My favorite location for a Pizza and Jamba juice combo. Good value with their stamp reward system where you can earn a large slice of pizza + large salad + soft drink after 9 slices of pizza. However, the pizza we had was one of the best veggies pizzas that I have not only had in CA, but honestly ever! I'm specifically giving this location 4 stars. The pizza is a pizza, nothing spectacular, but the space is great if you have kids and more importantly, this location participated in a fundraiser for local schools. I like that. I like it so much I gave them 4 stars based purely off that. So more school supporting initiatives and you're alright in my book. read more

Meh... I wanted to love this place. To be fair, we came fairly late, but the pizza just looked sad. It was mushy and limp and looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. There also was not much left at the time we arrived. I'd be willing to come back and try at a more popular time (i.e. lunch/dinner), but the other reviews make me think it's not worth it. read more

If you don't like thin crust pizza, this probably won't capture a pizza your heart. But if you do, it's absolutely serviceable. In fact, the pizza *tastes* really good. Where it's a little lacking is in that classic by-the-slice business model, where they make the pizza and reheat your slice... but here, at least at this location, you have to cross your fingers and hope they have the one you want. They didn't have the super veggie when I went, so I got mushroom instead. I dig a mushroom! But there's a lot of other veggies I wanted too :( I tried to make up for it by doing the slice-and-a-salad deal. I got the Greek salad, which is about 200 calories because there is absolutely no dressing on it. Mostly just iceberg lettuce. Better to just ignore the postings about the calorie counts and have two slices. You deserve it. read more

We came in on Tuesday night before 6PM for the kids so they can make their own pizza. Now I understand this is dinner rush hour for a pizza joint, but with six folks behind the counter they should be able to keep track of cooking times. Every kid's pizza that came in between 6:00 - 6:30PM was forgotten in the oven and burnt. The worst part was they even tried to serve the burnt pizza. We refused and they had to remake the pizza - the whole point kinda ruined since it's supposed to be the 5yo daughter's creation. Another family took the pizza begrudgingly and were comped after the fact. Phone ordered our Valentine's Day heart shaped pizza a week later. Never fired so had to wait when showed up to pickup pizza. Comped for inconvenience after some discussion. The service here could be better. That said, we still love their pizza and the Valentine's Day tradition. They include a pizza cutter with the heart shaped pizza which is awesome. Our fondness of this place has us coming back, but I'll be happy to forget these last two visits. read more

Meh! I had such high expectations of this place. Ok, maybe not that high because this pizza is overpriced. Lunch on a Sunday afternoon? This place was nearly empty. The girl who helped us with our order seemed listless and unenthusiastic. We ordered slices of - Pepperoni - Pepperoni and sausage - Big Sur - Mushroom - Combo At least my mushroom pizza wasn't as oily as the others. Except it wasn't as warm as it should've been. Actually it was on the cold side. The combo they had to make fresh since there weren't anymore. This was oily and all the topping fell off as the bf tried to eat it. Lame. A great selection of ready to eat pizza by the slice. Was always a fan of their pepperoni but I feel they change the recipe or change the pepperoni itself. I would like a little clarity though on the ranch deal, is it free or have I been stealing 3 ounces a visit for the last ten years. This place is amazing! I'm a director of a summer camp program. We took the campers here for a field trip. The manager,Tom, was great! He had such a great attitude, even though we were super late! He adjusted the tour time so that all my kids could have enough time to make their own pizza! All 30 of the children loved their personal pizzas! The staff really enjoyed their pizza as well! There was this phase in my routine for a year or so where I ate at the PA locale once a week. something about having the nice outside area with my favorite comfort food. Now there's one closer to my house but I moved out of the PMH phase. However dropping in late one night got my usual slices of pepperoni and somehow managed to way overpay for the slices. Now the girl working the counter could have just walked away with that extra $10 but did the right thing and called me back, handing me back the bill I thought was $1. I've visited Pizza My Heart at two different locations -this one and the one in DT Palo Alto on University Dr. I really enjoyed my experience in DT Palo Alto so I thought it would be the same at this location. Sadly, it wasn't so. I've ordered by slice and a whole pizza here and it still didn't match my expectation from DT Palo Alto's. One of the better vegan pizza's I've tried! They use miyokos mozzarella which melts and tastes almost like the real thing! I tried the vegan sur and I highly recommend! Will definitely come back read more

I typically would praise Pizza My Heart, but I'm frustrated right now. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery about a mile from the store. We ordered two rice flour (gluten free) crust pizzas and they showed up warm (thankfully) but sadly I lost my appetite after I ended up eating a piece of foil that was embedded in the crust of my pizza. I've never had this happen before, but I'm disappointed that there was a physical contaminate in my food. It makes me wonder if I've accidentally eaten some before. That needs to be addressed before I'm willing to have Pizza My Heart again. read more

PMH does a good job with product consistency. I cannot honestly say this one makes better pizza than any other location. I just like their pizzas and salads, and they people behind the counter are thoughtful and friendly. If I wanted to nitpick, I could say that this location is a bit smaller than others, but it's not that noteworthy. The fact that there's a yogurtland in the same strip more than makes up for such a minor shortcoming. read more

Not maintaining strict social distancing. Although there are markers for where to stand in line - there is no enforcement. I had pre ordered and I stood in line for my turn. But others who had pre ordered assumed the lines don't apply to them - kept brushing past us (no 6 ft), cutting the line and going up to the counter. The employees need to tell them to get in line or post a sign to have two lines - one for ordering and one for pick up. It's a small place and chaotic. And people are going back and forth - rushing past everyone in line - to get items they had forgotten - like red pepper or cheese. The pizza was good though. read more

There is only so much I can say considering it's kind of a grab n' go type deal... But I have been coming here with the kid I take car of for about a year now. We would occasionally go on Tuesdays to do the "make your own pizza" for kids. He thoroughly enjoys it and I usually grab a salad and finish his left overs... cmon, I am not going to leave a perfectly good piece sitting there.. The staff is so friendly and helpful- one time I honestly left my wallet at home on accident, and since we took a wagon from their house I couldn't just run home and get it really quick. As I got in, they had just taken out a BBQ Chicken pizza, I got a slice of that and a slice of sausage. I took them both to go. Ate the chicken pizza when I got home and it was delicious! i find myself coming here more regularly since the location is very convenient for me and the service is fast and friendly. i can usually snag a table in the middle of the day since there aren't that many customers at that time. i recently had the monday special: fort point ($4.00). this slice had chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and pesto. the flavour combo was great, a little bit of everything in here. i just wish that my slice had more chicken on it. since i like thin crust pizza, this place works well for me. note that if you dine in, your pizza will be called as soon as it's taken out of the oven, and you'll get to eat a hot slice of pizza. from experience, if you do take out, the pizza loses heat pretty quickly. read more

This review is for the rice-crust (gluten free) pizza. Takeout. Easy to order on their website. Including the option to pay at pick up - which I prefer. The order was ready faster than they stated on the order. The pizza crust was great. The toppings were generous and flavorful. We tried the white pizza with garlic, basil and ricotta - and added some chicken. And the best part was that they respect those of us with gluten allergies and treat us just the same - no up-charge for rice crust. Good job Pizza my Heart. I will be back. read more

Got a couple of slices of pizzas to go. This PMH is not as lively or spacious as the one in Sunnyvale and staff here don't seem as friendly but the pizzas still live up to the standards of PMH. Plenty of parking and restaurants around here with lots of outdoors seating. Nice place to hang out on a weekend afternoon. read more

I like getting the Big Sur pizza, an award winning menu item that includes 40 cloves of garlic. (I loooove garlic!) The main downside for me about this location is the way the place is set up. If you go to the location and order a pizza to go, there is no convenient place to wait for your order. My friends and I awkwardly waited in this little area in front of the trashcan and in front of the corridor to the restroom for 30+ minutes for our pizzas. We felt awkward sitting down at a table to wait since we weren't eating, and we didn't want to wait outside or in our cars because we weren't given an estimate of when to check back in (and it was raining outside that day). read more

They would not allow me to substitute a single vegetable for cheese without up charging me extra. I felt cheated because I was paying for this whole pie just to get a vegan option. The woman who took my order was rude and constantly interrupting the cashier I was talking to which was annoying to say the least. Additionally our table was dirty, yet when the lady came to clean she didn't clean our table. I had to ask them to clean the table. Finally, one of the workers smelled strongly of body odor which made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant at all. We were amazed as we had both passed by several times, but never noticed that this plaza is quite huge! Located next to Jamba Juice, we beat the lunch rush, and got ourselves a slice of the chicken bacon slice. So yummy, but so fatty! I think it's 600 calories or so!
