The cocktails and food were superb. First rate Peruvian cuisine in a cool spot on the water. Service and atmosphere are fantastic

OMG. Pisco and Tequila provides the Peruvian cuisine experience you've been looking for, and it can be found in Bristol, RI. At first glance, it looks like a typical restaurant, but once you walk inside you see it's a little oasis. The decor is unmatched---colorful and vibrant. Every detail is thought out and tasteful. It is a very inviting space that you will want to come back to. Alberto and Sebastian were the perfect dynamic duo of server and bartender. They were so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time with them. They were personable, cared about our experience, and were proud of the restaurant. We were so thankful to have them to take care of us. The beverages were stunning, and tasted amazing. We loved them all! The cute glasses and flowers were quite the added touch! Our apps and food were all delicious! The desserts blew us away as well. This was a great restaurant, and we can't wait to get back to try more :)

Service was awful for our party of 4. First, we sat there for 15 min with no service. Apps came out with no drinks 45 minutes later. We were almost done with our apps when drinks came out. Waitress said the ticket got lost... the worst part was tables which were seated after us kept getting drinks and food before us. The only positive was the food was tasty. Also the music was too loud. We will not be back.

I've heard nothing but amazing things about Pisco and Tequila and finally made it in with a friend and wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype. The vibe and décor are gorgeous and Alberto and Sebastian truly tied the whole experience together with their welcoming energy. We tried three delicious cocktails served in the most fun glasses and the chef himself offered personalized recommendations for appetizers. Every dish was incredible. We loved it all and even left with leftovers because the portions were so generous. I can't wait to come back and explore more of this delicious Peruvian goodness!

Got this place through ubereats and now it's making me intrigued to go in person! Would definitely recommend the beef dish, but wish there was more of the orange sauce!!! Chimichurri was great but that sauce?? Need more!!! The fried fish is great, but you definitely need some sauce or more of the onions to really get some taste. The kids pollo dish is like having some healthy Chick-fil-A nuggets and the fries are delicious. Overall, food is decent but a bit overpriced. I'm ready to go in person to give them another try!

Best ceviche & salmon I've had in 2025 this food was shockingly fantastic despite how much my family and friends already told me about how great it was!

I really enjoyed this place! The location is prime, but still has plenty of parking. That already is worth its weight in gold. The service was super friendly, and they were even excited to know that we had had Peruvian food before. We had the chaufa and the papas relenas, along with some tacos. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The bar is beautiful, and I would definitely recommend coming out for some drinks. Bathroom was super clean. The wall art is gorgeous.

Plus- Empanada was delicious. Drink was spectacular and greatly presented. Guacamole was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Could use a little help- not a great fan of the beans, chicken can use some Mexican seasoning Overall great experience, bartender and server were great. Music at a great pleasant volume and cleanliness of the place and bathroom top notch. Would give another shot for sure.

    Margarita in piñata

Our whole experience was so much fun. The bar drinks are awesome. My peach margarita in a piñata cup was one of the best I ever had. We ordered two different boats and had so much variety of food for five of us to try. We loved it all. If I had to pick a favorite, for me, it was probably the paella. A group was in there for a birthday and the servers made it so much fun. They also were very attentive to the toddler that was in our group. I would highly recommend the experience here. We were on a weeknight I would expect it gets pretty crowded. The servers were amazing. I don't know if they take reservations, but if they do, I would make one.

The menu had some great choices but no prices. Not a big deal, as they are new and will probably be adding them eventually. I ordered the El Caprichoso Salad with grilled chicken breast and 3 beef empanadas. They said it would be about 20 minutes. It did take about 35 minutes, so I'm the future, I will order ahead of time. Everything is made from scratch and cooked to order so the extended time is understandable. The El Caprichoso salad was very good but...it came with yellow rice and not brown and there was no avocado. I didn't open it until I got to my parents house so I did not go back. I would definitely order it again but ensure that I check it before leaving. The beef empanadas were hand made with massa. They were so different than the empanadas that I have had in the past but I absolutely loved them. Before cashing out, they let me know they make desserts. Flan, Tres Leches, etc. I would definitely go back and maybe sit and eat there. There are only a few tables so I assume that they will get more once things start to get busier. Very fresh food, very good service. I'd recommend checking this place out if the menu interests you!

My apartment is 10 minutes away and I barely made it home as I almost had to dig in because it was making my car smell so good. Oh how I thought this place would set my heart on fire! Sadly, it disappointed on the aspect of…read moreoverall flavor execution. Amidst being fresh and brightly colored, the dish was quite bland overall. I begged for some elevated heat and flavor profiles-- it definitely fell short and was not spicy in the least. And I'm not a fan of a grease soaked platter... maybe it settled while I drove home but I definitely mopped up oil with a napkin/strained. No bueno. *Sidebar: They have a delicious green sauce that was really tasty and quite frankly saved the dish. I opted for this in place of a sweet Chili Glaze sauce that is provided because I hate sweet flavor profiles in all things dinner! Lol MVP: A wonderfully kind and efficient staff... the order was complete, error free, prepared timely and everyone was very friendly. The best item I purchased was the SANGRIA topped with fresh pineapple! Not the food-- it was all about their in-house beverages. Unfortunately, the set up is almost buffet like with add ons (I paid extra for Pico de Gallo... this also elevated the dish. With the sauce I selected and the pico, the dish literally would have been as bland as a cardboard sandwich). Perhaps it's me-- my palette is pretty elevated and I love heat. Peruvian dishes aren't exactly known for bombastic flavors, spice and heat... but the crowd and utter lack of parking got me excited. Will I return? Perhaps... definitely for a different item (perhaps the roasted chicken everyone was eagerly ordering) and it's a must on the sangria option! But $32.90 for a very basic fried rice mixed with lo mein moment + salad (I tipped $3 amidst to go).... Nah. I'd be lying if I said it was worth it. Lovely aesthetic and energy, however. Chef's energy on the food though was a miss.... Season! The! Food! Sir!

We asked to be moved outdoors, and after a little while a table became available. Outdoors was so much nicer than indoors and we really liked all of the plants and the live music as well. Our server was Joseph and he was really nice - he was probably the best part of our visit to Los Andes. I had heard such great things about this restaurant, but found most of the food to be pretty average compared to other Peruvian restaurants I've been to, and the prices were higher than they should have been. We ordered appetizers, drinks, entrees and a dessert, and all in all, I think Los Andes is overhyped. It was disappointing to have to wait for quite awhile past our reservation time, to not have our request for an outdoor table honored and then have to move, and the food and drinks were not as good as I would have expected them to be given Los Andes' reputation. Glad we went, but now I can cross it off of my list.

A friend brought me and I tried Peruvian cuisine for the first time. I was very impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients, and according to my friend it was genuine traditional cuisine. The ceviche was outstanding, the fish super fresh, and the seasoning not too acidic (instead of tasting mostly like lime juice and onions as usual). The giant Inca corn served with it was fresh and tasty. One of my friends had an Inca Coca Cola which was yellow (!) and tasted like candy, and another had a purple corn drink that was flavored with cinnamon. I also tasted a delicious green pesto pasta with beef tips that were tender, smoky and not chewy. The guacamole with fried yuca was also delicious! Another interesting dish was the Leche de Tigre (I think that's what it was called) which was basically a cold fish soup served in a cocktail glass--sounds weird but I tried it and it was very good. I loved the fried seaweed that decorated the top, it tasted a little bit like fried calamari with a softer texture. Delicious! The waiter was extremely helpful and explained the menu in detail as we had lots of questions, and they were also very accommodating with the heat level which is always an issue for me. I was so happy to be able to enjoy flavorful latin food without burning my mouth! I hope they stay around for a long time so I can bring everyone there and try other dishes on their extensive menu--including their special "menu of the day" which includes drink and dessert.
