Drive by all the time but today we decided to eat. Greeted and seated upon arrival and drink order taken immediately. We both did the pizza buffet. I did not have high expectations but was surprised. Pizza was plentiful, hot, and several choices. Also several kinds of pizza sticks, one pasta(Alfredo chicken), and cinnamon sticks. It was definitely busy but very calm and quiet. There is a bar that we did not try but $3 beers and $3.50 margaritas. If you are looking for amazing pizza this isn't it, but good service, good food, for a great price! read more

I haven't seen a Pizza Hut buffet in a very long time so you decide to stop by on a quiet Sunday morning. We were the first ones there and the moment we walked in we were greeted friendly. The pizza was hot and fresh. All the tables are clean, and we slowly realized they get busy on Sundays however our waiter was still really good on top of everything even though he had about 7 or 8 tables. The buffet was 10:95 I think which was a very good price and the pizza was really good. I would recommend for sure. read more

Im a regular here, I work somewhat close to here but everytime I walk in im always greeted kindly and always given everything I need to have a good experience eating there. Im always served quickly, I always get more than what I expect when I receive my food, and generally have never been dissapointed by my time spent there. But besides the food and the service, it really can feel like a local community sports bar by the tvs playing anything anywhere you can see, and while the NFL game is on, the whole place feel like a good time. But my favorite part about this place is the price. The chicken alfredo being the best example in my opinion, only being $9.99 (breadsticks/cheesesticks included) and still being enough for you to take home leftovers. Overall, I love this place, especially dining in, and its a great experience if youre looking to share it with friends or family. read more

So I normally enjoy my dining experience here. I get what would be expected from Pizza Hut restaurant. Easy and close to home. Tonight however I used the restroom and there was a waitress in the stall next to me. She left the stall without washing her hands. She had been in there for awhile so I'm not sure if she was having problems or playing on her phone. Either way hands should have been washed. I asked our waiter who the manager was and he said Carlos. I asked to speak with him and after a few minutes this waitress comes to speak with me. I told her she didn't was her hands in the bathroom. She claimed to wash her hands in the kitchen and that's what she normally does. I told her I believe that she is required to wash her hands in the bathroom. She said she is actually supposed to wash them twice but she forgot. Since I didn't get to talk to the manager like I requested I am making sure management see this here. read more

We've given this place like 10 chances over the last several months. Out of those 10, the order was wrong AT LEAST 50% of the time. This was our pizza tonight. Not even close to warm and a very bland taste. Called to speak to someone and was put on hold for 13 mins before I threw in the towel. Def not living up to the brand IMO. We had a take out order from Pizza Hut. I went in to pick up my order and the place was filthy. The floors had food smashed into the floor all over the place, the staff was not interested in helping me with my order. There weren't many customers in there, and some of the staff were sitting around chatting. It took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Some people may like this place, but my experience was just awful. We didn't even eat the pizza we got. I didn't have confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. Well a couple weeks ago we decided to order 3 pies delivery.. expected delivery time was at like 7:30pm; 7:30pm came around no sign of pizza.. 7:45pm rolls around still no pizza.. clock hits 8:00pm and we are still hungry with no pizza.. as the clock hit 8:10pm we hear a knock on the door.. I open the door and I'm greeted by the manager with steaming hot pizzas, who informs us about what went wrong with our order, extends a apology, and gives us our order FREE of charge.. Went to the lunch buffet during the noon hour in Haslet for the first time in months. The salads were large and very fresh. The pizza buffet bar was pitiful with just a few selections. The deeper dish pizza was cold. The thinner pizzas were barely warm. That is a health concern. We mentioned that to the server, but she didn't report it to management. (I wonder when they were last inspected by the health department?) We offered to pay for the salads only but that we wouldn't pay for the lousy pizza. She went to the manager who said he would comp the salads. We appreciate that, but we wanted a good lunch. We did tip our server. It wasn't her fault that the food was cold. Wow, don't order from here! Terrible service. I ordered 48 boneless wings and got 22. Written in the container was 22 c and we only got 22 wings. When I called and told them they shorted us and mentioned it said 22 c he said we don't do that. So they sent us home with a used container. I asked if they could deliver us the rest of our order and they said I was out of their range. Now they do deliver to my city just not my neighborhood which is a quarter mile out of town. So I asked him how he could make it right and he said they would make us a fresh order and we could pick it up. There was a huge opportunity to make things right and they fell short. my pick up time was 8:15. I pulled up to the window at 8:15 and they told me my breadsticks weren't quite done yet and that it was going to be about 5 minutes. They had me pull into on of the reserved spots. 20 minutes i'm still sitting in the spot with no food. So i went inside thinking maybe they forgot but no they told me to just wait "a couple more minutes" so i went to my car. 10 minutes pass and someone finally comes out with my food. I walked into the store at 9:08pm with my family of five and my father in law for Fathers day. The store has it listed that they close at 10. When we came in we were informed that we could not dine in because they had already started closing the kitchen. This review is based off 4 orders in a row that have been completely wrong. I'm not sure if it's the ordering system online or just complete laziness on the employees part, but the last 4 orders made at this location have been made wrong. Luckily we had a feeling it would be wrong yet again so we made sure and checked with our last order before taking it home. It was wrong by the way, which then had them make another pizza allowing the other two items ordered to get cold before even getting in the car To go home. My family and I came in here around 7:30pm and our waitress was more concerned about getting off her shift than she was waiting on us. She couldnt even be bothered to come and get our order. She sent someone else over. Had it been busy, I would have been more understanding but there 4 tables, including us. After about 40 minutes she brought us our pizza. Made no effort to see if we needed anything else, or drinks. I had to go up and ask for our check. And then I had to wait for that! I ordered delivery around lunch time and when it was delivered, they forgot to give the delivery person the (1) 20oz drink I ordered. A few years ago we gave this Pizza Hut a five but things have changed. To be fair we ordered or went into this restaurant six times recently before writing another review and sad to say the service is sorely lacking now. A few examples; we called to place a delivery order; complete with our name and our address which was verified by the Pizza Hut employee on the phone who told us we would have our order in about 25 minutes or less (we live less than two miles away). 30 minutes later we call because the food is not at our house only to be told: "it's on the way". Thinking they must have been very busy with deliveries we let another 10 minutes go by; we call back and this time we were told that we placed the order to go and it is at the restaurant waiting for us to pick it up. Now, it's almost 45 minutes since we placed the order and we imagine our food is no longer as hot as it once was. Talking to the manager did not help as he insisted that we placed a to go order and it was our fault that we did not come and get the food. Why verify our address if it's a to go order? Finally, he cuts 25 percent off the bill and delivers us hot food 30 minutes later. Having company to feed we had to go through with this order. The pizza was made as it should be, the pasta was okay and we did eat. So while the service lacked the food was pretty good. Just two days ago we placed another order, this time to go. My mother picked up the order on her way to our home. When she got here she only had half the order-even though I called back, after placing the order, to let them know who was picking up our order, to verify what our complete order was, and when it would be ready. After she got here I had to run back to Pizza Hut to get the rest of our food and the employee there simply told me "these things happen all the time". Well, they should not. This time the pizza was hot as that part of the order was picked up but the pasta, by the time we got it, was not. No, they would not remake it. We hoped that eating inside things would be better so we gave it one last shot when the grandkids were here last week. Not only did it take a long time to get a waitress to take our order, it also took a long time to get water, to get our salads, and to get our food. The pizza came out wrong, the pasta was baked to a crisp, and we had to send a grandchild up to the front counter to get the waitress to come back to refill our drinks. Now, I believe that all of this can be fixed by a strong manager who oversees his employees, who monitors the orders, and who is involved in all that goes on in his restaurant. Not once have we ever had a manager come by our table to see how things were going and that would go a long way to making sure service is as it should be. As a trainer in customer service I can tell these young employees have not had much training of any type and they need it. I think we are done with this Pizza Hut; which is sad because here in Haslet we don't have a whole lot of options. We used to rave about this place and it can be what it once was. read more

This was my second time attempting (I will explain) to eat here. The first time my wife and I came and had to wait for a table for 15 min when there were 7 tables open....... we left. Then tonight I walked in and asked for a table for 1 and the lady looked at me and asked "why are you by yourself??". I looked at her puzzled and she sat me. The restaurant had maybe 10-15 customers in it. I LOVE this new Pizza Hut! The staff is friendly (Rachel is our favorite!), the lunch buffet is top-notch (ask for a salad, it's fresh from the kitchen) with pizza, Alfredo pasta, bread sticks, pizza bites, marinara sauce and cinnamon sticks for desert, and they have Margarita machines and big screen TVs.
