I'd been avoiding this place because the one in Cameron park was honestly not my favorite place to eat, for a few reasons. I'm pleasantly surprised by this location! It's very clean, all of the employees look clean (neat and look like they could pass a drug test ). The employees were very nice and helpful. The arcade, although smaller than Cameron parks location, is clean and everything works! If you need somewhere for your kids to burn energy and also eat delicious food this is the perfect place. We were the only patrons with kids, so even though they have an arcade you don't need kids to come in and enjoy their food. I would recommend the calzone (approved by my New Yorker husband and dad) All of the food is made from scratch, they had a machine mixing dough and a guy in the back tossing the pizza . For me the only change I would make would be to ask for light cheese, but most people would probably appreciate the fact that they are generous with all of their toppings. Next time I go I will definitely be trying the lasagna! Saturday's at 6 they offer karaoke, they were just setting up as I was leaving so I didn't get to hear the local talent but I'll be sure to stop back by when my kids are in better moods. read more

Came here with the kids due to traffic on 50. Super friendly staff. Great value too! It wasn't quite Lunch time yet but the traffic would of push it over. For $7.50 kids meal. They got a mini pizza, cookie, salad and a honest fruit punch. The pizza is very good. Almost premium bake bread as a crust. Like dip able in soup type. The pizza is okay. Seems like every time I come to pick up from this store at the the time they say it will be ready, they then tell me the order will be just a few minutes. This time I ask they tell me a few minutes, I wait fifteen minutes and ask again if it's ready yet and they say it's going to take another 10 minutes. We (doctors, nurses, techs, pharmacists, phlebotomists, registrars, and housekeepers) face fears and anxiety just coming to work and yet come we do. We are here for you despite fears of taking a deadly virus home to our loved ones. Despite being unable to see our parents (social distancing) because we are being actively exposed every time we walk in the doors at work. While these enormous stressors exist it is with gratitude in our hearts that we, once again, realize the giving hearts in our community. Best pizza in Placerville. The service is terrible. They wanted to charge me for the bell peppers only on 1/4 of the pizza when the pizza came with peppers. Your pricing is all over the place with different prices. $23 on your Facebook account, $24 on your in store menu and your computer rings up at $25. The girl waiting on me said, she has no way to change the computer and no manager present. I told her I wanted my pizza for $23. Legally you cannot charge a customer the higher price when you've posted a low price. Another thing you advertise on Yelp free breadsticks with Lg or Ex Lg pizza. The girls told me Ex Lg only. Just tried to order some pizza and was told that the driver they have working tonight can't deliver to our home because "our roads are steep and sketchy". As if another driver with a different vehicle could have made the long and arduous Journey. I'm not sure what community you think you're doing business in but all the roads out here are steep. All the roads are potentially sketchy. For reference we live 4.3 miles and 11mins from the restaurant. The entire route is asphalt, all roads have signage, GPS will take you straight to the house. To the Owner/manager specifically. It seems that you're discriminating against good people in them thar hills and you can do better. It's not our fault you couldn't use your navigation properly the one time YOU had to deliver up here. All you're other delivery drivers have successfully made there way here with no issues. After ordering online, I came in to pickup and was a bit early so had to wait a few minutes, which was fine! While waiting, I noticed multiple employees in the kitchen, including the person packaging my order not wearing a mask. I understand not wanting to wear a mask in your personal time, but when serving the public and on the job during a global health crisis, there's no reason or excuse for necessary precautions not be taken to protect the public - especially with covid-19 cases back on the rise. I was disappointed and asked that my order be refunded for this reason as I no longer wanted to bring food home from this establishment to my family, including my elderly grandmother. We have enjoyed this Pizza Factory with our family for years, so it was a great disappointment to experience the absolutely poor customer service from them today. I joined their "Text Club" which promised $5 off on your first order, if you spent over $25. This sounded like a great deal for my family of five. However, when I attempted to use this coupon in the store by showing them the text to my phone with the offer and redemption code, I was told they could not honor it on the same day I joined. I told the young lady behind the counter, with the too tight pony tail and who must have been a supervisor by how she was ordering everyone around, that the same day prohibition was not mentioned in the offer. Her response was, "Well, that's just the way it is." I told her to cancel my $60 order. Money does not go as far these days, and I will choose to spend my hard earned dollars somewhere that understands customer service and understands not stepping over a dollar to save a dime. We will not go back, and I will be telling everyone my experience. Maybe our not going in a few times a month is no big deal to miss ponytail, and I guess the owners don't care either. Kudos to the Pizza Factory Franchise, the owners of the center and especially the new owners, Dave and Terry Thomas for transforming it to a clean, modern pizza joint that is a fun, safe place for the kids. Best of all, they have a delicious pizza! I've been back for a pastrami sandwich (yum!) I took my friend who can't eat gluten, and he's now had 3 Gluten-free pizzas in less than a month! Total 180 again with the new owners. I haven't stepped foot in here in over two years since our last experience. But I got invited to dinner and while I didn't have to pay, everything from the experience to the pizza was so great! The meat lovers pizza (too lazy to look up the name) was generous on the toppings. Everything was melty when it was supposed to, came out piping hot, and tasted good. The kids pepperoni pizza was also delicious, plenty of pepperoni too. The cheese sticks were meh. Not enough cheese or taste and very doughy like it was on the verge of being Undercooked. There's a section of games for the kids to play while we waited for food but the wait wasn't even that long. 5 stars for the service. Everyone was friendly to us, making sure we got everything, asking if we needed anything else, just being attentive and nice, even to our kids who got rowdy to the end, throwing around toys. Let me just blow the lid off these old reviews - this place is under new ownership, has been completely remodeled - and the pizza is delicious! The crust is soft, the vegetables fresh and the sauce is yummy. They also have a very clean, nicely organized all you can eat salad bar. If you go in on a Friday or Saturday night, get there early and nab a table or you're going to be standing and waiting. We had people hovering over our table which was super awkward. The arcade area is great for kids and visible from most of the restaurant so you can keep an eye on them. They're working on a kids menu which would be really great. I had to pay for an adult pasta that my two year old ate maybe four bites of. My other suggestion would be better wine. They have a great selection of beers, but all their wines are boxed. :( Other than that, this is the best, family friendly pizza place in Placerville. We will definitely be back. read more

We have had both delivery and dine in here; overall, good experience. Presumably because Placerville is a small place, they only have a delivery driver for dinner hours. Our pizza arrived quickly and our order was correct. Their wings were just so-so, but the pizza was very good. More recently, we went in for dinner. We got pizza and a salad bar. They have a surprisingly good variety of beers on tap. I tried the Outbreak (local to Placerville), which I wasn't super impressed with, but it's nice that they have local beers on tap. The salad bar was pretty average - if you've been to Round Table, it's basically the same. Probably not worth the $8. The pizza was great, but it's really hard to make bad pizza. The space was large, and they have a separate (not entirely separate) area where you could potentially have a party or gathering. They also have a decent "arcade" area, complete with an air hockey table. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the manager/owner was pretty awful. The regular employees were nice, friendly, and helpful. One of them apparently made a mistake and only charged us for one topping on our pizza instead of two (which is what? like a dollar?) Instead of pulling the employee aside for a private chat, she stormed out from the back and started scolding both cashiers in front of us and another customer waiting in line. I felt really bad for the girls, and felt that this was SUPER unprofessional on the part of the owner/manager. read more
