing breakfasts. Our group had the following breakfast sandwich- it was delicious and huge, half of it made it to the airport and was eaten on the go Banana & blueberry pancakes- both were fantastic and the cakes were huge. We're talking light, fluffy, airy pancakes I preferred the blueberry . Cuban sandwich- Another great sandwich. I loved that all the proteins were grilled separately, then built into a sandwich and pressed. This gave lots of flavor and texture in every bite. Goat cheese scramble- the vegetarian's choice. My partner stumbled across Pinky's while on a morning walk during our trip to Puerto Rico. He stopped by for a smoothie and he was hooked! The next morning we stopped after our walk and I had the bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg and I added avocado and my boyfriend has the Pinky's breakfast sandwich. For smoothies, we had the "I want it All" which comes with papaya, banana, strawberry and brown sugar with your choice or juice or milk. This is such a good post walk/workout meal! I love this place. My favorite quick breakfast spot in Puerto Rico- no contest. I ate a Pinky's breakfast 3 out of 4 days on my trip and would do it all over again. There is seating but it very much a quick place to eat and leave. It's even a gray to go option. The servers were great. They were very patient with us and answers all our questions.
