I have tasted Hawaii Pizza here. It was good looking and yummy. It is clean around and staff is quite friendly. Recommend by my wife and me.

Not quite sure how this place stays in business. I went there for lunch and it was empty. The service was non existent at best. From when we ordered to when we got our pizza it was about 30 minutes. The salad bar had moldy cheese in it. And when we finally got our pizza the lack of cheese and toppings made me feel like just leaving it and eating somewhere else. The decor reminds me a little of round table except really old. Must have used to be one. The food was pretty good. The service was very fast and friendly... Arrived in Placerville late on a Sunday on our way to Lake Tahoe. Not much open and our grandson wanted spaghetti. The food and service were completely adequate. Salad bar was small and well kept. This place is amazing. My boyfriend surprised me with a delivered heart shaped pizza. He asked for Pepsi to go with it because that is what I drink. They only carry coke products. Gave it a shot in our hunt for an exceptional pizza in the Placerville area and it was just eh-ok. Good sized, but not very generously topped and the "thick crust" was what regular would be pretty much anywhere else. Place was clean and the staff was nice enough, but the quality of the pizza just did not impress enough to make it worth revisiting again. This was just a very mediocre experience for my family of 5. We ordered a lot of food (wings, breadsticks, calzones, pizza, alcohol, and soda). Every item came at a different time which was annoying. Not everyone wanted to eat each item so some of us were able to start eating while others had to wait. This establishment brings the food to your table when it's ready, however, they need to brainstorm for a better method. We were sitting in a side room which had about 5 other tables filled with patrons. Everytime they called out our name with our food in their hand, they only focused on the main seating room in the restaurant and didn't bother coming to our side of the restaurant to see if it was our food. Everytime I (faintly) heard our name being called, I had to get out of my seat and flag the server down to let them know it was our food. As for the food, it was not impressive at all. The buffalo wings were mushy/fatty. They needed to be cooked more or something? The calzones and pizza were super greasy. In fact, the pizza was probably the greasiest pizza we have ever had. We used about 100 napkins (no joke) to sop up the grease because it was so bad. This includes my 15 year old son who eats like a garbage disposal and normally doesn't care what his food looks like because he's always so hungry. Last, I wanted a small salad bar plate which I have been able to order the two previous times I patroned this restaurant with our son's baseball teams. I didn't want to pay almost 10 dollars for a multiple-trip salad bar, but apparently that was my only choice unless I wanted to order their pre-made salads. The menu must have changed, but I thought this was something the manager could have accommodated me on since we ordered all the other food. Slightly disappointed in their customer service. We don't plan on going back which is a shame because we were hoping to find an awesome local pizza parlor since my family loves pizza so much. read more

I ordered a calzone from the Broadway pizza factory, when I brought the food back and started eating it, there was a long hair imbedded in my tomato, when I called the restaurant and explained what had happened all I got was "oh, okay one moment." no sorry, nothing, so careless. Then after a few minutes the lady came back on the phone and said "would you like us to replace it or give you credit." rudely. I asked for the credit, and she was quick to hang up. We came here last weekend after rafting, and the pizza was super delicious. I honestly haven't had pizza that tasty from a place that isn't Zachary's in a very long time. Yes, I was extra hungry, but still, it was good stuff. The crust was perfectly done - I don't know how they do it - and the toppings were yummy. The salad bar was good too! Reasonably priced. The folks working there (owners, I think) were very nice. I'm so happy to have found this spot. It's fast but not fast food. There web site did not show any specials so I was a little upset after ordering my pizza for pick up that they had a sign with a large pizza with three toppings for $17! read more

Though this establishment's pizza is really good, we just had an instance where we called in an order to go and, when my daughter went to pick up, they had lost the order. While the order was in their system, it never sent to the kitchen. The original counter girl was very apologetic, however, the situation was taken over by a manager or maybe the owner, who immediately started grilling my daughter about when the pizza was ordered (which I assume was recorded in their system) and, told her she would just have to wait while another pizza was made. Then walks in the basketball team, who the manager turns to the counter girl and says that their order is priority before any other pizzas can be made. When confronted with this overheard information the manager continued to be rude and uncaring, not taking any responsibility for their mistake, or make any concession to make the situation right. Needless to say, they have lost my family's business altogether. Very disappointed. read more

My Mom and I went in for lunch yesterday, and it was wonderful! We have not been in since the remodel and it looks wonderful! We were ordering and due to food allergies we always assume we can't have the lunch specials, so we ordered the salad bar and breadsticks with no cheese, right before paying the manager came up and told us that it was a better deal to do the lunch buffet. We explained our food allergies, and she said that she would be happy to make us our special order, and put it on the buffet so that we could get the cheaper deal, I think it saved us about $10. i wish i liked this place but i have been there twice in the last three weeks and they goofed up both orders. their staff is not organized and does not work well together. it is clean and the staff is friendly. prices are reasonable - especially the specials. trouble comes when you try to get your order in a reasonable length of time. read more
