Ordered online and picked up on 2/13/26, this location is quite hidden on Vehicle Drive in Rancho Cordova, CA. Ordered the 8pc mango habanero wings with a side of ranch dressing and it was phenomenal. Service was quick but pickup can be hard with limited parking in the lot. The pizza here has always been good and the customer service has been excellent. I must admit that I have not visited this establishment for quite some time. I have been frequenting a different pizza parlor on my street. However, they do not offer artichoke fiesta, so I ordered pizza here at pizza guys. We love this particular pizza guys! We come here at least twice a month. The older man (maybe the owner) is a hustler! He is super nice and runs a tight show. We got 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $20 and boy that fed my family of 4 twice! Not many places you can feed your family for $20! The pizza was good too, a little greedy (how I actually like it) and fair toppings. I'm giving 5-stars because it was DELICIOUS! For 2 we went all out and got a large 1/2 & 1/2, Hawaiian and the Supreme (everything) on a thin crust with the garlic white sauce. Great pizza! I like getting the stuffed crust with extra sauce and regular mozzarella. Half pep and mushroom with 3 cheeses added and other half is pep with beef and three cheeses added. Stopped by here randomly and it was a good choice! The small cheese I ordered was super good. It's a small pick up and go spot that's perfect for a quick transaction. I was pleasantly surprised with all the menu offerings for pastas and salads too. But more than anything else, the customer service was beyond amazing. The big boss man, Jose, remembered multiple customers who came in and he even went above and beyond for me. His excellence and care for the work he does will definitely bring me back again and again. Ordered a pizza for pick up through the app and it was ready on time. The pizza was delicious and they are not stingy with the toppings at all! Lots of great deals when you order through the app or online which is great because many other pizza places are over priced. Saw they had a great deal for NFL Sunday. So I thought I would try them being new to the area. The special a large 3 topping pizza, garlic cheese bread, and 2-liter Pepsi all for less than $25. Ok, the curbside service was very good and I had all I needed ( Park cheese, Ranch, and Red pepper) when I got home. The garlic cheese bread was good. Nice balance of cheese and garlic. The pizza itself was good at best. The toppings were plentiful. It was still hot when I got home. The only negative is the dough, signature crust, was soggy more than any other pizza. My wife ordered our usual pizza and because it was $2 dollars less than normal the manager refused to give us the free bottle of soda. We order there all the time. The manager was rude to both my wife and daughter. My wife felt ignored during the call. At one point the manager started speaking to someone else on the call and my wife had to wait till he finished his conversation for him to get back with her. She felt very awkward. Who does that? Anyway, this wasn't the only thing that happened. We got the pizza home and my daughter's slice had an actual nut on it. (As in bolts and nuts) See photo. Best Pizza Ever! They literally have NEVER disappointed! The owner is the nicest guy ever! He has never said no to my requests, even when his team has lol! So for example, I like 3/4 of my pizza pepperoni and 1/4 of my pizza veggie, extra sauce. I know, don't judge me lol! And the team always says we can't and then they ask the owner and he always says of course we can! Customer service is very important to me if you read my reviews! So that is 5 star when they can manage difficult requests and make them perfect. Another thing is the quality of their pizza! It is absolutely hands down my favorite pizza and the most tasty! Their sauce is tangy, yet mild! All of their veggies are fresh and my picky kiddos will eat it no matter what! Their breadsticks are great and their wings are great too! I don't personally like wings too much, but I'll eat theirs! They are not cheap on their sides! They'll give you extra ranch, extra pizza sauce with no question! The owner is rude, aggressive, and very unprofessional. I walked in to give my order and as I was giving it he told me to wait a second while he picks up the ringing phone. I thought he was going to put the person on hold while he finishes braking my order but instead he spends the next 10 minutes taking their order. When he was finally good and ready to get back to taking my order, he now spends a good 5 minutes trying to convince me to get a larger size. He even pulls out the pans and shows me the differences. When he finally decides that I really don't want a larger pizza, he throws the pans back to where he got it from, rings me up, and walks away in frustration. While waiting there I watched him continue this pattern of behavior. He cuts people off while taking their order to take the phone order. He tries to upsell and he s frustrated when the person won't agree. Even people who came in to pickup their order had to wait 10-15 minutes for him to pick up the phone when all he had to do was just give them their box of pizza. This place is a joke. The food is good but the service is pathetic. I guess if you come prepared for the wait and attitude, you'll be just fine. read more

Third time the delivery is wrong. I ordered one pasta and they deliver a different one twice in a row. You tell them the gate code and they don't communicate that to the driver so now the driver is calling you for the gate code EVERY time. I ordered two cheesecakes only one gets delivered just now. One time they told me it would take an hour for delivery so I called back and said I would drive and pick it up. Did they tell the driver? No. By the time I arrive to the store the driver was already on his way to my house, 40 minutes earlier than what they originally said. I live 10 minutes away. Literally the worst establishment of my favorite pizza company in the whole city. Time to move on from pizza guys. read more

The Rancho Cordova place has terrible delivery time. I ordered a medium pizza online for delivery. Upon complete check out, I was supposed to get text messages that tracked my order. Then, per the confirmation email, it promised a delivery time of 40min. I ordered around 10:40am therefore the promised delivery time was around 11:20am. I have no problem waiting that long. However, the promised time came and there was no show. Additionally, there were no updates via text as to where my order was. I waited 20min after the promised time to call the restaurant. The line went through and when I inquired about my order, I was told it was out for delivery and would be arriving within minutes. There was no apology at all. 5 min later, the order arrived. The delivery person did not apologize for being late at all. I will give him credit for being professional though. Then, 30 min later, I get a text that my order was out for delivery...like what the heck. That was supposed to occur before the order was dropped off.... Never again will I order from this location. There are other incidents we have with them too (pick up in person takes well over an hour from the promised time), but we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, this is the last straw. We will take our business elsewhere. I gave it an extra star b/c the pizza came to us still hot and did taste great. read more

I called and tried to explain that they were both supposed to be the same crust, I never asked for thin crust. It was unbearable to eat. A frozen pizza from the grocery store would have tasted better at that point. The guy on the phone kept repeating the same thing and saying "I don't know. I don't know". The guy shows up with our order, and informs us that they ran out of ranch...umm...why wasn't I given a call? Instead, they gave me balsamic dressing- which I can't comprehend because how is that a good alternative to ranch? The employees are fairly friendly and if you pickup your order you get a free 2 liter or ice cream to go. The pizzas are made pretty quick and parking is easy...especially since the nail salon closed that was next door--to bad the salon closed, but easier for parking now. The place is clean and I see the employees wash their hands a lot so that's always a good sign for cleanliness. read more
