We went to Repetti's for lunch on July 4th. We heard good things about the restaurant and were looking forward to trying the food. We ordered the Repetti pizza and fettuccine with diavolo sauce and meatballs. We also had the Caesar salad and focaccia bread with marinara sauce. Our server was Grace. Grace was so friendly and knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the food, Grace made the dining experience exceptional. We sat outside and even though it was a very hot day, the temperature was very comfortable under the roofed area. The Pinot Grigio was excellent! Our meal was brought out in a timely manner and Grace was an attentive server. The Caesar dressing is perfection! The diavolo sauce was delicious and just-right spicy. We loved the meatballs and the fettuccine was cooked perfectly. The pizza!!!!! Wow. Just the right amount of crisp in the crust and the toppings were a delicious combination of flavors. The focaccia with marinara could have been a meal for me. The bread was hot and crispy while also being soft and savory. I couldn't get enough of the marinara. We had a lot of leftovers and ate some for dinner and still have more for tomorrow. Repetti's will be a new place for us to dine and bring friends as often as possible. I never knew the kind of pizza I love had a name, but it's apparently "Jersey style" and it's served here at Repetti's. Specifically, it's pizza with a crust on the thin-ish side that can still hold up the toppings and is nice and crispy. The edge doesn't poof up like a Neapolitan style but rather the sauce and toppings go pretty much right to a flatter end. Delicious when served on site, but a word of caution: when boxed up for take out the crust loses that awesome crunch. But skipping takeout to enjoy on site is recommended. The service here was also great, with attentive and unobtrusive staff and dog friendly outdoor seating. And as others have mentioned, being in quiet Hawaii Kai near the marina has its own attractive charm. Great spot- I'll definitely be back! read more

This is the first time I got a pizza from here. I've had the calzones and they were fantastic and this pizza was great. Crust was actually cooked well and all the topping were fresh and delicious. The crew that works there are always helpful and know their food well and can help you make a decision. They have a few tables inside but it's Hawaii Kai so you can always sit by the water's edge and have one of the most beautiful back drops in Hawaii so inside or out it's awesome. The hub is constantly declaring a pizza renaissance in Hawaii and this place is just more evidence of that. Or maybe we just never bothered to look beyond ili ili cash and carry? Another NY style pizzeria to add with excellent crust and sauce on their plain cheese slice. We were at a little bit of a loss after little G closed last month. Think we've found our weekend replacement. This place does remind me of the Italian places in NJ with pasta menu choices and calzones. Inside space is small but bright and the small tiling decor adds to the old school Italian feel. You go to the counter and if you're eating in they ask you to choose a seat and then bring menus for table service. This extends to the patio but it was hot. Friendly service. Pizza very good. Bolognese was flavorful a little on the saltier side but still tasty and pasta cooked al dente. Best was the broccolini with white beans with its garlicky goodness. I hadn't expected the broccolini to be chopped up but that made it easy to eat unlike unwieldy long stalks of it. Caesar salad is solid - romaine and croutons. Came to Repetti's on a Friday evening for dinner. There's lots of parking in the lot, and we were even able to catch a beautiful sunset. There's a few tables inside and more seating outside. I got the calzone with pepperoni and the blackened ahi Caesar salad. The calzones here are definitely a must! I love the different cheeses they use as they complement each other really well. The calzone was crispy and not super doughy which I liked. I would probably pass on the Caesar salad next time though. The dressing was watery and the fish was dry. The service here was exceptional. My friend brought her dog, and the workers brought out a water bowl and kept checking up on us. Overall, pretty decent spot for dinner and the ambiance is nice. Our first visit to this business was in February 2023 to celebrate a fellow Elite's birthday. Still, I can't believe I didn't write a review, since we had so much fun meeting fellow Yelpers, eating great-tasting pizzas, and experiencing outstanding dine-in service. Thankfully, since that visit, my husband and I have ended our showdown between thick-crust and thin-crust pizzas. In the past, I have preferred eating the comforting, thick-crust pizzas from Chicago or Detroit with "everything but the kitchen sink" toppings. However, my husband, who doesn't care for tomato-sauce-based pizza, prefers the lighter, thin-crust pizza more synonymous with Neapolitan-style. I was impressed by their Jersey-style's perfect thin, crunchy, and crisp crust and fresh flavors of the quality toppings, which remind me of dining at a favorite Neapolitan pizzeria in Los Angeles. However, since we're hardly in the Hawai'i Kai neighborhood, Repetti's Pizza has remained in my taste memories. After my medical appointment at the Straub Benioff Medical Center - Hawai'i Kai Clinic, which concluded around lunchtime, my husband and I drove to the Hawai'i Kai Shopping Center on Keahole Street and walked into Repetti's. At first, we thought of ordering a couple of slices to go, but the female server was so welcoming that she convinced us to dine in. I remembered getting a Grandma's white pizza, or pizza bianca, during our first visit, so I suggested we try the Repetti's Special or the supreme pizza. The huge Repetti's Special $31 pizza was topped with pepperoni, peppers, sausage, onions, cheese, and mushrooms, all atop a smear of tomato sauce. The pizza was pre-cut into eight slices and delivered to our table piping hot. We like that the thin crust doesn't get soggy even when covered with sauce, meat, and vegetable toppings. Although there isn't a correct way to eat pizza, I managed to pick it up by hand and fold it in half, noticing that none of the toppings were sliding off. My husband, on the other hand, didn't wait the few minutes I did before picking his slice, and used a fork and knife to dig into it. We could only eat two slices each and took home the other half of the pizza, which, by the way, reheated well in our toaster oven. We didn't have too long a wait for our pizza, and during that time, the female server was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I couldn't help but compliment the pizza maker in the kitchen on Repetti's thin-crust perfection and on how the toppings didn't make the pizza soggy. Located in an unassuming location, in a grocery store shopping center setting, along Koko Marina in Hawaii Kai, Repetti's is a delightful, rustic eatery that provides a haven from the expected hustle and bustle of more popular Italian restaurants in the area. Although the pizza was a bit pricey, $31, it can easily feed a family due to its large size. For the pasta, the noodles were cooked to a perfect Al dente and the sauce was out of this world. The grandma pizza, similar to Boston's spinach and garlic pizza, was AMAZING! Easily tops Boston's version because of the Alfredo sauce that they use as the base. The service was impeccable, efficient, and friendly. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout our visit. My colleagues that live in the east side have recommended Repetti's so I wanted to try it on I day I was craving pasta. They don't take reservations and are walk in only. We came on a Friday at 6pm and were promptly seated. Had a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. It was a nice day, so we opted for outdoor. There are outdoor tables with umbrellas. Ample parking in the shared lot. They are near Safeway and Longs. Focaccia bread with Marinara comes with your meal. It was Friday pau hana time, so I enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. We got the fried calamari. It came out super quick. Great taste and batter with Marinara dipping sauce. I got the spaghetti with white clam sauce. It had capers and lemon, probably in a butter white wine sauce. Generous amounts of clams. My partner got the ravioli that came in a red sauce. Both pastas had a good consistency. I wasn't sure if they made their pastas in house. Our entrees came with a side salad. We choose Ceasar. It was okay. Dressing a little runny. Repettis is a nice quaint place tucked in Hawaii Kai in the same shopping center as Longs and Safeway. The interior seating area is small but they do offer outside limited sitting as well. The restaurant is also clean and there's a nice view of the kitchen with the staff working which to me, makes it feel homely. It may look sorta fancy but Repettis is super casual and layer back. Food is fresh with great taste. The fried calamari is crispy with lots of flavor. The sauce that it comes with is really good too. We had the pasta special which was a fettuccine lemon butter with sausage. Nice, tangy and light. The dish had lots of flavors and was enough for 2 people. The calzones are huge too. The star of the show was the Repettis pizza which had a ton of and toppings and the crust and pizza was soooo good! Nicely cooked and taste great. Prices, compared to other pizza joints are a little higher, but for what you're getting it's definitely worth it. We recently moved to Hawaii Kai and was looking for a good home cooked meal (pasta)! and noticed Repetti's. Our family ordered the Pasta Primavera, large pizza, and spaghetti with meatballs. Everything was fabulous! The meals came with a choice of salad and focaccia bread. We ate everything! Week later we ordered through Postmates and it was consistently amazing. Tried the garlic bread with cheese but it was dry with not enough cheese but the flavor was there. Pasta and pizza is delicious and we also tried the tiramisu, wow light and delicious. Of course the indoor seating is air condition and nicely cooled with view of the kitchen. Outside has tables that seats four with an umbrella. Service was fast and friendly. Water service at seating and the bread, which is to die for, was hot, soft and flavorful with a tomato base dipping sauce. I ordered the white clam spaghetti which comes with a side salad with a choice of dressing. The clam sauce is not what I was use too. It was a little tart for me. Clams was chopped and tough. Ran into the person that recommended this place and told me it is kinda tart from what they are use too also. My lunch partner ordered the blackened mshi salad. The fish was surely blackened but nicely cooked with roman lettuce. The dressing was light and not salty like we are use to. It doesn't come with parmesan cheese. But, you can sprinkle it at the table. Pros: the bead was great. I would just order the bread. They have a wine list if you like to have wine with your meal. Cons: My clam spaghetti sauce was tangy for me. I would like some anchovies in the salad dressing to give it some saltiness and/or some body to the dressing. Would I go back? We ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and Rigatoni Bolognese, both of which came with a side salad (choice of house or Caesar). Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was disappointing -- the dressing had little to no flavor and there were only a couple of croutons. On the bright side, the pasta dishes themselves were flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente. They also served complimentary bread with a dip, but the bread was dry, like it had been sitting out all day, and lacked flavor. We also tried the Jersey-style pizza. At first glance, it looked great, though the bottom looked a bit burnt -- we weren't sure if that was normal. But once we took a bite, all we could taste was burnt crust. When our waiter came to check on us, we mentioned it. He came back with gloves and a plastic knife to flip a slice over, took one look, and said, "That's not normal." They immediately made us a new pizza, and the replacement was so much better -- crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Despite a few food hiccups, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and handled the issue with the pizza perfectly. Bonus points: You can dine with your dog outside -- which is a big plus for dog lovers! I've been wanting to visit Repetti's for awhile and finally got to go last week. There was no host at the front podium, so we just let ourselves in since I didn't see a sign. Went up to the counter to order thinking it was cafeteria style, but later another table got full-service seated by us with place settings, waters, and menus. So I guess if you want to dine in, you have to wait for someone to show up? I ordered the chicken parm. It comes with spaghetti, a side salad (house or caesar), bread, and A TON of sauce. If you're a sauce person, this is the place for you. Even the fresh, crispy, light focaccia is served with a small cup of marinara to dip it in. Salads came out pretty quick and the dressing was good. Pretty sure that's made in house. Initially I thought $22 for chicken parm was pretty steep for a single serving, but didn't realize it came with a salad. Other places would probably charge you $5 for that alone, so I think it's a decent price point, actually. I probably would order something else next time, but the chicken parmesan dish itself was maybe a 3.1/5 for me. Not bad, but not worth coming back just for that. And for some reason they cut the big piece of chicken into just 4 slices but only gave me a butter knife to do the rest? Friend had a pesto rigatoni and said that was good. We finally went after years of wanting to try their pizza. We had the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti, rigatoni bolognese, and New Jersey style pizza with cheese and mushroom. Meals come with salad and foccacia bread. Dressing had no flavor and 2 small croutons, bread was stale but it came with sauce so that made it better. Pasta dishes were wonderful and a lot. We could have shared a plate since we took half of it home. We enjoy al dente pasta and these came out perfectly. Pizza had a hiccup, our order came out and after the 2nd bite I noticed it tasted burnt, looked under and it was black. 1st time there so I asked the staff if it was normal and he checked and it definitely was not. They remade our pizza and gave us a large upgrade ( we ordered medium to try). After the 2nd pizza came out it was great, loved the taste of the cheese and sauce, we will be back to try some of the other signature pizzas. Staff is very awesome and attentive. I haven't found a ton of great Italian options on Oahu until I tried this. I have been super impressed with every food item I have had there. I am from New York and Italian heritage so I am quite picky when it comes to Italian food. I have eaten their pizza, pastas and calzones and all of them are top notch. The vibe is great too, you can sit outside with lights over you in the evening and it's comfy and quiet and a great atmosphere. The servers are fast and kind. I love pizza, so whenever there's a new spot featuring East Coast flavors I have to give it a go. Overall, I'd like to try it again. The space is in Hawaii Kai next to where Liko's used to be. The interior is small and mainly the kitchen, counter, and a few small tables. Outdoors they have a bunch of tables to seat around four people. It was busy with people the day I went, plus others waiting for to-go. I ordered online, their website was easy to schedule the time and pick what you wanted. When I arrived, I went to the counter and wasn't really asked anything, no welcome. I simply said my name, he grabbed the box and off I went. The pizza looked beautiful and delicious. Their dough is a little on the thick side but it wasn't soggy anywhere. The sauce leans a little sweet. The tomatoes tasted fresh but were a little under done, garlic kind of all clumped together. Their simple pizzas are $30 which felt a bit high but maybe worth it for the ingredients used. It was one of those meals, I started thinking about all the places I liked more and wished I was eating. We love coming to Repetti's! The outdoor is super awesome because it means we get to have our pups join us for dinner. One of my favorite things to order is the Caesar salad, I'm not sure what they're putting in that dressing, but it's delicious. If I could buy it by the bottle, I would. We stumbled upon this neighborhood Italian spot in Hawaii Kai when looking for last minute Italian food. It's more of a take-out pizza spot but they can accommodate a handful of tables that dine in. It's a really casual place that puts a lot of effort into its food and it shows. To start, every table gets complimentary focaccia with a marinara dipping sauce. The bread is fluffy and like garlic bread, with seasonings generously sprinkled over the top. We ordered a large pie with pepp, onions, mushrooms. There was a fresh, simple house salad. The shrimp scampi was pretty good. Our favorite dish was a broccolini with white beans, a soupy veg dish with brocollini, a bit of white bean for heft, and a savory broth. I used to come here all the time but ever since they jacked up the prices to ridiculous numbers it seems they don't care for customer satisfaction whatsoever. My wife and I came in today for a mother's day meal, we saw that it was busy and expected a little wait (which was fine with us). What we didn't expect was to be greeted with no urgency, no respect for our time, and mediocre food. The bread was soggy and our pastas came with little to no sauce. We waited nearly an hour and thirty minutes for this? We went for a walk around while waiting and came back an hour later to our food still not being ready and inside was a packed restaurant with everyone standing around not being attended too. They were all asking each other when they ordered their food and it became astoundingly clear to us that they were in the same predicament. I had a lovely girl's night here in mid-April with 2 of my friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Repetti's! The space is casual, laid back, and has deceivingly large portions of pasta and pizza! You can also purchase bottles of wines which is perfect for a chill girl's night out! The space is small so there are only a handful of tables. It seems like Repetti's is also popular for take out as we saw a good amount of take out orders being fulfilled. The menu is straight forward. There is a selection of salads, pastas, pizzas, calzones and subs. All pasta entrees are served with a side of bread and your choice of a house salad or caesar salad. We enjoyed the: -Spaghetti with white clam sauce -Rigatoni pesto with chicken and sausage (my favorite) -Eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti The pesto is a creamy pesto sauce! So beware, you'll fill up quickly! The white clam sauce was light with loads of lemony flavor and lots of clam bits. Delicious! The eggplant parmigiana was tasty as well! Repetti's version of the eggplant parmigiana is thin layers of breaded and fried egg plant. Not the thicker pieces that I am accustomed to. Very delicuous! Personally due to the richness of the sauces and decadence of the pasta, I thought the green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing was the perfect touch to cut through all of the butter and fats. So that would be my recommendation! As well as bring a light cardigan when dining outside as it can get a little chilly near the water. I will be back to try other menu items! read more

The food was delicious, the place is small, but worth the wait if you're a pizza aficionado. Definitely check it out!
