We ordered the Midollo Osseo, roasted bone marrow topped with pesto and served with toasted sourdough, and Cavoletti di Bruxelles, fried brussels sprouts in brown butter with Italian sausage, topped with dried cranberries, sliced almonds and Parmesan. Both appetizers were delicious! The bone marrow was unctuous and flavorful. The brussels sprouts were good but we boxed half of the order. My tablemate ordered the Risotto Funghi e Tartufo, that featured Porcini and other mushrooms, topped with sauteed foie gras, truffle oil and Parmesan. I chose Rigatoni Bolognese, featuring veal, pork and beef in tomato sauce with Pecorino Romano. The risotto was excellent; my rigatoni was very good, though I wished for a bit more tomato sauce. We boxed a large portion of the risotto. Dessert was a classic Tiramisu, and I had a cup of coffee.
