The best pizza in town. Great service. Fresh food and friendly staff! Buffet lunch time was great.

This needs to be less than one star. I don't usually do this kind of thing, posting on web sites but people need to know, DONT EAT OR ORDER From Rockport Pizza Hut. We ordered a large supreme stuffed crust. No cheese in the crust and it only had pepperoni and sausage on the thing. Worst pizza I have ever eaten from Pizza HUT OR ANY WHERE ELSE. I've been getting pizza at this location over the last 2 yrs off and on. Today 02/20/15 will be my last. You would think their receipt is the same as other pizza huts. Maybe not but one thing for sure it stinks. Pizza makers need retraining at this location? the owner of this franchise are not doing their job. We live here in Rockport and have ordered pizza here many times in the past with no complaints. In fact, it was our favorite pizza. Unfortunately, that has changed now. Last Sunday night, we ordered pizza and took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. That night, they blamed a power outage and a computer glitch. So many people were inside waiting on their pizza's as well. The store manager never appeared to acknowledge a problem or to assist the one employee who was trying to handle all the customers. Tonight, we order pizza again. We were told the pizza would be ready at 9:26. We were at the take out window waiting at 9:26. Several employees walked by and ignored the take out window. In fact, the store manager walked by at least 5 times and looked right at us. Finally, at 9:46, I went in and told the manager that if an employee did not come to service the pick up orders at the take out window within the next 5 minutes, we were leaving. This was to no avail. Finally a deliver man and I asked him if he could help us. He did. The delivery man went right in - got our pizza and checked us out. Did not take him 2 minutes to service us at the take out window. I hope the person waiting behind us did not have to wait. Unfortunately, our pizza had sat too long and was terrible. This Pizza Hut needs to retrain the manager on customer service and scheduling. I believe in second chances and tonight was it. Pizza Hut did not pass. read more

I love Pizza Hut buffet w/ salad bar, but this location needs some help. Its ok, but could and should be better. Not a good sign when your customers are standing at the buffet waiting for pizza to come out, not to mention if they have to ask the staff (before they notice) for the buffet to be replenished. Salad bar seems to always be stocked and fresh, so no complaint there. Come on Pizza Hut pick up the pace, too many new places to eat to get complacent. read more

I went to Wal-Mart while i was waiting for an oil change i order my pizza online when i payed at Wal-Mart i got cash back so i went to get my pizza Wal-Mart had given me an older 10 bill so i paid with that and they said it was counterfeit but they didn't even have a counterfeit pen to check it the lady looked me mean and rudely and said out loud it was counterfeit what an embarrassing moment so i went back to Wal-Mart to have it checked it the said it was good just and old bill i am never going back there again. read more

received pizza at 6:30 only to discover that it was the wrong pizza. I ordered a bbq chicken and got a meatlovers with bbq sauce instead. I called the "store" only to have a call center answer stating that he would give the message to the store manager ASAP and to expect a call back very soon. I waited 30 mins then called again, this time they tried to transfer me to the store. I sat on hold for 15 mins. So after receiving the wrong pizza 45 mins ago, I give up. This was awful. Our waitress was rude to begin with, and wrote our order on her hand which I thought was unsanitary and unprofessional. Then, out of the 3 pizzas we ordered 1 finally came out after 30 minutes. We waited about 25 minutes before we went to ask about the other ones, and in that time our waitress never came to check on us. When we asked about our food we were told it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. By that time 2 of our 6 people were already finished eating! When one person in our party went to complain to the manager, he didn't seem phased and only said "they sent me here to fix this store." Boy, do they need it. read more

Ordered yesterday from rockport, tx location! The WORSE experience we've ever had! I ordered online at 6:48pm. The site said our food would be here in 45 minutes at 7:21pm. At 7:51 we still hadnt received our food and being that we had gotten it yet needed to feed our kids so i called and complained and said we wanted to cancel our order and a refund. The worker was not very helpful i asked when id get my refund and she said she didnt know then i asked to speak to a manager and asked her name and she put me on hold without answering me. i never got connected to a manager and we went at 8pm somewhere to eat to feed our family. When we returned home we put our kids to sleep finally about 10:15 & my husband and i were awake in the living room.. and at 10:46PM we got a knock on our front door, it was the damn pizza hut delivery guy almost exactly 4 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED was finally coming to deliver our pizza!!! We told him we already ate and had even cancelled it and thought it was RIDICULOUS they would even try to deliver it FOUR HOURS LATE!!! I want to ensure that i am getting a refund on this order !!! Weve ORDERED for years through pizza hut and this was the sorriest of ALL SERVICE EVER no one was helpful through pizza hut and the poor driver who was just doing his job said that pizza hut was back logged thats why it was com just ng 4 HOURS AFTER! ! Thats LUDICROUS! !! I will be sharing my experience on social media also in my town so i hope yall get your act together! !! Extremely unhappy!!!!! read more

My family and I walked into the Rockport, Pizza Hut and was cheerfully greeted and instructed to choose where to sit. The waitress brought my guests and I ice cold water and menu's. Our order arrived within approximately 15, minutes; and my family and I were enjoying the best Pizza we have ever tasted. The service was very nice, and friendly and made me feel appreciated. From all of my family, we highly recommend you to visit this Pizza Hut and enjoy the best pizza in this area. read more

We decided to stop at Pizza Hut, after passing up a few restaurants in the Rockport area. So far we've enjoyed only 2 places to eat, and Pizza Hut was one of them. The pizza was very delicious and the salad bar was fresh. Our server was very nice. We will be coming back on our next trip. read more

Terrible delivery experience. In Rockport for the weekend and tried to get a pizza delivered to the hotel on a Sunday evening at 7pm. I ordered at 6:52pm and finally called about 8:40pm to see where the pizza was. After being passed through a customer service rep and transferred to a manager at the call center I was finally able to talk to someone at the pizza hut a half mile from the hotel. To make a long story short...I just tried to cancel the order at that point, but the manager said it had just come out of the over and would still be hot and it would be delivered right away. It got there about 10 minutes later and the pizza and wings were room temperature at best and had to be microwaved to even eat them. The delivery person never got off the phone when she brought them to the door. They said that I wasn't going to be charged for the order...so I will have to watch my credit card to make sure that wasn't a lie too. This inability to deliver pizza within a reasonable time period is why I don't ever eat at pizza hut anymore...especially for delivery. Good luck in Rockport if you want to get something delivered to your hotel for a lazy night before ending a long vacation weekend!! read more

Ordered our Pizza to be delivered to our Hotel Room. Pizza delivery guy came, was tipped, left. (This was supposed to be our dinner). My Husband opened up the box to give a slice to our 5 year old and the pizza was all folded up, cheese all stuck on top of the box, almost as if the pizza had been tipped over. Called Pizza Hut and asked to speak to a manager. 3 People got on the phone pretending to be the Manager. Finally got a lady by the name of Ashlyn on the phone, laughing rudely, horse playing on the phone and not even business like. Demanded our refund and delivery charge. Delivery driver came and picked up the pizza, opened the box and apologized saying it might have been the Kitchens fault. Reported incident to Corporate. We love Pizza Hut, but unfortunately this place in Rockport, Texas will not get our business again. Went to Captain Benny's instead where we were treated like Family and people were very friendly there. Rating PIZZA HUT IN ROCKPORT, TX THUMBS DOWN!!! read more
