We had 7 people in our party and the amount of food was just right, with a few ribs to take home. The sides that we ordered were: Mac and Cheese, Brisket Beans, Chuckwagon Chili, and Salt Potatoes. We also ordered 3 cornbread muffins on the side to share. The brisket is a 10/10!!! So tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned! The ribs were also delicious but a tad spicy for me. The meats were so good just with the rub! All the sides were yummy but the standouts were the corn bread muffin with the maple butter! Kevin was our waiter-attentive, fast and funny! I love that Ruby Red's BBQ was so understanding about our family's nut and seafood allergies!! The flavor of the beef brisket was good, but the meat itself was actually kind of dry. I tend to prefer a much more moist brisket, so that was the only real letdown of the food. The restaurant is located in a huge shopping center surrounded by grocery stores and other restaurants. Because the parking lot is shared amongst all the different businesses in the area, finding a spot can be a total hit-or-miss depending on the time of day you visit.
