Food was average...you can tell they cater to tourists.. Our server never checked on us. He took our order, a runner brought the food out, and the next time he came to the table was with a bill. I actually had to flag down another service so we could cash out. I have so much respect for people working in the service industry. It's a hard job. You deal with people all the time and some of them are downright jerks. We weren't jerks. We were regular, nice customers. It takes a lot for me to not tip anywhere between 20-25%. They had a one year-old daughter who absolutely love my dog. These people were so nice and that child and my dog connected immediately Luna is nine months and sweetest animal alive sent from the heavens. Upon admiring Luna, we block the aisle during the busiest hours at Aloha Beer co I want to command the employees mostly but the food and atmosphere was always the same...GREAT but because they worked around us at the busiest time while we were in the isle blocking everything and everyone and never a negative attitude towards my dog or the tourists connection Staff is phenomenal! Sierra, Patrick, Spencer and Michael along with the rest of the staff were so patient and understanding. We opted for the Fried Calamari with Cilantro Lime Aioli to start, and ordered the Chop Salad with Tofu and the Verde Bowl. The food came out so quickly, and we were actually surprised with the portion sizes for all the dishes. We were able to share the salad and bowl and still had enough to pack a take out box. I was expecting her to tell me more about their tap list and recommendations, but I had to ask my own questions. She served my flight in what looked like a bowl that my dog drinks out of but that is only my assumption. Lol Otherwise, I enjoyed this brewery. I loved the ambiance and the selection. We ordered a Hazy IPA, Pilsner, Sour, and Pilsner Ale. I personally enjoyed the Hazy IPA (Hyper Local) AND my Slushy Radler which was their Howzit Light and a Lemonade Slushy that paired well together. They had a food vendor out front and it smelt amazing but I did not get to try that today. Around 5:45pm I noticed that it started to get busy all of a sudden. Slightly more cooked - not caramelized - onions and a smear more mushroom paste. Over all food quality and presentation is poor at best. Descriptions are lacking information or out right deceptive. Prices are high, yet the quality and value are not reflected in the product. Overall the experience was disappointing. Over priced menu items.
