Currently in the dental office waiting for the doctor to finally come see me. I have been here for 1 hour and 30 mins and counting. I have to say that my experience at Broadway dental is quite painful. They use X-ray equipments that jab everywhere in your mouth. (I was in tears) Thanks to this experience I will probably have a lot of sores in my mouth from the cuts. You would think that if they charge you $100 for canceling your appt less than 1 day in advanced that they would invest in better equipment.They didn't offer any Vaseline or form of comfort, instead they gave me mouthwash. I'm looking at the little sinks on the chairs and there's built up scum. The staff here are nice, but not polite to each other. I came here because they were my primary doctor by default, but I can't wait to change it. read more

I've always been nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. However, with my current teeth situation, I knew I couldn't continue to leave it on the back burner and it needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. I had a consultation with Dr. John and Jimmy Dang and they gave me all of the information I needed and was very thorough and patient with all of my concerns and questions. The atmosphere at Broadway Dental is not like that of your typical dentist office; it has a cool modern design that is very welcoming and is also impeccably clean. When it came time for my surgery, both Dr. John and Jimmy calmed my nerves and eased my worries by always checking to make sure I was ok during the entire procedure. Although my surgery was a pretty intense experience, my trust in the doctors, as well as their extreme focus, attention, and expertise made the surgery feel almost like a breeze. Visited recently. Was seen rapidly when arrived. They X-rayed my mouth and showed me what was causing the pain. They scheduled me right away and did the work right away (have to return to continue the work). It was the least pain I've ever experienced (I brought up that I typically experience severe pain despite lidocaine and she said she'd keep that in mind). They went over a number of options with me on what I can do and helped me decide. They also gave me a no-interest payment plan that helps a lot with the holidays around the corner. They were very friendly and gentle which to a big baby like me is helpful. I was surprised in that it was the least "bothersome" dental visit I ever had, having seen many dentists in my days. Update: had a follow up appointment, this time with a different dentist, same office. Again, she consulted me and worked with me on the pain and as a result, there was waaay less pain then I experienced with other dentists in the past. Procedure went smoothly and they asked if I wanted to go ahead and do the next appointment now or keep my appointment next week. I said let's roll. They did the next appointment, went fine. As a big baby when it comes to pain (I'll endure it, I just don't want to have to), I am a fan of this dental office. Plus being surrounded by pretty women wasn't bad either. read more

This is hands down the best dental office I have been to. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and very informative. Any changes in schedule, or simply to remind you that you have an appointment and they will contact you. They encourage you with dental health, and celebrate small things like you getting an electronic toothbrush. They'll also help you out and give you a kit to brush uour teeth prior to your appointment. The dentists do what they can to keep you comfortable while you are beimg seen, and somehow make hanging out in a weird chair with your mouth wide open seem less awkward. Most importantly however, every trip i have made here the dentists I've seen have done what they can to make sure i wasn't in any pain or discomfort. Overall, this place gets 5 stars, and an A+ for dentisting. First time in my life I haven't met a dentist appointment with fear. read more

My mom just had a hard extraction in Broadway dental today. DR. Kim was very professional, she explained every step by step While she WAS DOING her work. Plus, I like friendly staff Tina, she seems she has been there forever ! She was very happy person. I heard about Broadway Dental Office from a few of my coworkers. I was looking for a dentist here after I moved to Glendale, and my first experiences with them went so well that i felt like sharing. First of all, they are conveniently located, down on Broadway and Glendale Ave, only a few blocks from my job. Their website is clear and complete, you get all the information you need to know prior to your visit. I requested an appointment online, and an hour later, Joanna called me back to set up my first visit. A warm and welcoming phone call tells you a lot about their excellent customer service. So far, I had a great impression. On the day of my appointment, I was welcomed by Maria. Everything went smoothly and the comfortable atmosphere put my at ease... I get kind of nervous going to the dentist I met with Dr. Sadeghi. I came in for a check up and to schedule a cleaning that was overdue. On top of being very nice and caring, she is such a professional and I really trust her diagnosis. I was worried about cavities, I tend not to floss as often as I should, and didn't get a cleaning in a year after moving and the irrational fear of the dentist. Her diagnosis revealed that my teeth were healthy and in great condition and she also gave me advice on teeth whitening, which I am considering to get done there in the coming week. A few after my first visit, I came back to meet with Lina for my cleaning. She was efficient, worked fast and great! Not only she's a really good hygienist but we also had such a great talk, which made the experience better and faster. Their slogan on the website is 'Get the smile you deserve today' and that's really what it was for me. I loved the attention I got from all the staff, which makes my visit feel safe and painless. They don't try to oversell you things like I've seen in the past with other doctors, they work with your insurance to limit your expense and give you the best pricing, I couldn't find a better dental office in the area. I am a former patient from 2010 and even though I don't love this place nor would I ever come here upon reading 1 star reviews( from my dealings with this place I believe). I had an emergency situation and needed them to do a deep cleaning on the bottom quadrant of my mouth. First off, when I spoke to the receptionist on the phone the fact that they require a deposit was never mentioned. This is not standard and have never been to a dentist that requires a deposit. So after filling out a ton of paper work, and getting a photo taken so they can identify me on file, and something I wasn't comfortable with but told I would not be treated unless I got this done I finally see the doctor. I have to get more x-rays because the ones I brought in they claimed they couldn't read. Then I am told that the top sections of my mouth that I just had a deep cleaning on had to be redone. I was like huh? Then given the mumbo jumbo that she sees plaque in the x-ray and I didn't have it done in their office so I would have to get it done again. No Sympathy from this woman of how this is a costly procedure that I already paid for. (Dr. Kim). I was told if I wanted to be treated in their office I would have to get it done again. I asked for documentation in order to recoup costs from the other dentist. I was told that all they would provide was a treatment plan. Ok, super weird! If you have making a claim that the procedure wasn't done completely put it in writing. The appointments that were offered were sparse. One of the reasons I left before is because they would overcharge and when I would come in for a regular cleaning was told that they hygienist had to go deeper after the fact and charge me more. Insane! Cut to they claimed that an antibiotic wasn't covered by my insurance. "Play it again sam!" I was like yeah it is. Of course they call the next day and it is. I then get hold of my old dentist and explain what happened. Of course they want proof and try to get hold of Broadway. Understandable and they should. I get called by my provider the day before the appointment and told that this office would not treat me because of the situation with the other dentist and that I had the upper quadrant done by him. 1) They knew this from day 1. 2) I paid a deposit they could have told me this from the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere. Now my health has been put at risk! Zero consideration. 3) Took time off work. I was refunded and emailed tiny x-rays. This office is worse than a trip to the DMV. Same mentality and extreme attitude of "My way or the highway!" I do not recommend this place and the fact that it has so many 1 star reviews is something that should be looked at. PS. The parking lot is a driveway that fits a few cars and parking in the area is brutal. read more

Going to see the dentist is never on the top of everybody's list of fun things to do, But I have to tell you that the Dang have changed all that for me! As a doctor, their knowledge and expertise impresses me and as a patient their gentle manner and thoughtfullness is something I greatly appreciate. I have a condition called fibromyalgia which amplifies my pain . Dr. Dang and his staff are always so conscientious and take the time to make sure I'm comfortable every visit. I saw Dr. Dang and he and his staff are phenomenal! First the office is so clean, modern. You feel comfortable as soon you walk in. His staff are so pleasant and professional. I saw Dr. Dang and he is thorough, detail oriented with excellent bed side manner. I needed some extra dental work and they have an in-house CT scanner, which is rare. Dr. Dang has extra training and so is able to do a lot of procedures that otherwise you'd have to be referred out. I went amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, when things were starting to slowly open back up. I was holding off due to the overall situation, but I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. Thankfully Broadway Dental was still accepting emergency patients. I texted the number they noted and Dr. Jimmy Dang texted back quickly! I was able to get an appointment and the overall experience was great! The location is good, although the parking lot is a little small. There should be street parking around though. I came a little early to fill out some paperwork as a new patient. The staff were all very sweet. I was seen pretty quickly and met Dr. Jimmy Dang who was very friendly as well. I got a consult and was given options of my next steps. I opted to have the extraction just taken care of. The procedure was completed so fast and was painless! They had great hygiene procedures too in consideration of COVID-19. Overall, I highly recommend this location for your next dental needs! read more

Where do I start. These people are absolutely amazing, they actually listen to you try to give you the most reasonable price for things. I've read some of the other negative reviews and I believe if they are paid. They were nothing but nice to me and completely saved my life I had an infection that to other Dentist did not catch. When going to a dentist I always recommend them from now. If you have an infection and you need another opinion I would always recommend them. Their sweet, reasonable, responsible and understanding. I love them as my new dentist. Totally worth the drive from Hollywood. Even with no car i manage to find a way to get there. Check them out! for one I'm not a fan of the dentist ever;but I go because I have insurance and really life is about eating. No teeth bland food you get. Long story short, I Been going to a former dentist for about 9 years and bittersweet he retired. Just my luck when you find a good doctor and they up and leave you. I am particular about who gives me my treatment will they cheat me, courtesy, gentle and importantly know their stuff?!? A family friend referral me to Dr. Jimmy Dang. Came 15-20 minutes early from my appointment time to fill out paper. My first Impression it's cute, nice, and clean. The receptionist was quick to greet me, check me in, and have me fill out the forms. Short wait and I was seen by tech gabby super nice and soft spoken. Shortly after Dr.Jimmy came in, he concluded I was bad, not enough flossing and had a pretty decent (big )cavity. We discussed it (was very patient to show me and answer my questions) and I later was addressed the finances part. The whole consultation to payments took max 20 minutes(I think if I didn't ask so much wouldn't been that long). Then the treatment began, dr jimmy has a light hands from the needle injections to the drilling. They often check on me to make sure I was okay. But really i could have slept but didn't want to be rude. I wasn't hurting nor in any discomfort throughout the process. Once treatment was completed, dr made sure I was okay and asking any discomfort before I left the office. I am very pleased to the treatment and hospitality given at this office.
