This place is totally inconsistent. I had a good meal here only once and every time after that has truly been a nightmare. The staff barely speaks English and they are rude and totally disinterested in their customers. We ordered pizza, which came totally burned and ice cold. We told management and they did absolutely nothing to rectify our total dissatisfaction. It's like eating in a place in Europe where they don't really care if the customer ever comes back again. The salad was awful as well. The chicken (pollo) parmagiana was the worst we have ever had anywhere. It tasted like a Banquet frozen dinner. I would stay far away from ALL PIOLAS ANYWHERE. When I called, young lady who sounded like she's 13 told me they had technical difficulties with the computer and that cause the delay... How the heck do you have technical difficulties with a computer which delay making three small pizzas? Does the computer control the ovens? Are robots making the pizzas and they had a malfunction? When I say European/Italian style- I mean the thin crust!!! This is the only place I have found so far in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area that you can go and eat real pizza! The also have daily deals that start during lunch and you can order pizza for $7.00 between 4pm and 5pm. Some of the gnocchi were cooked throughly, some of the sauces were tasteless, four cheese for example and all the other cream based sauces. Bolognese had little meat. The caipivodka had very little vodka. And finally management should instruct their servers to change their serving routes. We were seated away from the kitchen by the window and by the time the server got to us the gnocchi was either gone or, if there was any left, it was cold. I have ordered about 6 pizzas for my office and it was overall average. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Surprisingly, the best pizza out of all of them was the Hollywood pizza. We ordered takeout so we didn't experience the full feel of the restaurant. One of the downsides is that you are unable to place an order for pickup/delivery over the phone, you would have to place the order online. But, they are very fast with the output of their orders so it didn't seem to bad to wait a bit inside. read more

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The manager, Anna, is so sweet and welcoming. You can really tell that these people love their job.
