Last night, we decided to order delivery pizza for the first time in years. Checking Yelp, Pizza Dudes seemed like a good choice, so we gave them a try. And I'm glad we did! I did try to use the online ordering system first, and it didn't quite answer the questions I had so I called in the order on the phone instead. Everything went smoothly that way, questions answered quickly and cheerfully (that, in itself, is a big bonus as almost all past experience with other phone order pizza have been with surly, rushed staff who seem to think your spending money with their establishment is a burden on them), and the pizza was delivered quickly and exactly to order! Pizza Dudes in Renton: The place is located in downtown Renton and there is enough parking. The staff is nice and they don't mind explaining you how the menu works. I had tasted Margarita pizza, Muscle man pizza, Alfredo pizza, Rib Tips, and they are all DELICIOUS!!! This guys take pizza seriously, they also take the life by the dough because they will give you what you want! I like thin crust, my pizza was perfect and golden crisp. The ingredients are fresh, the meat tastes fresh, the cheese is fresh and the sauce is pretty good too. My favorite pizza, the Margarita one tastes incredible, the cheeses are so fresh, the pizza was so crispy!!! In a world saturated with pizza joints Pizza Dudes stands out of the crowd. My family has ordered from Pizza dudes many times and have always had great pizza and quick service. They hand toss their crust and bake it to perfection with a perfect texture. Our fave is the has alfredo sauce with chicken and sun dried tomatoes yum! Pizza Dudes is locally owned, has a refreshingly atypical menu, and does customer service right. I love that I can get a huge serving of pasta with a side of garlic bread from a delivery joint. We've had the Chicken Fettuccini and the sausage pasta dish. I also love I can get a side of two enormous meat balls or Italian sausages smothered in sauce. The salads are fabulous with a ton of protein on the Chef and Cobb. They have great pizzas including the basics and specialty pizza. They even have desserts. This place is great when you're watching carbs (meat sides and salads) or when you just want to indulge. Every interaction I've had with staff is great. Please give these guys a chance next time you don't feel like cooking or going out. I'm so glad I finally did! Now I'm an addict. read more

Ordered 3 items from here, and was charged $3 PER ITEM delivery fee. Also food was terrible. Chicken Marsala was dry, and I mean to the point of being cardboard. Marinara sauce tasted like something from a bottle. Food took almost an hour for delivery!!!! Stay away from this place..!!! read more

I loved how the order told me it was received, processing and then was on the way out for delivery -- all by text on my phone! *sigh* If only eat24 could do this, it would rock my world. Ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. I felt the toppings could have been a bit more generous given the small size - especially on the mushroom and onion part. Pepperoni distribution was fine. Got a large vegetarian to share with hubby - onions, mushrooms, basil and extra cheese. Asked for it thin crust and got it. While not thin the way hubby likes it, it was thin enough. Total was $38, including tip. A bit pricey for two average pizzas. Not cool, PD. I've noticed lately that if you aren't paying attention, which a lot of us don't, restaurants kind of charge what they want despite their advertised price. This was the case last night when calling in an order for delivery at Pizza Dudes. I knew what the total should be plus guestimated tax. I asked for my total and it was 24% higher than my guestimate. I inquired because c'mon! I asked for a breakdown of the cost. The guy on the phone gave me the breakdown and I shared with him what the website currently advertised certain items priced as. Without question, he reduced the price. It was still high, though. As we went through the rest, he reduced the price until it was all accurate to the advertised prices. What a pain though, and really, a little shady. Where the pricing miscommunication lies within Pizza Dudes, remains an unimportant mystery, but at least they are flexible...if you catch them. I don't like having to police every order so I'll probably make fewer orders with them, and use the same caution before paying if I do call them back. With respect to the food, it was pretty good and props to them for getting our complicated salad order right! The chicken alfredo was decent, (it's what you would expect...comfort food) and the salads were good, too. Proceed with caution. read more

This place is seriously the best. We've ordered from them several times over the past year and it's been exceptional every time. The pizza is always hot and the ingredients are fresh. And quick delivery too! We ordered two large pizzas today, on super bowl Sunday, and were anticipating having to wait over an hour. We were both shocked when 35 minutes later there was a knock on our door! This still is hands down one of the best pizza places I've had out here. We got one with pepperoni and onions and one with chicken and garlic with their basil pesto base. Seriously so delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

He provided exceptional customer service and regardless of the outcome of the food I would come back to be provided with the great service I was provided with by Cameron because sadly it seems to be hard to find these days. I ordered a large half/half pizza. My half had peppers, olives, and mushrooms with Alfredo sauce. My boyfriends half was bacon and chicken with BBQ sauce. I just had my first slice of my pizza... and it is AMAZING! Nothing in the pizza is lacking or overdone, just perfect. This was my first time coming in, and certainly will not be my last! We don't order pizza for delivery often, but decided to last night 4/20/2020. We ordered 2 large pizzas to try for the first time. I was very reluctant at first, even after reading the reviews. I called to placed the order. The gentleman on the other end of my conversation was very pleasant. I told him how I felt about ordering from a new a place that I have never tried nor have heard of. I told him that I read the reviews and saw the rating so I thought that I would give them a try. All the man could say is, we won't be sorry. So I placed the order and prayed alot. I asked for delivery by 5:30, he was there at 5:15. A pleasant young man got out of car, asked my husband if it was ok to park where he did, husband said that would be fine. He then came to the door with the 2 pizzas that I had ordered, smelling oh so good. Opened the boxes and was amazed. Everything was what I had ordered. They can't read simple directions like leave the dressing off the salad, and on the side. I've ordered from these guys many times and 8 out of 10 times when I check the little box to leave the dressing on the side, they still flood the Caesar salad with dressing + include a dressing on the side. This time I left a specific note to please leave the dressing off the salad and checked the little box for "on the side." This time there is a naked salad with no dressing at all. It's the little details that keep a happy customer and these guys don't pay attention to those details. read more

Honestly, I was a little hesitant about ordering pizza delivery from a place named "Pizza Dudes." However, the pizza was actually really good! Pleanty of toppings, good sauce, perfectly cooked crust. We also got the hot wings that had a great amount of spice. They were also here in just a little over a half an hour during a Sunday football game! Pizza Dudes took me totally by surprize! This place was one of the few places open late the other night and was perfect for a first try. If you use your yelp app to check in you get a free order of bread sticks with your purchase. Don't forget to do that because they honored mine with ease. The price is fair considering the quality is much better then say Little Caesars or Domino's. They told me 12 minutes and I showed up in 10 and it was ready. They had good customer service over the phone and fresh pizza. Living in Rainier Beach there aren't a lot of delivery options so I'm thankful for Pizza Dudes.

We ordered a pepperoni and sausage calzone, double cheese pizza, and hot wings - it was all great. My nine year old devoured the cheese pizza; always a good sign. The calzone was enough for two meals. Excellent cheese to sauce ratio. The marinara sauce that comes on the side is really good as well. I ordered the hot wings extra crispy and they came out just right. We will definitely order from Pizza dudes again in the future. read more

I had high hopes, but I should have known better after trying to order online only the payment process fail over 7 times. I finally gave up and called in. Service on the phone was fine, no issues there. The delivery guy had struggles trying to find my place which it is a house and not very hard to find. After 5 minutes of trying to help the guy find my place I ended up having to wait outside for him. It was their first time there so I'll give them a pass. The food. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, little did I know 2 toppings literally meant they were only putting to total slices of ham on my pizza. I'm exaggerating a bit but I ordered a pepperoni with ham pizza and then I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. There was literally no ham on either of the pizzas like maybe like a total of 10 small slices spread across a large pizza so that was super disappointing. The pepperoni there was a little bit more of but still maybe 14 slices. There wasn't much pineapple either. Basically I got 2 cheese pizzas. It was definitely disappointing because the crust and sauce were pretty good. I'm not sure if I will order a 2 topping pizza from them again or a pizza at all. Honestly, it's tragic because it's a local business and you always want to support local. Hopefully they learn to not skimp on the topping especially when I can go down the street to Papa John's or Papa Murphy's and get a pizza for the same price and more coverage of the toppings I ordered. I called and spoke with the manager and he said they charged for plastic ware. Absolutely unbelievable. So he said he would have the driver bring some out. 45 minutes after I called to complain about nothing to eat with the driver shows up. The salads were good but the baked mostaccioli was cold, cheese was so hard we couldn't eat it. We are in a hotel with no microwave. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more
