I've heard nothing but amazing things about Pisco and Tequila and finally made it in with a friend and wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype. The vibe and décor are gorgeous and Alberto and Sebastian truly tied the whole experience together with their welcoming energy. We tried three delicious cocktails served in the most fun glasses and the chef himself offered personalized recommendations for appetizers. Every dish was incredible. We loved it all and even left with leftovers because the portions were so generous. I can't wait to come back and explore more of this delicious Peruvian goodness!

Got this place through ubereats and now it's making me intrigued to go in person! Would definitely recommend the beef dish, but wish there was more of the orange sauce!!! Chimichurri was great but that sauce?? Need more!!! The fried fish is great, but you definitely need some sauce or more of the onions to really get some taste. The kids pollo dish is like having some healthy Chick-fil-A nuggets and the fries are delicious. Overall, food is decent but a bit overpriced. I'm ready to go in person to give them another try!

Best ceviche & salmon I've had in 2025 this food was shockingly fantastic despite how much my family and friends already told me about how great it was!

I really enjoyed this place! The location is prime, but still has plenty of parking. That already is worth its weight in gold. The service was super friendly, and they were even excited to know that we had had Peruvian food before. We had the chaufa and the papas relenas, along with some tacos. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The bar is beautiful, and I would definitely recommend coming out for some drinks. Bathroom was super clean. The wall art is gorgeous.

Plus- Empanada was delicious. Drink was spectacular and greatly presented. Guacamole was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Could use a little help- not a great fan of the beans, chicken can use some Mexican seasoning Overall great experience, bartender and server were great. Music at a great pleasant volume and cleanliness of the place and bathroom top notch. Would give another shot for sure.

    Margarita in piñata

Our whole experience was so much fun. The bar drinks are awesome. My peach margarita in a piñata cup was one of the best I ever had. We ordered two different boats and had so much variety of food for five of us to try. We loved it all. If I had to pick a favorite, for me, it was probably the paella. A group was in there for a birthday and the servers made it so much fun. They also were very attentive to the toddler that was in our group. I would highly recommend the experience here. We were on a weeknight I would expect it gets pretty crowded. The servers were amazing. I don't know if they take reservations, but if they do, I would make one.

New Peruvian spot in Bristol! I'm glad this place opened up. Love the ambiance. We got the filet mignon limeno and the salmon pisco. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and was easily one of the best steaks I've had in a while. The chimichurri and plantains were delicious. The salmon was also quite good and paired well with the sauce. I got a side of chaufa rice, which was ok, but the fried yucca was very good. Bit pricey, but the portion sizes were big. I loved my pisco sour. It was a great experience overall. The service was good.

The menu had some great choices but no prices. Not a big deal, as they are new and will probably be adding them eventually. I ordered the El Caprichoso Salad with grilled chicken breast and 3 beef empanadas. They said it would be about 20 minutes. It did take about 35 minutes, so I'm the future, I will order ahead of time. Everything is made from scratch and cooked to order so the extended time is understandable. The El Caprichoso salad was very good but...it came with yellow rice and not brown and there was no avocado. I didn't open it until I got to my parents house so I did not go back. I would definitely order it again but ensure that I check it before leaving. The beef empanadas were hand made with massa. They were so different than the empanadas that I have had in the past but I absolutely loved them. Before cashing out, they let me know they make desserts. Flan, Tres Leches, etc. I would definitely go back and maybe sit and eat there. There are only a few tables so I assume that they will get more once things start to get busier. Very fresh food, very good service. I'd recommend checking this place out if the menu interests you!

My apartment is 10 minutes away and I barely made it home as I almost had to dig in because it was making my car smell so good. The chicken was very juicy and everything else was just as delicious, especially the little sauce that they provided. I'm not surprised though that Brasa y Chifa is this good because Los Andes is top-notch. It's very clean inside and the staff were very friendly, even though I was just picking up

Oh how I thought this place would set my heart on fire! Sadly, it disappointed on the aspect of…read moreoverall flavor execution. Amidst being fresh and brightly colored, the dish was quite bland overall. I begged for some elevated heat and flavor profiles-- it definitely fell short and was not spicy in the least. And I'm not a fan of a grease soaked platter... maybe it settled while I drove home but I definitely mopped up oil with a napkin/strained. No bueno. *Sidebar: They have a delicious green sauce that was really tasty and quite frankly saved the dish. I opted for this in place of a sweet Chili Glaze sauce that is provided because I hate sweet flavor profiles in all things dinner! Lol MVP: A wonderfully kind and efficient staff... the order was complete, error free, prepared timely and everyone was very friendly. The best item I purchased was the SANGRIA topped with fresh pineapple! Not the food-- it was all about their in-house beverages. Unfortunately, the set up is almost buffet like with add ons (I paid extra for Pico de Gallo... this also elevated the dish. With the sauce I selected and the pico, the dish literally would have been as bland as a cardboard sandwich). Perhaps it's me-- my palette is pretty elevated and I love heat. Peruvian dishes aren't exactly known for bombastic flavors, spice and heat... but the crowd and utter lack of parking got me excited. Will I return? Perhaps... definitely for a different item (perhaps the roasted chicken everyone was eagerly ordering) and it's a must on the sangria option! But $32.90 for a very basic fried rice mixed with lo mein moment + salad (I tipped $3 amidst to go).... Nah. I'd be lying if I said it was worth it. Lovely aesthetic and energy, however. Chef's energy on the food though was a miss.... Season! The! Food! Sir!

When I couldn't decide on a cocktail, Sandra readily recommended the Grapefruit Martini -- it was delicious and totally the right call, Hubby's Tito's Cosmo was also well-made. For dinner, Hubby had the Chicken Parm - it was enormous and delicious, chicken was cooked well and the homemade pasta was a perfect al dente. The sauce was very good, but there was too much cheese for his taste, an easy fix to move to the side. There was plenty to take home for a second meal so it was an even better value. I chose the Spinach Salad, which was fresh and tasty with artichokes and goat cheese. Again, it was a generous portion for a very good price. We rarely indulge in dessert but we were convinced to try the homemade Tiramisu and it was amazing, just the way I make it myself. It's very hard to find a Tiramisu that is so authentic. We absolutely recommend Tumi, based on our experience it would be had to make a bad decision from their menu.

It was about a 10 minute wait for a table to clear, we got lucky. It was our first time having Peruvian food so we got a bit of everything. Mar y Tierra which is basically the lomo salteado served with pasta in a cheesy sauce instead of fries and rice and topped with shrimp, super tasty, well seasoned and tender meat. The trio Marino; fried fish was fresh and super tasty, especially topped with the citrusy red thin sliced onions; ceviche was light, refreshing, the corn gave it nice crunch and pop; arroz chaufa de mariscos had a good amount of shrimp, squid, and topped with a scallop, very tasty. We also tried the fried cuy , there's the option to order a quarter, half or full cuy. I'm glad I tried it, it tasted like a cross between chicken and pork. Lastly, we had the weekend special, seco de cordero, which is stewed lamb shank. It was falling of the bone and tasty, served with a hearty portion on white rice and white beans. I really appreciate that they have an "American" section on the menu for picky kids like mine who like to have chicken and fries no matter where they go. 4 out of 5 stars because although the servers were very friendly, service was lacking. We didn't get napkins or utensils until we asked and after getting the food. Food is made to order which is great but it all comes out at different times, it was fine for us because we were eating as a family, everyone trying each dish but it would not have worked well for a group each wanting their own meal. Shoutout to the owner who is cooking in the kitchen and also came out to check on all the tables. Overall it was a great meal and experience, you can feel the love and pride they have for their food. I would absolutely recommend and come back!
