so i already had a bad experience here back in july, with the manager screwing me over twice on an…read morea/c appointment. i decided to try them again, due to having trouble finding an oil filter and oil for our car at other locations. now, they are asking for a license plate or vin, just to confirm if they have a filter and oil for you? they won't help you or confirm what they have, unless you provide this? this is ridiculous. look it up according to the year, make and model. it's not that hard! forcing me to have to call my wife, or go pull records on our car, just to confirm if (or if not) you even have a filter for me is literally stupid. the kicker? their other location in san ramon doesn't ask for a license plate or vin. they simply looked up whether they had the filter/oil for my car. there is something wrong with this jiffy lube danville location and how they do business. i will not make the mistake of calling them again. do yourself a favor and avoid this location. complete idiocy there.

Every company I had out told me that the stain will not come out and sections need to be replaced. I obtained several quotes from verified concrete contractors and suppled the estimates to Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is only offering a small fraction of the cost to repair my driveway. I did give Jiffy Lube the opportunity to clean the driveway 2 times - Ist time their power washer created even more damage creating a hole in my driveway in addition to the large stain. Years ago, this was a good shop now I would never recommend that anyone take their car to this shop. 1st pic shows the stain, 2nd pic shows chunk out of my driveway when they tried to clean. My girlfriend brought her car here after it died while parking. She told them up front it was likely the battery (which they had just replaced), the alternator, or a loose wire. Pretty straightforward, right? Wrong. From there, it was a nightmare: * They refused to return her calls. She was the actual owner of the car, yet they completely ignored her and would only speak to me. * They dragged the repair out over three full days while dodging updates. * When they finally claimed it was just a loose wire, they quoted us over $500, apparently because they charge $250/hr just to "diagnose." * When we picked the car up, the passenger side window no longer worked, even though it was fine before. And the worst part? When we confronted Shawn (the owner) about all of this, he laughed in our faces, interrupted us, and treated us like we were the problem. When my girlfriend left, they actually called her a "f**ing b****." I confronted Shawn, and he admitted it--but said he was talking about her and not me. As if that somehow makes it okay. This wasn't just bad service. This was open disrespect. The way they dismissed and insulted my girlfriend made it clear they were trying to take advantage of her because she's a woman. If you value your money, your car, or even just basic human decency, stay far, far away from Danville Auto Center.

No tire pressure check, no windshield cleaning, no lights check, no fluids check, didnt check the maintenance schedule to offer any other services etc...Oil Changers does all that every time I go.
