We chose this location for a Birthday Party because: 1. Bottomless Mimosa's 2. Bowling 3. Brunch They were out of Champagne. Which...is pretty absurd given the time and day we went, but we moved on, chose 2 other drinks to have. One of which tasted like watered down fruit, and the other tasted really bitter. As we started bowling, we noticed every time we bowled that it would lean left, even after all 8 of us were fully convinced of this, we used the little stump that just drops the bowling ball straight down the middle, and the ball solely hit the 7 pin. Would HiGHLY recommend avoiding this place for any type of bowling experience, because their bowling lanes are uneven. As for the brunch, I personally had my food brought out fine, and tasting good, the Sausage was pretty tasty in particular. The server seemed pretty friendly at first, but after about 20 minutes into our multiple hour reservation, she just kept on disappearing for 15 minutes at a time, and just ultimately changed her tone to lead to negative interactions. My friends eggs came out wrong, and got blatantly argued with and was suggested to have just "picked up the wrong plate" Our chicken and waffles were brought to us without syrup, despite asking for extra syrup up front, and it was never received until the point where our Waffles were already cold. Ultimately, just a negative experience here, would highly recommend choosing a different location for all 3 of the reasons we came here. read more

Made reservations here after my 10 yr old stepson wanted to take his dad out bowling for his 40th birthday. When making a reservation, they ask if there is any occasion that is going to be celebrated, and also ask to upload a picture so that the person can be greeted. When we arrived there was a sign of the names being celebrated for their birthdays and my stepson was kinda bummed that they did not have his dad's name. Oh well. Anyway, we were about 15 minutes early to our reservation, so we were asked to sit down and they would contact us when it was closer to our reservation time. During that time, I asked to look at the menu and we were also offered the "happy hour" menu. After studying the menu for a few minutes, the staff member returned and realized that the two menus given did not apply because there is no happy hour on Saturday and the brunch menu was about to end. Next thing I know, different groups of people walking in (who did not have reservations) were being brought to the empty lanes. The downstairs lanes were close to packed and I went up to remind the lady that we were still there waiting with 2 minutes until our reservation time. By this point, I was annoyed with the service. The lady eventually brings us upstairs and asks us how long we intended to play...1 or 2 hours. We decided on 2 hours and she informed us that the time would start immediately. Great. The server soon came, we ordered food, ate delicious food, drank, played, and I soon forgot about my earlier frustrations. Then 55 minutes pass and the waitress says, "you have about 5 minutes left, so I'll leave the bill here." We all looked in confusion then asked if two hours had passed that fast. She then informs us we were put down for an hour. At this point I mention out loud to my husband, "so much for celebrating your birthday here... let's just go. " Really agitated and about to walk out the door, our server ran after us to give my husband a slice of birthday cake. Overall, service is horrible. Oh, and for the bowling enthusiast...the lanes are very dry. Food is great though. read more

I have been to Pinstripes numerous times for bocce, the live music, happy hour, and to eat at the bistro. My overall review is this: bistro service is attentive and lately has been more friendly, I have highly recommend the tenderloin slider, macaroni & cheese, or the cobb salad sub grilled chicken. The sliders are so tender, cooked medium rare and served on soft buns, arugula, and a very tasty sauce. Mac n cheese has a very smooth cheesy texture and the noodles are al dente. The Cobb salad has a good portion of all the goodies....avocados, egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and the grilled chicken is very juicy. Bar - I traditionally order the Lemoncello martini (Thursdays only $5), caution they are addictive. I also drink the Italiano Margarita, just wish they were a larger serving. Bocce - even though I really enjoy the game the service during bocce play needs some massive improvement. I often have to go to the bar to get another drink. I would recommend eating before or after your bocce to get the full enjoyment and competitiveness of the your bocce game. read more

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. We were in town visiting from Atlanta. The weather was beautiful so we dined on the covered patio. We arrived in time for happy hour. We ordered almost everything on the menu. The lemoncello martini was a definite must have. It was nice and strong just the way I like it! There was not a long wait time for our food. Our favorites: Tenderloin sliders- full of flavor and tender. Sausage and pepperoni pizza - the sausage was spicy but we loved it. Calamari- crispy and seasoned just right Mozarella and Marina- breaded balls of mozarella cheese in marinara and fresh mozzarella and basil. Went to the Sunday brunch buffet. This was like a Golden Corral breakfast buffet, with the exception of Pinstripes has shrimp cocktail on their buffet. The food was lukewarm, at best. The mozzarella on the Caprese salad was all dried out and chewy. The croissants that were put out looked and tasted like Sam's. They aren't warm at all. The only other breakfast bread offering were bagels. Not worth the $28.00 per person. If you want fresh, hot food, you had to stand in the ridiculously long omelette line or get a mini waffle. read more

I like brunch food but can't have eggs. I prefer the bottomless brunch option. Just say, I walked into brunch paradise when I walked into Pinstripes. We were early but were immediately seated. The brunch spectacular went from station to station. There's a Belgium waffle station with toppings, oh dear me. There's a meat carving station with prime rib and other carved meat. Around the corner are homemade pastries. Across from that are potatoes, and brunch items, eggs. And on the same station across from the pastries is boiled shrimp and little salads. At another station are cookies and brownies. The waitress kept my iced tea full and was quick to take our plates. She was very attentive. I topped all that food (2 heaping plates full) with a $4 mimosa. Grand, just grand. read more

Recently visited Pinstripes for the first time and was impressed with the overall experience. I would describe Pinstripes as high-end entertainment for adults consisting of bowling, bocce, food, and drinks. While I don't believe there are any restrictions on kids going there, it is not your traditional bowling alley environment by any means. I enjoyed the food and selection of beers on tap and my wife enjoyed her cocktail. The couches in the bowling area give more of a living room feel than a bowling alley and the entire facility is nice and well kept. The staff members were extremely pleasant and it was overall just a great night out with my wife. As far as some of the negative reviews regarding price, the price point is commensurate with the facility and looks like a fun place for a corporate retreat or team building event and I will definitely be returning in the future. read more

Very disappointment on a 4th of July dinner! Foods were much below average in quality and taste! Services were even worse: after DUMPING our ordered foods, waitress never showed up for exactly another 10 minutes to check if we liked our foods. Soft drink was too stale. We did not enjoy the foods: more than half of them were left uneaten. They were very courageous to ask us if we needed boxes to take them home. A manager offered us a gift card, which I am NOW afraid to give away to anyone for this restaurant for possible bad experience. read more

I made a reservation for bowling at 3 PM yesterday for my son and I for Mother's Day and I was highly disappointed by the service we received. I do understand that Mother's Day was probably a busy day for the establishment and that as humans, we all do make mistakes; However, service was not great at all. I called for service three times (one was for ball return which did not occur nor happen) via the screen where we were seated and I waited 5 mins each time to have someone service us and no one ever did. The first time, my son and I got up to find someone and the second time, I went to the front desk only to find not one person insight at the desk to service or wait on anyone as there was a lady standing and waiting for someone as well. Although we had 26 minutes remaining (5 minutes waisted waiting for someone and 1 minute looking for someone) I decided to leave with 20 minutes remaining for our time. What is the purpose of having a request button for customers to utilize, if no one is going to pay attention to the screen just to have the customers get up and look for help themselves. read more

First time trying this resturant and was really hoping for something amazing from the pictures. The food is average at best, the breakfast buffet is set up along the bar and on half of it. I was really excited.for their big baller bloody mary. I have had better when gambling in vegas for free and not paying 20.00 dollars for something that tastes like a sweet tomato juice. After 15 mins and she never even checked back I went to the bar and asked for limes to try to fix the mess of the drink. We only saw our serve when she brought us the bloody mary (she did not even take the order) and to pay. She never checked on us the entire time and since they give you a bottle of water to refill your own glasses, she never even had to do that. Our check was over 80.00 for two people with 1 drink we shared before a tip. Unfortunately pinstripes dropped the ball on many aspects of the experience and meal. read more

After all the visits I've paid to pinstripes I can't believe I haven't made a review yet! The best day to visit is Tuesday because they offer a free hour of bowling or bocce. Additionally, when you check-in you get a free bowl of seasonal sorbet or gelato. But realistically they are fooling themselves a bit because it's been the same seasonal flavor since they first opened. Still, the thin mint gelato is very tasty! The food from there bistro is just so so. Better I would say than traditional fast food but obviously not as good as a sit down restaurant. I would recommend the Sunday brunch. The environment is nice. The food is pretty good. Everything is way too expensive for what it is. If I'm paying 18 dollars for a flatbread pizza I expect it to be amazing and big. If I'm paying my share 16 dollars for an hour of bowling for a party of 4 I expect oiled lanes and supreme bowling balls. I don't even think my lane was oiled and the balls cut my finger because the holes aren't very smooth. The game modes are pretty cool though. Don't come here if you want to "professionally" bowl. read more

Not a great bowling experience. We arrived at 1 and were told we needed to make a reservation for 3:30. We come back at 3, and then tell us our reservation is for 3:45. We return at 3:45 and wait an extra 30 minutes before we are shown our lane. No apologies were given, and we proceeded to wait at our page without service for an hour and a half. When someone did come by to bring us water we were about to leave. The bowling was fine, but the organization and service were very lacking. read more

Our Fabulous Sunday Brunch is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BACK! Despite what the website claims, their "Fabulous" Sunday Brunch is not back. As a previous fan of this brunch which was arguably one of the best in town for the price, this is definitely no longer the case. Now understanding that post COVID brunches are few and far between but then please don't advertise it as being back as even remotely what it was. Diners beware... This is not the brunch it was before and for more money. Thrilled when I first saw it was coming back and went this past Sunday. So disappointing. This brunch was almost like a kid's buffet at Golden Corral if not worse. What is not back?? No more shrimp cocktail, essentially no proteins (no more grilled chicken and artichokes, no more pasta and meatballs, no more pizzas or flatbreads, no more dessert table with chocolate fountains, etc.). For $27 you get waffles, cold chicken tenders and fries, breakfast potatoes, dry Mac And cheese, biscuits and gravy, frozen cheese raviolis, fried brussel sprouts???. It is essentially a carb heavy buffet with none of the signature items that made this brunch a quality offering. Save your money as this is NOT the brunch it was before. They have a gluten free menu but this establishment is not safe for a gluten allergy. I booked a large group, in advance, online for dinner. I put special request in for one gluten free. They did not have a gluten free menu on the table that was prepped for us. Some of my group arrived before me, they went to the first stand and were told no reservation under that name. So they walked out, the lady didn't even offer to show him another stand in the corner that may have our reservation. They were finally seated. We all get there, I ask for a gluten free menu, which is a solid menu with a lot of options. I ordered the salmon w vegetable and hummus appetizer for the table. Hummus was fine, I did have to ask for a side of non gluten free bread for the rest of the large table. Everyone else receives their main entrees, five minutes later I haven't received mine, someone comes over to apologize and it's almost ready, another five minutes and they bring it out. It has some type of rice, veggie and salmon. Luckily I have been allergic to gluten for over fifteen years and am versed on all styles of gluten. I can tell the " rice" is actually bulgar wheat, I ask the waitress she said she has to ask, sure enough it's wheat. They apologize, say they will make another. I told them don't bother, everyone else is done with their meals and it's after 7:30 and I don't want to eat at this point. Chef comes over, apologizes, then a manager. At this point I have asked them not to come by anymore, I am literally embarrassed. With 8-10 people half are my my direct reports and I don't like a gluten allergy being a burden especially when an establishment has the menu. The top manager comes over, gives me some coupons etc., then someone else comes out with a bag with salmon entree for me to take home. I thank everyone and they give dessert to the whole table. I get home, start putting away the food from the bag they gave me, had a bag of chocolate chip cookies in there. I text the manager ( they gave me their card) and ask if they carry GF cookies ( I knew the answer). Sure enough, they failed twice! She asks for my address, I give it to her. I would recommend the bruschetta for appetizer and the prosciutto fig and barbeque chicken for brick oven pizzas. Our server was very attentive and accommodating. I attended Pinstrips for a Big Brother Big Sister event. It was my first time being there, as well as my Littles. We had a great time. All three, food, service and bowling were great. I will return. The Sunday Brunch for children costs $12. It could be a waste if they are picky eaters. However, they have a made-to-order omelet and waffle stations. The dessert table was good. The main food that they serve was chilled shrimp, salmon, yogurt cups and some other items. As far as the Kids station, I found myself wandering over there to fix my plate. They had chicken tenders, fries, mac & cheese, potato boats (delish), mixed veggies (squash, zucchini and green beans), three different types of salad and two kinds of bruchetta. Here at noon on Sunday for a birthday reservation. Restaurant is out of champagne (for Sunday brunch??) and out of espresso. Should be noted that they offer and advertise bottomless mimosas which is why we chose here. Chicken and waffles is described as coming with syrup, had to wait 20 minutes and ask multiple times before someone finally brought us syrup. Food was cold by the time had syrup for my food. Eggs not cooked correctly for multiple people in our party. $34 "carafes" of sangria, mostly ice- only filled two wine glasses. We were thrilled to come here as we hadn't been here before, but was overpriced and service was sub-par. Save your money and go elsewhere. Upstairs bowling lanes are also ALL slanted. For the second time in a row, I didn't get the breadsticks I ordered with my meal via takeout. The people at the desk were rude when I asked about the status of my order, they acted like I was bothering them and then I asked if I could keep it inside while we finished watching the band outside and they said, "no, we close at 9", but people were still inside ordering at 10. The customer is never right anymore, we are just lucky if we get our $19 salad and we may or not may not get the rest of what we paid for. read more

I had the ProSciutto di Parma Eggs Benedict and it was incredibly yummy. We also split the Nutella and Banana Pizza. The food was on point. Decadent & Delicious! #Fancy! My Partner and I celebrated our 21st Monthssary here and I couldn't be more happy dining here on our special day! The place is stunning and with the beautiful sunny weather, we definitely had to eat in their outdoor seating. One of the perks of being a Yelp elite is that there's usually prize drawings at the elite events and I just so happen to recently win a gift certificate from the last event! So thanks Yelp for a lovely dinner at Pinstripes :) We also got these special red wristbands, so every time we dine in at Pinstripes, we get one glass of either red or white wine for free! (I'm not sure how to actually obtain, try asking the Pinstripes folks to hook you up with one!) We came on a Tuesday evening, so there was no wait. FYI they do not do same day reservations for dining, lol so for all you procrastinators I suggest to call in and reserve at least one to a few days before your date :) Our waiter was top notch. He even made sure to take lots of photos of us just to get that "perfect" shot with the sun behind us and our food glistening in front of us hehe. Bravo Samir, Bravo. (I think that was his name haha) Appetizer: Fried Calamari was fried to perfection. The tomato sauce that accompanied it, helped bring out the flavor of the calamari. I love Surf and Turf dishes...and this has catapulted itself to the top of my faves with its very soul food-ish risotto! I liked how it was your usual jambalaya, it had the perfect amount of sauce and not drenched in it. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK JUST FOR THIS DISH! :) My partner's Gnocchi & Ahi Tuna was good too. Now I have to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of Gnocchi, so it wouldn't be fair of me to review it....BUT that Ahi Tuna though was delicious. Dessert: House-made Chocolate Profiteroles: OMG. I died and came back from heaven after my first bite. I love these fancy cream puffs filled with gelato. So sweeeeeet and gosh oh so delicious. Oh did I mention they drizzled hot fudge on top! Emailed and finally heard back from someone. This is the same person I talk to before. She said that she would get back with me. Now I have left six voicemails and have heard nothing back. So, two stars because the food was good. We had two appetizers, the calamari and the tenderloin sliders. Both were done well. The free bread with dip was also good. The calamari was normal fair for a restaurant (nothing exciting, no special dips, etc - but it was hot and not greasy). The sliders were tasty and the bun and sauce were good. The downsides include the service and the pricing. The above two dishes came to $30 w/tax. Three sliders (normal slider size) and a regular sized calamari. It is sort of supposed to be an upscale place, so I could let that slide - except - the service was beyond bad. I've received better service from Chick-fil-a. The table was not entirely cleaned - and - when pointed out, they said they'd get to that (but never actually cleaned the table) - with a light crowd, our table was neglected to the point of running out of drinks for all people at the table. The server seemed uncertain about the menu when asked basic questions and didn't seem overly concerned about much of anything. There are plenty of places to visit to take my wife out for food - if I'm paying premium pricing, I expect top notch service, clean tables, attentive and knowledgeable staff. read more

What a fun time we had kicking off the new year and celebrating holiday birthdays at Pinstripes with a family outing for 10! The timing worked out so that a few of us did the buffet, while others ordered from the extensive menu. The selection of vegan options was great for our vegan, as was the availability of bacon at the buffet for our carnivores. We were able to watch the Chiefs game, divide into guys and girls bowling lanes, enjoy delicious food and drinks (bottomless Bloody Mary was awesome, as were the hummus appetizer and the Brussels sprouts) and make New Years/Christmas/birthday memories. Overpriced & Bad Service Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is so overpriced it makes gas prices under the Biden administration feel affordable. But at least the terrible prices complement the terrible service. We were here for 1.5 hours and maybe saw our waiter three times. One of the times he was bringing something he forgot once.
