Our pizza that was supposed to have fresh basil on top placed on after the pizza was cook.... had it cooked in with the rest of the ingredients not fresh but warm and soggy. The photo on the website had fresh basil on top of a cooked pizza. And even the description said it would come that way. When I called they said they could send me a new one ... I hate that people throw away food so I let me husband eat the pizza and I made something Else. They transferred me to a manger who told me they would put a credit on my account and it would be under my phone number .... 2 weeks later and surprise no credit. I have ordered from this place twice. The first time is was good and last night was real bad. I ordered the same thing both times but they did not look and taste the same. I may be being too hard because I know the industry. For the price $50.00 for 2 pizzas they need to be better and consistent. Sending a soggy pizza out of the house should be a capital offense for a pizza establishment. I also am annoyed with the "application" required to place an online order and refuse to give up private info so I can eat a pizza. Flat out the worst pizza I've ever had. This place should NOT offer gluten-free pizza, especially when they charge $9 extra for a frozen, pre-made crust that tastes like cardboard. Ordered the gluten-free chicken bacon ranch pizza after hearing that these guys had really good pizza. The chicken tasted something like you would get out of a Swanson's TV dinner - only worse. I'm giving them 5 stars because of the ridiculous negative ratings they've gotten on Yelp. Here are a few of my favorites: Joo Byoung P. is mad because he was not proactively notified that he should go get his pick up order within 45 minutes. Genius! Is it the first time you've had to pick up a pizza? Should we maybe send you a text to get out of the shower? Jazmine D. only got three of five ranch dressing sides when ordering one pizza. Criminal? Maybe, but c'mon, I like ranch dressing too, but can eat the pizza without drowning it. Joe. S gave a bad review because Pizza Dudes went in on a marketing flyer with other independent businesses offering services in the same area. Is ridiculous too strong a word? I think not. Erika J. is my favorite. She won't order from Pizza Dudes because she allegedly saw the driver in a car with Pizza Dudes branding smoking weed with a passenger. This, to me, is a POSITIVE TESTIMONIAL for PIZZA. Bring it. And Erika, try the pizza - it's not bad. Your review is about witnessing something in a car with branding on it. Loosen up. It's not the same as drinking and driving, it's safer - and slower, and more careful. And incredibly, does not affect the taste or quality of the food they are delivering. Pizza Dudes, you've got my business. Until you're super late for some stupid reason (other than a weekend evening - I'm looking at you Rachel M.) or your pizza is actually disgusting (which it hasn't been), or you start backing some backwards political or religious agenda. Having moved to Seattle recently from the east coast this place was disappointing. We used the two large two topping coupon and pizzas were more like medium in size. It tasted like frozen pizza I would make at home and nothing special. I don't know if they make cheaper quality pizzas with coupons but I don't think I'll be going back. I used to work down the walkway from these guys, so trust me when I say I've eaten alot of pizza there. I can tell you a few things about this place. A. The Pizza is very very good. About as good as you can get without being Authentic New York or Chicago, but seriously... that doesn't matter... It's better than most of the other 'Pizzerias' in Washington that I've had the displeasure of eating at, other than say The Rock or Pagliacci. B. The employees are very friendly. Hector is freakin awesome and he always talks to me about random stuff and treats me like I'm his best friend while I'm there waiting for my pizza.... That's salesmanship and that's what customer service is supposed to be. They are fast, their prices are good, and the food is well prepared and they obviously pay attention to detail because it's delicious. Pizzas ordered: Margherita and PD Deluxe have been texture and taste quality than the major chains. However, freshness isn't on par with what you'd get from a Papa Murphy's (sort of obvious). Food quality and taste are consistent and good. Price to value: It can be considered in as pricey given a medium (8 average slices) pie seems to average $15. Waiting time: I think the 15 min. avg. is reasonable compared with other establishments that offer pizza. Delivery option: Within an hour from order. Considering I didn't want to drive there and they probably deliver other pizzas, I think that's fair and expected. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys!! We got stuck in a rut where we used to live...And ordered only papa johns and godfathers. But now...neither one of those places deliver to our new neighborhood...Which is a really good thing..it forces us to try something new!! :D And only dominos comes our way...ugh....so no way...we got so lucky to have this fabulous little pizza place deliver to our new house!! Well...they seem little, but they really aren't, and they are always crazy busy and extremely fast and know what they're doing. They keep all your info in their computer system, so you don't have to repeat yourself with your address etc. Also, they tell you specials over the phone, but watch your mail because they send out some fab coupons!! We always use them!! They have a yummy tasty ranch and butter dipping sauces, (puts papa johns to shame) ;), so be sure and ask for a couple, I think they are .50 each...? The delivery guys are the best too. This last weekend we ordered delivery, and I stepped onto my porch and closed my door so my dogs wouldn't fly out and snap at the poor guy, then when the pizza guy handed me my pizzas, sodas sauces etc lol (it was a daughters sleepover ok), my hands were so full so he opened my door back for me. As I'm talking nice....Also Once they accidentally didn't enter the coupon correctly over the phone, so when the guy came and delivered it, I noticed the charge, and he gave me a coupon for any free pizza the next time. My husband and I have tried carry-out once and delivery once, and were pleased by both. The pizza dough was delicious and the crust was perfectly cooked on the bottom. That is particularly important for me, as I order veggie pizzas and I can't stand it when the crust is soggy from the cooked veggies, and theirs wasn't soggy at all. Their sauce has good flavor, too. The price was about average, but the service and the quality of the food make it well worth it. The staff was helpful and very friendly, which was a nice change from most pizza places. Desperately wanted pizza, needed it delivered and I can't stand Domino's and bored with Papa John's. Well in this part of Renton it doesn't leave many options especially since Jet City decided that my neighborhood is no longer in their delivery area (though it had been for quite some time). Tried Pizza Dudes because of one good review and a lack of other options. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was delivered fast, really fast, about 25 minutes. Considering I'm in the East Renton Highlands area and they are downtown it's at least a 12 to 15 minute drive. Pizza was hot and tasty, sauce was delicious and different than the average canned sauce typical of delivery. I couldn't quite put my finger on it but had sort of a dejavu moment as if I had eaten this pizza before. Very cheesy almost to the point of being difficult to eat, but I mean that as a compliment! Ordered their cinnamon sticks and Parmesan bread twists, both were fantastic though the cinnamon sticks were not quite as good as the cinnamon bites at Jet City (those things are amazing). Overall food quality was very high. I've had the privilege of having eaten pizza in NYC and Chicago and everywhere in between. This is not the best but it's certainly in my top 10 and by far the best pizza available by delivery in Renton. Certainly the fastest! A surprising find. This was one of the better delivery pizzas that I've had in Renton, and in the Seattle area, for that matter. I'm from Boston and am constantly on a search for that perfect East-coast style pizza. Well, so far I haven't found it, but this one was really pretty decent. The sauce was very flavorful, which was a good start. One of my pet peeves is bland, unseasoned sauce. There was a good amount of cheese, and it too was tasty. My one negative impression was that the crust, while good-tasting, was just too thick and bready for my taste. I think that the crust would be a good base for a "loaded" type of pizza, but it was overwhelming for our cheese pizza. Customer service was awesome, which is unusual for a pizza joint. Both the person that I spoke with to get some help with the online ordering system, and the delivery person were very friendly and professional. The delivery was very prompt. The next time I order, I'll just get more toppings and I think the crust will be just right. read more

I'm pretty picky when it comes to good pizza and let me tell you, Pizza Dudes make a mean slice. They have perfected the dough to sauce to topping ratio.. Not too much dough, but just enough. Perfect amount of crisp in the crust. The pizza sauce has extra oregano which gives it a spicier fuller flavor, YUM! I ordered a double topping pepperoni and pepperoni and mushroom. They have failed me for the last time. I am done settling for one of the few (and all mediocre) non pizza chain places that deliver in the area. They consistently forget things then are unapologetic about it when confronted. I can NOT make this up, they have literally forgotten cheese on a pizza... CHEESE! Tonight they forgot icing for the cinnamon sticks then told me I could EITHER have the icing or I could get a refund of the cinnamon sticks. REALLY?! I'm sooo gracious for the offer. How about this? We had Pizza Dudes deliver a lunch order for our business meeting and were impressed with the food, service and price point. The food was great and there were no issues with our orders, it was delivered on time and the price point was competitive considering the portions. What made the experience over the top good was Blake - the delivery guy. He brought the food in, gave it to the person that ordered it and made sure everyone was satisfied with their food. We asked about menus for future ordering and he ran out to his car and brought us some. I definitely give this place 5 stars! We ordered a really simple pizza. Large pepperoni and got the free twisty bread for checking in. I mean, wow. The pizza crust was delicious. Its chewy and pulls apart perfectly. The yummy pizza sauce, slightly sweet with a touch of tomato-y tang with hints of onion and garlic flavor. The cheese is so good too! I don't know what blend of cheese they use but its good! The pepperoni was good too! All the flavors and layers of ingredients works so well together! The cashier and staff was really friendly too. Everyone had a smile on their face and it looks like a fun place for them to work! I will definitely come back again! I have passed by this place so many times and never thought about trying it. But I definitely recommend this pizza joint over pizza hut and dominos! Hands down, our go to place for pizza in this area! Can't wait to try their specialty pizzas in the near future! Ordered from this place for the 1st time primarily because of reviews I read. Overall pizza was just average nothing special. It's comparable to dominos or papa johns in terms of quality of ingredients. Sauce I thought lacked flavor. I would have given them 3 stars however they also messed up and charged my credit card twice. When I called them to get this corrected I was told I'd have to wait until the charges no longer showed pending then I needed to drive to their store and show them copy of my statement. I was furious that I was now out $30+ because of their mistake and their solution was for me to basically suck it up and spend my time to go correct their error. Pizza Dudes in Renton: The place is located in downtown Renton and there is enough parking. The staff is nice and they don't mind explaining you how the menu works. I had tasted Margarita pizza, Muscle man pizza, Alfredo pizza, Rib Tips, and they are all DELICIOUS!!! This guys take pizza seriously, they also take the life by the dough because they will give you what you want! I like thin crust, my pizza was perfect and golden crisp. The ingredients are fresh, the meat tastes fresh, the cheese is fresh and the sauce is pretty good too. My favorite pizza, the Margarita one tastes incredible, the cheeses are so fresh, the pizza was so crispy!!! Some how the driver was given the wrong address, and when he called at a little over an hour and a half, asking for the gate code- I gave him the code 3 times. 15 minutes later, I called into the store, and was put on hold for a manager. 5 minutes later, while still on hold, he rings the door bell. The pizza is cold, he tells me I gave him the wrong code. Somewhere between him calling me, and him actually showing up, I tried calling him back and was sent to voice mail after only 2 rings. He seemed annoyed and huffy. My pizza was cold, I waited twice as long as to be expected, the driver was rude, and my first experience was shot.
