Stuck around after spending well over $300 on a party until about 8:30 and we were being cleaned around and glared at. I don't know the name of the early to mid 40s managers name but on the way out one of my friends politely said thank you very much and his reaction was an exaggerated eye-roll and not to reply at all.. Under my breath to my friend I said "what the f*** was that all that about?" The manager said "what was that? Do you have something to say?" I chose not to reply and just shook my head as I was almost to the door. The manager then proceeded to follow my group outside and attempt to question me further but I had no interest other than to tell him that I was unsure why he was trying to conjure up an argument from something that I was going to completely overlook. I've worked fast food and I've worked in a restaurant setting. This was customer service at its worse. Yesterday my friend and I brought our two toddlers in for lunch. I recommended pizza factory because I have known it to be a family friendly place where we can enjoy a meal and not worry about kids being kids. The food was great. But the young girl at the cash register was not. I have never experienced such a rude person in customer service in my life. She acted as though we were an inconvenience and all her responses were short and with attitude. I was appalled. I mentioned to my friend if she thought she seemed rude and she said I was going to ask you the same thing. We stopped at Pizza Factory on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered an XL Breadstick/CheesyBread combo, plus a Medium Cheese and a medium Pepperoni/Hawaiian. The food was great and even our family of 6 had leftovers to take home. Service was quick and friendly. There were arcade games for the kids to play as well. Ordered the large calzone. It arrived without being cut and without a side of marinara. After cutting it myself I found the marinara inside the calzone. Also the entirety of the bottom of the calzone was soggy due to the sauce being placed inside. I've traveled all over this great country and have never had a calzone with the sauce on the inside. I wouldn't honestly order it again. The entire point of a calzone is the beautiful crispy and pillowy crust. This was ruined by they sauce being cooked on the inside. I called up for a delivery and gentlemen answered. He was very rude and had an attitude. I almost hung up just because of the tone. I continued to place my order, and he continually reminded me that the delivery would take over an hour. I said that was alright, I could wait. Within an hour, the delivery person was here and she was very sweet. The pizza was good but all the dressing for the salads were missing. Would I order again? Avoid at all costs! When we walked into the door it smelled like the sewer was overflowing. My daughter had to hold her nose and wanted to leave. We had to move over to a table on the other side of the store, something was seriously wrong. Probably one of the worst pizza restaurants in all of the greater Coeur d Alene area. The service was awful, I got a beer and she told me I was barely old enough to drink whatever that was supposed to imply . On top of that the pizza was terrible I got the tomato basil "gourmet" pizza and it had bland dried basil flakes on it . The bread sticks are actually ok. My family loved the Pizza Factory. My family doesn't like the normal chain pizza shops and prefer a real handmade pizza. This place is PERFECT. I am not super chatty when I am shopping or ordering and the staff doesn't try to force conversation when it isn't necessary. Everyone has been polite and quick with getting my order. I always order to go and when they tell me 20 minutes and it is ready in 20 minutes. We have tried the pizza, wings, breadstix and pasta. The pizza factory serves great pizza! The dough is consistent and fluffy! So you know it is prepared fresh daily and used within a 3 day window. I have only had this pizza once but it was better than I expected. It tastes fresh and homemade which I appreciate over the typical par baked crust that most pizza restaurants use. read more

So I'm a little upset to be giving 2 stars when in reality I'll admit the food for the price is worth 4 stars. However the service is next to terrible. Every time I go in I deal with people who are just plain rude. Sometimes I'm outright ignored. Then I order an XL and ask for sauce and it's tiny not nearly enough for whole pizza. Seriously? stayed in town for a couple of day's and chose this place for takeout for me and the wife. after reading the review's and covid policy decided to give it a try. Went inside to pick up my order to find every employee on staff was UNMASKED and working without gloves. All the customers in line were masked up doing there part. kinda funny when i was told to put on a glove when serving myself at the takeout salad bar. Guess they are more worried about me spreading the virus than them. Policy in the town was pretty clear about everyone doing there part to stop the spread. My suggestion is to go to the burger joint across the parking lot. They know how to follow the rules and care for the community. read more

We came to the Pizza Factory for my wife's birthday and brought a bunch of folks with us. I'm a nut for a traditional margarita pizza, (tomato and fresh basil) since it is the pizza that started the craze in America after WWII. I saw that they had a " Tomato & Basil " pizza on the menu I suggested that we get two medium pizzas so that we have some to enjoy at home. She likes just plain pepperoni. Once we saw the sizes, we then opted for larges instead. My wife's plain pepperoni was quite greasy but good she said. My so called tomato and basil was another story altogether. It was a simple cheese pizza with some tomato slices on top with about $.03 cents worth of dried finely cut ( like Mcormick's but probably an off brand) basil bits very lightly sprinkled on top of it. I said you can't be serious, to which my mother in law said "You don't know, it's probably inside ". Nope, that light smattering of dried basil bits was it. Just enough to prevent them from being sued for false advertising. At least we are able to scratch this place off of our list of places to get pizza in CDA. read more

Took a party of 14 in to Pizza Factory for a multi-family meal. We paid a good amount of money for this meal. Instead of the nice "plastic" cups for the 1.95 per drink, the older man (owner or manager) with beard (mentioned on other posts) told the cashier to give our party paper cups because our party was so big. That made us feel like second class customers. A party of 12 came after us and all of them had the nice plastic cups. Not sure how that happened. Then when we tried to get a small amount of ranch dressing as a condiment for the pizza from the salad bar, the same guy said that we had to pay 50cents if it was for the pizza. I was shocked. The pizza itself was not that good. The service from the regular staff was great. That guy if he is the owner, is obviously unhappy in his work and needs to find something else to do. His customer service was deplorable. I will not take my business here again nor will i recommend his place due to his attitude and insutling behavior toward paying customers. read more

Just had the worst pizza delivery experience ever and can not believe that the owner (Yon) treats people the way he does. We were quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes to an hour. Our pizza took an hour and a half to get delivered to us. The pizza was half warm and the breadsticks were barely warm. We asked the delivery driver what the policy was for such a late delivery and she advised that we need to call and speak to the owner. My daughter called and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled and called my daughter a liar and hung up on her. Definitely will never order from here again. read more

First time ever trying this pizza and I do say it's amazing and for s good price too!

Last night a group of us had rented the party room for our rehearsal dinner. We showed up about 15 minutes late (8:15) to be harassed about IDs when no one was even ordering or ordering alcohol yet. None of us even mentioned buying alcohol. As soon as I had walked up to the counter to order our pizzas, the owner & some blonde girl was screaming check IDs even though no one had ordered any alcohol even though the majority of us were 21. Customer service here is absolute trash especially with the blonde girl who was giving all of us dirty looks. If we didn't already pay money to rent out the party room we would have left. The only one who had decent customer service was the lady ringing up our food. Thank you for the free bread sticks but not sure we will be giving this place another shot since everyone in my family has had a problem with this girl giving us dirty looks & owner not really being a manager & trying to end conflict. read more

In the past we loved going to Pizza Factory in CDA because they have a salad bar for us, games for the kids and good pizza. They are expensive but we knew that going in, today our experience was horrible! The woman who took our order was wonderful, but the man who is always there when we go treated us like we were unwanted annoyances and then complained that one of the this from the arcade room was left on the floor while our kids were still playing. We were not in his home, my husband and I were there to enjoy dinner as a family and to connect with each other while the kids played games, but having him come out multiple times, complain sigh and throw his hands in the air was so annoying! We spent $65.00 to hear lectures while we were eating and he didn't give us a chance to clean up since our kids were literally still playing. I would not recommend this restaurant, the manager/owner is cold and rude, the food isn't worth the treatment and the games are so expensive to play, anywhere between $1-$4 per game. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I stopped by Saturday evening at 7:30 for a small pizza and a salad bar. The place was empty and filthy. I asked if they were closed and the owner/manager said "I wish we were". I asked my friend if she wanted to go somewhere else. We decided to stay anyway...which didn't last long. I received a plate for the salad bar, went up to get my salad, and there was nothing there and the very nice girl behind the counter was cleaning up. I advised her I'd ordered the salad bar and she reluctantly started bringing the items back. I ended up with a plate of lettuce and a few baby carrots after about 5 minutes because they didn't have anything stocked. The manager/owner passed by our table (still, we're the only ones there) and asked if there was a problem. I expressed my concern over paying $5 for lettuce and carrots.. He came back 2 minutes later and slammed $4.50 on our table and walked off. The owner/manager was cleaning off tables with a floor broom and broke a table...which made him angry. He then began to try to repair the table right next to us as we're sitting there. We were uncomfortable and asked one of the nice young girls behind the counter if she would please box our pizza to go when it was ready. She did and as we went to leave my friend, who has worked in customer service her whole career (more than 30 years) confronted the owner/manager and told him he had made our visit extremely uncomfortable. He harshly made excuses for the salad bar and told us they had been very busy earlier, hence the mess and not being prepared for us. 2 of us. I told him that our families had been coming there for years for birthdays and after soccer dinners and this is the worst customer service that we've had here. He became VERY angry and told us that we were SH#TTY customers and proceeded to follow us out the door yelling and screaming! I seriously felt that he was going to get aggressive and had my hand on my pepper spray in my pocket. It's too bad he's such a poor representative of the restaurant and hopefully the franchise owner will take action. We will never go back. read more
