Great curbside pick-up option! My pizza was done early, too. Wasn't the best, but good for a roadtrip dinner!

I tried to call in an order for pick up. Their phone kept making an awful fax machine noise when the guy would put in my order. Then the phone disconnected. I called back three times to see if my order was put in all to be put on hold each time for 6-10+ minutes. My friend went by in person to check thinking maybe the phone system was having issues . They told him it hadn't and any orders would have a 2.5 hour wait!! I know it's short staffed everywhere but 2.5 hours at a fast food joint? maybe start your phone calls with that info and people won't waste both of y'all's time by calling four times per order. read more

Horrible all the way around. On Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at about 1 PM we stopped at the Pizza Hut in Kanab, Utah while traveling from Arizona to Montana. We ordered off the menu given to us and then my husband paid. At the table we realized what he paid was much higher than expected. In reviewing everything we noticed they charged $3 more than on the menu for the personal pan pizza and an extra $1.20 for the Pepsi. When questioned the manager got very nasty and, after agreeing the amounts shown on our bill were not what were on the menu or otherwise posted in the building, she said what she charged was right because it was the amount shown on their old menu which she "could not show us." She offered no adjustments to the amounts printed on the menu and became even more uncivil. Oh, and don't expect to be allowed to use the restrooms, not even to wash your hands. If you expect better treatment when you go out to eat, stay far away from this place! read more

Let's get into this! Okay, sooooo we walk in. Every person I made eye contact with turned around and walked away (maybe I smell bad or look horrendous), whatever. So the woman with what looked like multiple needle pokes on her arms (if you know what I mean) asked me what I wanted. I told her the meat marinara pasta. She said that it would take 30 min. Strange since we were to only ones in there but still....whatever. She asked a second time and I told her once again I wanted the 2 person meat marinará. I was then told by needle-poke arm lady that I couldn't buy the two person platter in person, it had to be purchased on line. Still....whatever. Okay then, I asked for the 5-6 person serving of it. She then asked me what I wanted. I thought she was messing with me and told her a third time the meat marinara. She couldn't find it on her screen and asked the guy who had been standing next to her the whole time where it was to which his reply was..."we don't sale that anymore". I just turned around and walked out. Somewhat relieved because I think I'm allergic to meth and heroin and I'm a bit nervous some might have dropped into our meal. I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service experience we just had. We tried using the app and it was not working. We then called into the store and was told the store was not open. Then we called back and another person answered and when we asked if they delivered to our address ( we live outside town) and he then proceeded to tell us that we needed to disconnect the call, didn't even answer the question just wanted to end the call. We then told him no that we want to place an order we just needed to know if they delivered to our address. He then transferred us to the Kanab, UT store ( that he had already told us he was at anyway. ). Then the guy we did get was working the corner on the highway and couldn't hear anything, there was a barking dog and cars driving past in the background. Then after completing our order he transferred us again and the lady that answered had nothing for us. We decided to find somewhere else to eat because the service was so ridiculous. There's no reason to be transferred that many times. It has one star because it made me select atleast one. It doesn't deserve any. read more

First , I really like this town of Kanab. Well not having Pizza Hut for almost 2 years doesn't mean I forgot what it tastes like but sorry to say that my experience yesterday was not a good one. The buffalo boneless wings were half covered in the mild sauce , the sauce it self had this Elmer's glue texture. Pizza was not greatest not sure if it lacked seasoning or the pepperoni. Pros: Happy to have found this Pizza Hut open late for dine in after a long drive back from the Grand Canyon North Rim. Pan Pizza and wings were delicious consistent with other stores; I'm a regular customer of PH back home; thus, merits a 1-star. Cons: Where do I begin ... a number of items on the menu handed to us by our rude waiter/waitress were not available (e.g. Tuscan Salad). Another server (younger blond haired) helping out at our table appeared to be annoyed to serve our family of nine; she was rude, no tact, and sarcastic. Lack of proper staff training and poor management: same young lady eating PH cheese sticks dipping in sauce while working and handling customers' food order. Ladies restroom filthy and container for feminine hygiene overflowing; while a sign on the door states "we check our restrooms every 30 minutes....", it didn't appear to have been cleaned all day. Poor air circulation in the dining area. Salad bar - well ... no one should dare touch it. read more

Took over an hour for a pizza to get to us from the time we order it. When it got here it was cold. According to the app it was "out for delivery" For 50 minutes. The restaurant is a three minute drive from our home. The worst part is you can't call them to ask if the driver is lost, because the local phone number is routed to a call center in India. If you have an inquiry about your order your best bet is to drive there and ask them about it in person. Also, if you ask the person at the call center to repeat themselves more than once they will hang up on you. The service here has always been terrible, the only thing keeping them open his lack of competition. read more

Workers were straight up not caring. Seems like the place gets zero traffic. Told us we were to wait 45 minutes, no reason given, with the dining hall completely empty. The previous party left, saying they needed to wait. The salad bar looked old, with the lettuce wilted and the cold table open. No AC. Wasn't even greeted upon coming in. Holy sh*t! The service here is AWFUL!! Ordered two pizzas and I have been waiting for over 40 minutes. NOT delivery. I'm eating at the restaurant. Employees argue with one another every five minutes and no one knows what's happening. In all of my life this could be the most ridiculous service I have experienced. Zero stars should be an option. We were spending the night in Kanab coming back from Grand Canyon North Rim. My kids wanted pizza for dinner, so I went online and ordered. This place was horrible. I should have heeded the warning of other reviews but there wasn't much open on a Sunday. I've liked Pizza Hit before but this location has turned me off to the entire chain. We came in and waited 30 min to be seated along with 12 others people. We sat ourselves. The waiter never once came to get our drink order and we had to place the pizza order at the register. Pizza came out with wrong crust; we had to get our own to-go cups and water pitcher. Recommendations FIRE the short guy with glasses. Very rude and did not want to help any customers that came in. Kept complaining they were under staffed but if he just did his job he would have been fine. If I could give this no or negative stars I would. We were hesitate to stop here due to low reviews but gave it a try as we LOVE pizza hut. Should have listened to the low reviews. Kanob is a small town; however, there has to be better waiters and cooks to hire in kanob... There was three other tables there of customers waiting for their orders.The waiter led us to the table and then brushed the crumbs off of it with her hand. She gave us our forks wrapped in napkins, one which she dropped on the ground. It seemed she was having an awful day and was counting the seconds till the end of her shift. She came back 15 minutes later but said she couldn't take our order because she got called to do a delivery and the other waiter would take our order. The other waiter comes after 15 min when we flag him down. We order one pizza and some garlic bread. After 40 minutes of waiting and no waiter passing by to flag down, we asked when our order would be ready. Worst customer service ever. The door has been locked at 9:57pm. The sign said they close at 11:00pm. I called and was put on hold for 15 min while I can see the lady who answered the phone casually walking around the store. Finally i saw an employee come out of the store so i asked if they are closed. She said "no, we close at 11". So i went to the door again, the manager came over and asked how she can help me. I said i want to order pizza. She said they closed the dining area at 10pm and told us to go through the drive thru. There was no sign to indicate this. So if you just So happen to come over you will assume they are closed. So i went through the drive thru. By the way there is no call box to place your order. So you go to the window to place your order and they said it will be reay inb20 mins. So i wait by the window for my food. The manager comes over and tells me to move my car because there's another car behind me. So I asked her where I should wait. I was told to come back after 30 mins. We understand it's a very small town with very limited places to eat but disappointed that when we called we were told to be two hours for delivery. We were exhausted from a long day so we called back and said fine will do it and they said it would be 90 minutes. They said they were out of garlic bread and the cheese bread and all they basically only had was the pizza. We order the pizza and to our pleasant surprise- it showed up 25 minutes later at our hotel. We almost missed them because we were expecting 90 minutes, but happy it was early. Horrible! Front desk clerk warned us not to come here, should have listened. We came because I knew they do serve gluten free. It couldn't be worse. Long wait only to have the guy wanting us to order without ever getting a menu. Long wait for drinks and he didn't bring straws. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally the chicken alfredo was brought out and just put in the middle of the table as if we were to share it. No pizza. My guy was nearly done with his meal before my pizza came and not only was it over cooked, it was the wrong pizza. I didn't even get an apology nor a discount. I was staying in Kanab three nights Pizza Hut was in walking distance I read the reviews and I wasn't too happy about it but I thought how could you screw up a pizza. Well I ordered one it was super good, how can you go wrong with a pizza anyway, a couple nights later I ordered another one , and it was even better if you can get better! Horrible and I mean horrible customer service, well at least for me!!! I was in town on vacation from Redondo Beach California and stopped into the location in person due to no one picking up the phone in the store. From the beginning there was no greeting from any employee but there was a sign saying to ring the bell and have patience if no one came immediately. The staff is literally working may 5 to 7 feet from the register and none seemed to care that I was waiting to place my order. Eventually a blonde woman whom said her name is Melinda came over to take my order and seemed irritated that I was there for whatever reason (they were really busy and behind on orders I think) and had an attitude from the start. As I placed my order she proceeded to let me know in a stern and irritated once that the store is busy and that it would take at least 45 minutes till my order goes into the oven. I said fine I'll wait continued to place my order and she then said your order will not be ready till about 4:45pm it was about 3:20pm when she said this and finished taking my order. She gave me my total and I said okay should I pay now or later, she said it didn't matter so I paid immediately and left to the nearby market to kill time. I came back in at 4:10pm and again I was ignored. I get being busy and I get feeling frustrated about being behind on orders but the attitude towards me was completely and incredibly unprofessional. I was not acknowledged until my wife came in to ask in my place considering I felt the woman in charge a blond woman allegedly named Melinda was pissed at me or maybe it was something racial not sure considering all the other customers she helped in front of me were locals(Caucasian) and the only one that was treated poorly was the lone visitor (a Spanish guy) me myself and I. I knew that this was turning south when the woman in charge was irritated at the mere sight of me, but said whatever I'll give this place a chance. She (the blonde woman Melinda) was nothing but hospitable to every other customer but me. I did nothing wrong!!! I was polite I said please and thank you and paid immediately but was treated like I didn't matter and was a bother. The story ends with my wife and I being told that we would have to wait at least another hour even though it had already been an hour and that our order was never even put n the oven. I asked for a refund and the manager or whatever that blonde woman was eventually stopped what she was doing came over to the register and with out one word processed the refund according to her. I asked for a copy of the refund and was told no that her register does not do that even though I saw her pull a receipt from the register kept being rude and finally made me lose my patience as she was saying not to a copy of the receipt so I walked out on her mid sentence which made her smile and sarcastically shouted happy new year to me as I walked out, my wife replied happy new year to you as well and we left. This all happened on 12/31/21 and almost completely ruined my day but it's okay cause from other reviews this place sucks and always has sucked. I hope Melinda gets a raise so she can buy herself a new personality and a kinder non racist way of thinking. If I could prove it I'd have that woman's job. It was late and as tourists in the area I knew service might be slow because of a lot of tourists in the area trying to find a late night meal. I waited not more than extra 15 minutes knowing it was late at night. The food was very delicious though and worth the wait. All the girl employees were friendly and very cute to boot! This is the worst Pizza Hut I've been to. Didn't pay attention to the 2 star rating much to my chagrin. Should have known when place was empty at 5 pm. Walk in and manager was just lounging around. He slowly saunters over and asks me what I want. I tell him large meat lovers and 20 oz Pepsi. He repeats back to me , you wanted a medium? I said no, I asked for a large.
