This place is great. Very clean, great variety ot pizza, it would be nice to see more pasta dishes, or chicken Parmesan, or linguine with shrimp. The buffet is pretty good and the price is affordable. However it confusing the first visit, the counter is very far from the door and there is no indication if you should be seated or wait to be seated or to just go to the counter and the employees will not greet you no matter how lost you look! I like this place. They have good food, and give back to the community through fundraising events. The pizza isn't especially awesome, but it is good. The buffet is good, but the place can get super busy and that makes it tough to get what you want from the buffet sometimes because it is kinda small. There is a small game room in the back, it's not really that impressive, but it's nice that they have it, because the other pizza place in town with games is horrid. Ordering is a bit awkward because you order before sitting, so deciding on what an entire family/group wants while standing in front of the register while others wait is somewhat nerve wracking. read more

The Pizza Factory has the best pizza in town -- I don't mean this as a backhanded compliment (the other places aren't very good). Their pizza really is good. The kids love the BBQ pizza. I'll go with the traditional pepperoni or one with everything on it. If you hit the lunch buffet, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is fantastic. Most buffets only have 3 or 4 types of pizza out. The Pizza Factory has several varieties to choose from (and of course, you can make a request). If you miss the buffet and have to order off the menu, their prices are rather steep -- I consider $25 a pizza too much for the first quarter of 2010. read more

Very good place, the waiters are sweet and friendly. They helped you regardless if you were theirs to help. The pizza is great and the ravioli is delicious as well. They even have canolli's now. Right next to them is Beansters which is a local coffee shop. I absolutely recommend this place for pizza. You can even watch them make it fresh. This pizza place is CLEAN and the servers and busboys KEEP it clean when their patrons leave. The atmosphere is wonderful. read more

I just ordered Spaghetti and Wings to take out. The place looks very nice and the staff was friendly. I get home and find my wings missing and the garlic bread looked more like two bread sticks sliced in half. I have to say though the manager I believve he said Johnathan was very nice and understanding. Gave me a full refund and was still sending a driver with my wings. I would like to recommend this place, but when I tried the spaghetti I did get it was bland. The meatballs were good, but the spaghetti sauce had no flavor. I have never had sauce that didn't at least taste like tomato's which is the main ingredient. I have not tried anything else on their menu and doubt I ever will. We will just have to see. read more

Pizza Factory is a new business in Ridgecrest. They have great service and a great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is good, not amazing, but good. I'm giving it four stars relative to other restaurants in Ridgecrest. If it was outside of Ridgecrest and I was rating it, I would have to give it three stars. Unfortunately, due to Ridgecrest's isolated location, we have to have our own rating system. read more

This is by far the best pizza in town. The ingredients and toppings are fresh and plentiful and worth the extra price over Pizza Hut and Domino's. We usually order delivery and it comes hot to our door. Beware though that if you order a pizza with a lot of toppings that the crust gets really soggy by the time it gets to you. read more

I'd say the Pizza Factory is about what I'd expect from Ridgecrest. I've been there a fair number of times, and almost always get the buffet. (I've ordered pizza off the menu once or twice though). Breadsticks are good, salad is the standard buffet stuff (i.e. not that great, but edible), pizzas can be hit or miss depending on how fresh they are - if it's fresh, it's pretty good. Not a bad place to go, you could do worse if you want pizza in town. Nothing special really, at least it isn't dumpy-looking like John's Pizza was. Nowhere near as good as Graziano's though, but I suppose it's a suitable replacement for Nickoletti's. (Haven't tried any of the salads/sandwiches/pasta from the menu, so I can't vouch for them.) read more

Waited over 30 mins for my pizza. Order was called in 60 mins ahead of time. I was told by Riyad when I came in to pay and pickup my pizza that my pizza was being cut and will be right up. After waiting 20 mins I went back up to the cashier to inquire about my pizza and the employees couldn't locate my pizza. They sent an employee over to ask me what I ordered and was told my order was taken with a delivery order which makes no sense! So they remade the pizza. I had to wait another 10 mins and no one apologized or offered to refund my money. Poor customer service on top of the crust being doughy and not fully cooked. I will not eat here anymore! read more

These guys have the best pizza in Ridgecrest by far. I love their lunch buffet, they have great choices of pizza to try. And, they have good breadsticks! I would say that the crust tends to get soggy if you put too many toppings on it, but it is still good. And, they are more expensive than most of the other pizza places, but the owners are local to the Owen's valley & I would much rather support them than a corporate giant!! Best pizza place in town. Quick turnover on the buffet so its always fresh. Buffet is ten bucks. Much cheaper than there competitor at the other end of the town and its tastes so much better. The atmosphere is young and friendly. I will be back. read more

The food here is actually decent to very good, but the service has a tendency to leave you feeling like you're more an inconvenience than a valued customer. The on-duty manager seems to have plenty of time to answer her text messages, but not enough time to make sure the orders are correct and served in a timely fashion! If the food was'nt as good as it was, my experience would have been a total flop! I think this one particular manager could use a refresher course in customer service! I won't mention her name but her initials are C.I. Overall I would recommend The Pizza Factory if you want good pizza as it really is the best in town! read more

Price is still good, and I found out you can ask for a "mini request," which is a 4-slice pizza almost any way you want it, which is great for me because I can ask for a pizza with no cheese! Yeah, I know, allergies suck. But I'm so glad they give me that option! read more

Lunch buffet is awesome! Great place to eat lunch with a group, although this place gets packed pretty quickly. Ordering regular pizza for carry out or delivery is way overpriced, as it reminds me of a glorified CiCi's Pizza and I'd never pay $25 for a large Pizza from that place. read more

Went here the other day and had excellent service and food ! Ordered what they called a pastrami pizza - and to me was best of both worlds -- love pastrami and pickle sandwiches, and pizza. This combined them both. Pastrami, mustard, chopped dill pickles - yummy ! Had never tried before and am so glad I did yesterday ! Got small pizza and afterwards wished I'd ordered a larger size in order to have had some to take home. Give this pizza a try if you like pastrami!
