I ordered the chicken plate since I don't eat mammals, and it was flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the large beef rib. At first, he was surprised because the meat was served off the bone instead of on it, but after the first bite, that didn't matter anymore. The flavor was rich, the meat was incredibly tender, and it quickly became one of the highlights of the meal. One thing you shouldn't skip is trying the different BBQ sauces. They offer three varieties, and each brings something different to the table. My personal favorite was the original it complemented everything perfectly.
