We had children in our party so we decided the chicken curry might need to be less spicy and she took it back to the kitchen to add more coconut milk and brought yogurt to help. She initiated making sure that everyone was having a good experience. We also had chicken biryani and both poratta and garlic naan. So comforting and fresh! Everything is made to order. So it can be easily accommodated to any palate or allergy. Elizabeth even noticed one of my children was looking a little cold and offered to adjust the thermostat! She also noticed a couple younger children were favoring the breads over the curries so she recommended the butter chicken and then surprised us with the dish on the house!
