The young man, in particular, always seems to have an attitude and often cuts customers off while they're speaking. During my last visit, he nearly dropped my bag of food while handing it through the drive-thru window. I tried to ask for ketchup when he slammed the window when he reopened after I knocked on I ordered three meals with fries, and he came back with only two ketchup packets. The food is definitely worth trying, but be prepared for customer service that can make you feel like they're doing you a favor.
