From the owners of Mashawi Grill. You get this Chipotle-esque build it your self middle eastern food. Menu is simple and selections are more then enough. If they had a generic build that would be automatic for things that way people can default if they don't know what they are selecting for options. Would be easier. Because when you haven't actually had a Shawarma sandwich before you won't know how its supposed to be built and then you try to change it up for the next time. Why? Because there are things on the menu that won't just blend in well with everything. How you ask? A tri tip Shawarma sandwich does not go with feta cheese and red cabbage slaw. Unless you have a weird palate for middle eastern food. You catch my drift. Now on to what we ate. Tri tip Shawarma Sandwich - Tri tip meat. Hummus. Garlic spread. Pickle turnip. Cucumber with tomato. Tahini. Red onion parsley mix. 3 star.... why? Meat had some chewy parts and the price... well at 8.45$+tax around 9.21$ total for a sandwich alone. Well excessive. Now mind you there really isn't a ZC around to compete with. But for that much it has to be great. But it just isn't. Is it because no one was there to keep the food coming in fresh from the kitchen. when I went in there was a small family of 4 or 5 and another group of 4. That's it. For 5:45pm considering its dinner rush time. But for being open really just two days it's expected to not be busy. So I'll come back. When it's busy and the hustle and bustle keeps the food coming in hot and fresh. Chicken plate- Chicken Shawarma. Rice pilaf/yellow. Eggplant. Hummmus. Tomato cucumber. Pickle turnips. Red onion. Garlic sauce. Also a 3 star. Price of 8.95$+tax to 9.75$ is reasonably priced. But is it great? I'm impartial. Chicken was not seared to perfection even though I asked for it fresh off the spit for that. But it was a miss. Hummus was also a neutral 3 star. Pita bread, Not my favorite. I'm a Lebanese guy who likes my pita bread thin and larger. This bread was fluffy and small I found it not in my interest. The 4 star Was the Laffa. Good. Chewy. Yummy. I liked that. Service was amazing. I'd give them 5 stars for that alone, good customer service is very hard to find. Super clean place, Obviously, it's a new place. No yogurt drink when I went. First time here and a bit disappointed.... we ordered two combos and as you can see from the receipt... we were improperly charged and when I attempted to question the charges on my receipt... the lady that was at the register got all upset and kept telling me I was wrong and that I would've have been charged more if she would have done it as two combos instead of adding a small soup to one of the meals. I was left with a confused look on my face because a combo is an additional $3.00 and a small soup is an additional $3.75. How is that saving me money? The pita pocket costs at most $5 to make. Please drop your prices and stop price gouging. Not even you local competition charges that much. Had the steak rice plate and it wasn't anything to write home about. The prices are alright but the portions are on the skimpy side. The place is clean and there is an adequate amount of seating. Parking in this strip mall/townhouse complex is lacking so it can be a hassle at lunch or dinner. If you're planning on eating in this complex, I'd recommend you try Vaquero or Aloha Pizza instead. I think you'd be happier unless you really want Mediterranean food. If so, I'd keep driving about 3 miles to Al Hamra in Redondo Beach. Better food and more generous portions. read more

I love this place but won't be visiting it as often as I did before. Their prices and portions keep changing regularly. I come here at least 1-3 times a week. Now, to add an extra side is about $3 or $4.50 versus the other day it was only .75 cents to add an additional side to an existing plate. Extra sauce is .75 cents. I get it if the portion stayed the same, which they already cut the side portions down drastically by almost half while the price is about $14 a plate. This time around I decided to order a salad and I'm so glad that I did. My tastebud's couldn't stop dancing once I had my first bite of this amazing salad. For a mere $8.95, you can order a great salad and for as little as $2 you can upgrade to a salmon kabob to top it off. I really loved my salad, I asked for all of the fix'ns with the exception of olives and was thoroughly satisfied. The portion was plenty and everything was fresh and most importantly healthy. This visit really made a difference for me and because it tastes so good I highly recommend this spot. It's located in a busy food plaza but parking isn't that big of a problem. I honestly thought I was logging on to update a prior review in which I would have said that Pita 360 is an easy go-to lunch spot for myself and my colleagues. I personally love having yet another fresh salad option that actually tastes satisfying, but the distinct pita bread- fresh, fluffy, and pillowy is a favorite in our office! The chicken shawarma and fresh tri-tip are consistent and flavorful, and I also enjoy a freshly grilled salmon kebob from time-to-time. We love Pita and you will, too. That WOULD HAVE been my prior review, with 5 stars, had I written one as previously assumed. Now that I see haven't, sadly the changes they're making have affected my enthusiasm. Primarily, they took the tri-tip off the spit and replaced it with gyro to go alongside the chicken shawarma. Listen, I like the idea of gyro as an additional option, but now the tri-tip is thrown in thick, tire-like slabs onto the grill. The quality of the meat is nowhere close to what it used to be, and it takes Pita 360 out of the running for a really unique feature: fast, fresh-made beef option that isn't tough or over-cooked. They've lowered themselves to what everyone else is serving: after-thought beef. Also, the last time I visited, the bread had lost its soft, fluffy quality. It was still warm, and I assume still freshly made, but it wasn't the same. I hope that was due to a bad batch and not yet another ill-advised change in process/recipe. Granted, the chicken and add-on items are the same, but I hate to see Pita 360 lose its well-rounded appeal. I can get a good chicken salad at a lot of places, closer to my office. The food here is really good. However DO NOT order using doordash or any other delivery service. They charge extra for everything stuff that is included if you go in is $.50 - $2.00 extra on the apps. They also give you an option to make special requests like sauce on the side. Which I did and received no sauce not on the side or on the plate. I ordered falafel, pictured it comes with 4 sauces. I requested 1, one tahini sauce I got nothing. Not to mention the 4 falafel came completely crumbled. Not one was a complete ball. Also when I ordered the rice plate before it came with a pita now it doesn't. It's like chipotle's assembly line. About the wait, it's either a hit or miss, meaning it's either super busy or super empty. Another Mediterranean option near my office; YAY! My normal go to Mediterranean spot is Green Olive for their steak skewers, rice, and their awesome spicy lime cilantro sauce. While I do like the gyros at Green Olive, Pita360 gets my vote for the better gyro type option. Pita 360 follows chipotle's ordering style, but with Mediterranean food. You line up and tell someone behind the counter/assembly line what you want in your pita or on your plate, and they build it right there. For my first visit I went with their tri-tip which was seasoned very nicely and had a nice texture. Their pita bread looked very fresh as the person pulled it out of a plastic container and you could see the bread deflate after he sliced into the side of the pita - turning it into a pocket for holding all of the ingredients of your choosing. Everything I added to my pita was of high quality and tasted amazing. One pita with meat starts at $8 which is about standard for any gyro. I wished the portion was slightly bigger since I left a little hungry, but was still very happy about my visit. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit so that I can try a different combination of ingredients in the pita. read more

They were all yummy! - They give a pita bread with your plate. I sound like a repeating record, but again, best bread! So soft! Bring whatever you don't finish home and slap some butter on that thing! Oh my yum! - Service was great! They were friendly to our group. - Atmosphere - it is practically brand spanking new. I used to really like this place as one of my favorite restaurants but I recently went there and my falafels tasted undercooked. My pita was burnt so much that I could not eat through it. Also the hummus tasted bad. I was about to write a review on how bad it was when I started throwing up and I couldn't stop throwing up. :(. i have not thrown up in like 15 years. I got a pita sandwhich with falafel , red cabbage, olives, red onions and some more veggies I don't remember. It was very filling you don't need anything else with it and it is reasonably priced. The one served here is very much leavened - more like a thinner white puffy bread. Con - I went around 4pm and they had ran out of veggies. Because they had a little break from lunch crowd, shouldn't they have gone down to a store and replenished?! Bad management, in my opinion. Also I took my plate to go and the worker carelessly smeared hummus on my plastic bag, which could have gotten on my car seat if I didn't notice it. Talk about bang for your buck, I got at least 2 or 3 meals out of this dish and it was sooo good! I ordered the rice plate, it came with 3 sides! I chose the tabouli salad, cucumber and tomato salad, and spicy hummus. The salads were really fresh and tasty. It came with a sauce so I choose garlic sauce because why would you choose anything else? For the protein I choose chicken kebab, it was seasoned very well and it was all topped off with a beautiful handmade pita, it was soft like a pillow. I'm getting hungry just typing this out.
