We were told from the hotel that we were staying at that Pizza Factory was the best pizza in town. The staff was very friendly. Pizza was served very hot the cheese blend was amazingly creamy. They have a great salad bar. If you check in on Yelp you get a free order of Breadsticks which are very delicious. Great atmosphere, plenty of room for big parties. read more

Really good food. We ordered the cowboy combo pizza. Really good! Crust should be a little thinner. Good selection of fountain drinks and beer. The decor and ambiance was ok. We asked the manager if we could watch the Mexico Cost Rica game on one of his big screen TVs. He said yes! The bathrooms are clean and well serviced. They have an arcade for the kids. I have been visiting Bishop and Mammoth on a very regular basis for over 15 years and somehow I don't think I had been to the Pizza Factory until Super Bowl Sunday this year. The pizza is pretty good here, but my personal favorite is Upper Crust when I am in Bishop. Not a bad stop, I just am not as in love as everyone else. read more

We came to Bishop to enjoy some great fishing and thought we would stop here to get some pizza. When we walked in we noticed how dirty it looked. Not too sure how they got approved by the health inspector. When we ordered we asked if we could split a 24 piece with 2 different sauces but the worker refused and told us to buy two ten pieces instead. We spent 50 bux n change for a pizza and 24 piece wings. When I took a bite out of the chicken wing it was still bleeding. I'm surprised it didn't start clucking! We asked a worker if he could bake them a little longer because we were worried about getting sick. He came back with the "owner" and he refused to cook them a little longer and insisted that he gave us a refund. Apparently the wings aren't cooked fresh there and they are received frozen. He said it was impossible for them to be undercooked. I didn't know chickens could be eaten medium rare! The boss was being a total a-hole and ruined our whole dinner and we will never buy here again the next time we are in town. FYI DONT ORDER THE WINGS UNLESS YOU LIKE BLOODY SLIMY CHICKEN read more

Salad bar lettuce was discolored and looked bad and this isn't the first time. I asked for fresh lettuce and was told to wait by a very unenthusiastic employee. I waited and then went to a manager. We called in the lady was pushy and took the order with out me even getting a word in at all. The pizza was like card board all 3 of my children had diarrhea. To make matters worst we ordered the 7.00 salad bar that was a one trip deal with the salad Nazi standing guard. After further notice there were 12 employees working and about 6 people eating there???????????????????? If they would let some people go they could use that $ to put back in their FOOD. Come on how much is salad to make customers happy cheap!!!!!!!! No I know why the lady taking my order was so pushy that's the only way they get business. Thanks to a suggestion from an employee at The Upper Crust pizza restaurant to call Pizza Factory for a delivery pizza, we enjoyed a very fresh and delicious medium pizza along with our beer at our campsite. Pizza Factory was very friendly (unlike the other place) and delivered it fast. This will now be our go to pizza delivery while in Bishop for our annual camping/fishing trip. read more

If you have been backpacking for a long time i think this food would taste great. This place is just average. it is a franchise and is friendly for families. it does have an arcade but food is average. They do deliver to most places and the salad bar is average. read more

Not the best pizza. If you have kids, this would be the place to go, as there is an arcade. Besides that, the pizza falls short of being great, and is only acceptable if you go there for the atmosphere. The salad bar isn't great, its small and doesn't offer much. Pizza is usually greasy and sauce is not good. Also, three times I've ordered pick up and they've delivered, this may be because the kids working are all high school students that don't pay much attention, that's fine though, it keeps the place running just be sure to be as explicit as possible. read more

They toss them, their awesome Pizza Factory. It beats Domino's. They often have specials going on so just ask the lady at the counter. After living in Bishop for almost 20 years, they as a stable in my weekly diet. When Imperial Gourmet was closed as they were moving to their new location, I ate here way too much. My ski club runs five bus trips per year from San Diego to Mammoth. On the way home, we call ahead to order pizzas for 48 people on our bus, then we pick up the pizzas and take off again so as not to waste any time. Love Pizza Factory. The salad bar is great, always filled with fresh ingredients. I enjoy their pizza with extra cheese, mushroom, black olive, and pineapple. Occasionally I'll plain jane it with pepperoni or extra cheese. I also really enjoy their garlic cheese sticks and their pizza bread.
